Great hotel and can only be recommended.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful spot. The staff was so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It could use a bit of an upgrade soon, but it’s a great place to stay in Tokyo. Easy to get around and lots of good restaurants close by.

Great hotel and location for touring Tokyo.
4.0
Grand hotel with Tokyo tower view, location not the best but the view is the best, good for celebrating special occasions.

It’s a great hotel and certainly large. We had a few issues on check in with our room but it got resolved. We opted for the premium rooms with exec lounge access which was well worth it. It’s probably not quite the same five star we had at other hotels as a few little hiccups that you wouldn’t expect. Be warned breakfast means queuing if you opt for the western buffet. We waited 30 mins for a table which isn’t something I would ever expect at this standard of hotel. Overall a great location and the team in the exec lounge were all very professional and friendly.

The most unforgettable part is that I could enjoy the view of Tokyo tower from the room , and at the toilet. Maybe the hotel could equip some bath salts at the room

It was an amazing experience and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was quite central and very safe. The room was clean and they gave me a free upgrade. The views were stunning and I have nothing but great things to say about it and would absolutely come back.
Special shout out to Amy and Jo, the concierges for doing such a great job helping me.

We stayed at the Prince Park Tower for our first 3 nights in Tokyo and overall enjoyed it .
The public facilities are all first class , as was the service on arrival .
We had a tower view room which was wonderful , especially at night .
There are 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walk which was great but on the downside there really aren’t any dining options close by other than the hotel restaurants so it’s a metro ride to most restaurants.
Perhaps the 2 biggest disappointments were the room itself which while dry nicely appointed really isn’t 5 star and perhaps the biggest was the lack of in hotel dining options .
The breakfast buffet was the only option for breakfast and while it’s apparently very good neither my wife or I eat much more than a light fruit and yogurt style meal so the buffet doesn’t make sense and the
“ Boulangerie “ doesn’t open to 10. .
Still overall a great stay and wound definitely go back again the next time we are in Tokyo

There is an espresso machine in the room.
That was sooo great for coffee lover like me.
Also the hospitality was one of the best i ever experienced.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are horrible and look like 2 star room.

Beautiful hotel and having a drink at the skybar is a must. The view is stunning

Staff excellent. Restaurant- Chinese, very good. Wi-Fi nearly nonexistent. A little tired rooms. Gym - worst I have come across in a hotel of this standard. Pool is very dilapidated. But provided you don’t need a gym and aren’t trying to work in your room - good hotel for the price.

Splendid view of Tokyo Tower from the room!

4 night stay- The room was a perfect size. The bathroom looked dated but it was functional and roomy. The electrical outlets were national which was a nice feature. We had a corner view room of the Tokyo Tower. Excellent view with large windows. The hotel is close to train stations and restaurants if you are willing to put in some steps. The hotel restaurants add a table fee so be prepared to pay for more than just the food and beverages. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great hotel, room was amazing, we had the view of the Tower from a high floor it was fantastic. The room was a great size as well, with a huge bed that was very comfortable. Top floor bar was also really nice.

Good hotel with good services and room size is great. The hotel sits in the middle of park which is very unique.

Very kind and attentive staff. We got an awesome view of tokyo tower and a free drink to enjoy on the 33rd floor bar! A slight inconvenience was that there wasn’t many restaurants nearby besides the ones located inside the hotel.

Nice hotel and very comfortable. But dated rooms let it down

The room itself and the property was excellent, but I have to say this hotel disappointingly falls short of a 10/10 review because of the extra fee you have to pay for using their gym and spa daily. It should at least be clearly mentioned on the hotels.com site that the spa and gym are paid for separately, because almost every other hotel you would stay would let you have that for free. Not to mention it seemed like it wasn't even on the property itself, you had to walk through a very long underground area to find it, and pass many storefronts. At that point it was just like walking into some random gym that happened to be nearby the hotel. I would say this soured what should have been a world class experience. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel and the hotel bar was stunning, 2 free drink tickets was also a nice bonus to have.

This is like nothing I've ever been to before. The safe is very kind and hard working. The facilities here were really convenient. Our stay there was nothing short of excellent and if time allows i would definitely book here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - concierge made reservations and recommendations. Location is great - central to most things and convenient to the subway station. Easy to get to HND airport. Room was spacious, clean and a great view. This was our first time to Tokyo and we were incredibly happy here.

The hotel facility is good but not very convenient to find restaurants to eat. The area is mostly office buildings so it is pretty dark and empty after work hours. The staff are very courteous and friendly.

Expensive hotel with a good view but lounge not for everybody. Good to visit once but not twice!
