Nice and roomy, very clean, and decent free breakfast. We've stayed here twice so far while picking up our daughter at JWU's harborside campus. The only (small) negative is that the room would have been improved by a comfortable reading chair. The room was spacious enough for it and it felt like a nice enough hotel for that kind of amenity.

Very comfy bed! Easy access to the airport and very efficient staff. Check-in was less than 5 minutes!
The hallway did have a strong perfume type odor, but the room was totally fine.

Overall good hotel, this is the second time we are staying at this hotel. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff what you need for a pleasant stay.

I thought this hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. My only beef is that there was a strong (VERY strong) chemical "air freshener" fragrance throughout the hotel common areas. While it wasn't as strong in my room, all my personal items smelled like it after a one-night stay.

Website is misleading. The walk is more than indicated from the airport lobby.
Website led me to believe that there was some type of restaurant. Only a bar which was VERY expensive!!! No food except snacks to heat up in lobby MW.
Bath floor corners were black and crummy in the corners.

No hvac overnight. Thermostat was on 79 when we got to our room - it was unbearable. Turned it down to 68… still unbearable. Finally put a/c on to try and cool it durr we n. Helped for a bit til around 11pm or so then NOTHING. Wouldn’t work at all. Miserable night sleep and we had a 3am wake up.

Very comfortable. Place is clean. Beds are very comfortable. The free breakfast is amazingly good. I am surprised to see that they have a fitness room as well. Very good place to stay.

The hotel is very close the airport, so it makes it very convenient when you have flights early in the morning. I would recommend starting breakfast a bit early for those who have early flights.

I like the location, close to the airport and highway. When I checked-in I was originally given a room that had not been cleaned. They took care of it immediately and switched me to a clean room.

The shuttle was supposedly available 24/7 and runs every 15 minutes, but I had to walk to the airport. I even called ahead to make sure of this, and yet I still ended up walking.

Called for a shuttle from the airport. Was told 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later we dragged our luggage to the hotel in the freezing cold.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating for an early checkin. I have no complaints in terms of the staff and overall service. However, I felt that the room was pretty below average and a bit unclean. There were still strands of hair from the previous guests in the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. The shower had some cracks and mold here and there, overall it just felt dirty and not up to standards for a hotel. For the sale price of $114 I paid, it was fine for one night, but I definitely wouldn’t pay anything over that.

I went from NJ to baptize in Boston and needed a place to stay and I was very pleased with the service. Room was excellent, the staff. Everything about this place beyond beautiful and excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, no sink or mirror in the bathroom. All getting ready had to be done out in the room itself. Pretty tight quarters if more than one person needed to use either space.
