Stay was okay.

AC was not working. Had to move to different room. Front desk receptionist was there just for the paycheck. No answer when I attempted to call (multiple times) to let them know about the AC. Drove to other side of building to get his attention and advise of issues. I wouldn’t stay at this residence inn again.

Our stay was relaxing. The entire place was clean and the decor was nicely upgraded. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the tv was at least 45inch and there was another comfortable chair to sit in the living area.

Gentleman at the front desk made the check in process a bliss.
The breakfast was good except they did not have bacon or sausage.
The worst part of it all there was no ketchup.
The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy.
Found a live cockroach in my hotel restroom.
There’s no hot tub which is a downer

Staff was friendly, efficient, and provided overall excellent customer service. The property was clean with plenty of parking space. The free breakfast was filled with many options to choose from and the food was hot and fresh. The hotel staff does an amazing job at keeping the food stocked and replenished, as well as keeping the area spotless. My room was clean and quiet which made for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely return when in the area and need a hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay here are always pleasant. We were in town for a night. Our room was clean, beds were comfy, staff were great. As long as the rates are reasonable, we'll always stay here when we're in town.

Room or mini-house I should say, was excellent! Super clean, so much space, the wifi was fantastic, 3 TVs! The only negative was the maintenance person outside our window before 8am using what sounded like a chainsaw. It was extremely loud. He did stop after my husband went out there to complain.

It is very nice and quiet place. A lot of treees and lawn , you can always get fresh air with forest smell , we do like this hotel. Everything is convinient, just like as at home.
We will come back again.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for the niner playoff game. We picked this hotel because of location. What nice place to stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I felt safe walking the property and parking although was extra was outstanding. Great experience. Thank you

Nice clean hotel for our 1 night stay as we passed through. The property is clean and the staff is professional. All at a very reasonable price.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are updated and recently renovated with a queen bed/pull out couch. The full kitchen was a plus and really enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning.

Great place to stay, but expect to have $1k tied up on ur credit card for a $115 room night. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card company.

The exterior seems kinda old and outdated, and certain rooms are located in ways where the entrance to the room might not seem as welcoming (the whole place is condo style where there are multiple separate buildings with around 5/6 rooms per building)
But the interior and the experience was pretty good--nothing to complain about and the room was pretty clean. Nice to have access to a large fridge/freezer along with kitchen utensils inside.
***The incidental hold is $500 or $1000 depending on the room you get so that could be a turn off....still waiting to receive my deposit back

Need to update your website regarding breakfast hours. Online stated open till 9:30 am. arrived at 9:05 am , no breakfast left and sign in lobby says 9 am
