Overall the hotel is nice, staff was very helpful. But my toilet wouldn’t flush when I got to my room and this happened 4 more times during my stay which was very inconvenient. My phone was also not working in the room so every time the toilet wouldn’t flush I had to physically get on the elevator and go to the front desk. Wish a manager would have done something about this.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. With the exception of an incident with our vehicle that concerned the valet (record your mileage), we enjoyed our stay.

It was ok. The location was good. The buffet was good.

The hotel was nice and in a decent location. The hotel only has valet parking which is a little expensive IMO. I also thought they would have bottled water in the room to make coffee or take meds but there was none.

Everything was amazing except for housekeeping. We had to ask for service and linens we ran out of toilet paper on the last day.

Overall it was a decent experience. Staff was great. Room amazing. Even though the bath/shower needs work...and im sure was kinda broken m, but still worked well enough. Valet service could use additional staff, but they did their best and was great n kind.

They had a smoke scare as I was waiting in breakfast line. Gave me instant headache.

It was what I needed.

95% PEFECT, ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT YOU COULD HERE NOISE FROM THE OTHER ROOMS

The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel with chipped paint on the walls. The toilet was running every time it flushed and wouldn’t stop until you took off the lid… it needs the guts replaced.

There was no luggage’s carrier available. We had to carry our baggage in hand. The reservation was horrible. One of the valet associates took my car keys out of the vehicle we were in, that was not associated with the car that was valet.

Check in was delayed by over 2 hours, but all was well after that.

Everything was good- towels were hard to get replaced but eventually we did receive them for our family. The valet service was extremely busy- we actually got our vehicle ourselves to avoid being late to our event-a football tournament.

We usually love the Embassy Suites. However, our stay this time was disappointing. We booked two rooms for vacation with extended family. Thank goodness we were only here one night. One of the rooms was clearly missing table and chairs that are usually present
Other room had non-functional air conditioning. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice until after we returned home from dinner that evening. They sent someone up to work on it. After an hour, they just said it couldn’t be fixed. Hotel front desk couldn’t move us to another room said manager would contact us. So, we were forced to sleep in New Orleans humidity and heat. It was difficult to sleep when room temp over 80 degrees and humid. No offer to bring fans. No manager available next morning to discuss. I was told they would call me later that day—- no call ever made. Just disappointed in service.

The rooms smell like Smoke kind of like an old casino. Yet the staff was very friendly and the breakfast and omelette station are very nice. Also the parking is astronomically priced at $48 for 24 hrs

Be very careful on 3rd party apps specifically hotel.com. they gave me a fluctuating rate. When I booked the rate was$384USD @arrival it was$476USD..... when disputing. They demanded a screen shot. I've used this sight for years and have never had this problem. Without the screen shot they claimed i didn't lock the rate which was a huge oxymoron bcuz i had a confirmation number. I told them this was fraud their remedy is to give me the difference on my next visit. What next visit.
O.A.N Embassy suite was amazing super friendly staff. The carpet can be updated and public walls to your room can be updated. Yet they knocked it out park with service. Excellent I'll be back as i visit this city often

Service was wonderful. Great location! The suite and all were clean and inviting. The kids loved the balcony and being able to see the city from a different perspective. Only downside was the a/c was not very cold in the room.

No shampoo first night. No big deal. But let me tell you about the roaches. One roach is too much and we found five walking around. Didn’t think I was paying for a roach hotel. Shouldn’t have to share with roaches on the 11th floor for that price.

Check in was not available at 4 pm as advertised. Once they had rooms available, they were more worried about the line of new arrivals instead of contacting the people who were sitting in the lobby waiting to be called. Finally went to the desk at 4:45 and was told my room was ready, they just hadn't gotten to me on the list to call yet. I watched at least 10 new arrivals get a room during my waiting time. On the 2nd day, the breakfast tickets stated it started at 6:30 am, but they did not open the doors til 7 am. They just aren't very concerned with other people's time.

Very noisy. Could hear entire street including ambulances nonstop 7 floors up. Constant hall noise. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. Thought this place would have Hilton standard but it was more like a motel.
Also the staff waste 20 minutes getting you checked in because if you go through 3rd party like hotel.com they cannot find your registration: they say 3rd party doesn’t send them. I came late at night wanting to sleep but had to wait to get registered
You might as well save money and go to a motel. This was definitely not a Hilton

We visited suring Marsi Gras. We had a great time and had a balcony view. When the parade passed in front of hotel we jad a great view. Only bad thing is we got in early and had ro wit till 4 pm. To get in our rooms. Double check before your stay to make sure they dont double book your rooms.

Liked the breakfast, but did not like lack of dinner or room service options

Our room was not ready when we arrived just before 4pm. There were a lot of other people also waiting for rooms in the lobby. We waited for two hours and it was still not ready so we ended up finding a room in another hotel down the street. Embassy is terrible and their workers are rude! I do not recommend. Several other families ended up leaving too. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The area around the property was great! Many dining options and walkable to most areas. The front desk representative Latrice was very rude upon checking in. But Diamond which was another front desk associate accommodated us very well and helped us with getting into our room.

The front desk lady Latrice helped me out a whole lot with my reservation
She kept working on it until she was able to get me in a room. Thanks so much to her I didn't have to stay in my car

Did not like the sticky rugs. No tissues in room. Maintenence had to be called, twice.

The Embassy Suites Hotel was clean, quiet and located within walking distance to a nice variety of food options. However, there were some issues with the room that I felt should have been addressed like a loose closet door handle and an ugly spot of the curtain/drapes.

We stayed one night and trying to get refund and contacted from desk manager every day for one week straight. Left voice mail and email, no answer or reply. Horrible service. Charged for parking and no refund as well

It was pouring rain. Our 2nd floor room had a massive leak coming in from the lanai. The attendant s were quick to check it out and a bellman assisted us in moving to a new room

Booked this hotel for 2 nights before a cruise. Perfect location. Quick walk to port of New Orleans to board cruise ship.
Room was clean and comfortable and had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. View was great. Was able to see ships (partial view) from the balcony.
Breakfast was great! Cooked to order omelette station and hot and cold buffet style set up.
Drink tickets included to use at the hotel bar in the evening.
Stay was during Mardi Gras festivities and was located around the corner from the parade route during my stay, close to riverwalk outlets and a short walk to Bourbon st.
I would definitely stay here again.
