Just a one nighter but how nice to have a host say no problem to a bathrobe request, put your bags down, then go downstairs and grab a yummy pint of local craft brew to being back to the room -- at 11 pm on a Sunday night when most places in town are shut down. Staff all very helpful and pleasant, would stay again, and maybe check iut the massive poo next time!

We attended a function last Saturday. The food was amazing and staff was great. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Perfect stay! Helpful staff that was quick to accommodate, beautiful clean and quiet room. Bedding was comfortable, shower was nice. 2 dining options that looked great (we did not eat there but they were very busy). Pool area was beautiful and clean as well. We will definitely be returning.

It was just a quick stay to do a presentation at the Conference on vision impairment held by the Department of Developmental Services. Kind of pricey but clean and neat. really good restaurant with great service. It was fun.

We only stayed one night in town for a concert. The front desk staff was incredible very friendly. We ate at the restaurant, which was also very good. And our room was clean and we were very satisfied.

Hotel was decent enough but the person that checked us in was rude about my daughter’s ESA dog. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Pretty much just an average place. Ok for one night if you’re not too picky. Personally I won’t use this hotel again.

The front desk staff was a bit standoffish. Also I called to inquire about the room booking charged to my card vs. Hotels.com and the woman at the desk told me to call from my room phone. I did and was put on hold for 10mins. She did clarify for me but the wait was ridiculous. The room was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable. No extra roll of toilet paper in bathroom which would have been nice.

The property was gorgeous. The lobby, the rooms, the pool…everything was nice and for a reasonable price. The only issue we had was the bedroom. We had a suite and spent most time in the living area. When we went to bed, I had a very rough night. I’m not sure if there was a smoker in the room before we came or what but the bedding and everything smelled of cigarettes. It was clearly nicely cleaned so I dealt with it but it was rough on my allergies.

We were staying on the fifth floor and it was raining pretty heavily. At around midnight the ceiling started to leak right by the bed. It only kept getting bigger. We ended up having to switch rooms at 1am in the morning. They were very nice about it but what a huge hassle and totally out of our control. Paying over $800CAD for the night I feel this is totally unacceptable and we should have been reimbursed accordingly.

One of the main elevators was down, but it didn't affect my ability to get toy room. The room was perfect. The fridge worked well. The hand and body washes smelled great. I was there for a conference and the facilities were perfect. The food and coffee tasted delicious. I enjoyed my stay.

We booked the balcony room, but there are no chairs on the balcony - what’s the point?! The weather was so nice but there were no chairs to sit on out there! The pictures make the room look much nicer than it is. The bathroom is INSANELY small and the shower layout is awful! The location of this hotel is also very inconvenient being on a one way street. Not worth the price at all!

Beautiful place to stay. Only downside for us was our room was located at the end of the hall next to the elevator making it a noisy night. Also you have to ask to use the pool before 4pm. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Huge event going on with tons of loud high schoolers who were going crazy in pool and elevators in the evening. Takeout from restaurant got order wrong and once corrected food was over cooked and burnt. Rooms are nice though and our wing is quiet.

We've had some pretty crummy hotel experiences in the past, and Four Points blew us away. ALL of the staff was kind, courteous and friendly; the restaurants were delicious inside the hotel, and it was super clean. Like, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I would definitely visit this establishment again. With COVID, many establishments went downhill. Not this place! 5 stars. Highly recommend!!
