The room was fine, quiet, and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The only disappointment to me was the breakfast. Very heavy on carbs with little to no protein. A good value and I will stay there again, I just won’t bother with the breakfast.

Room was ok but because of a misunderstanding we had to pay extra for a room with Jacuzzi. I spilled some water on the tile floor near the jacuzzi so wiped it up with a towel and it cane out filthy which means the floor isn't cleaned often. Also there were a bunch of papers and tissues under the tv.

Nice hotel.. service was awesome...would definitely stay again passing through...very quiet... breakfast was good also..thanks for the great stay!!

Check in hard some trouble finding my booking but it was past midnight. Rooms clean still has carpet and a little of a smell but it’s an older motel. Average bed. No frills perfect for a one night stay

TV didn’t work in our room and the lighting around the bathroom area wasn’t bright enough to put on makeup properly. The shower water pressure was minimal. Continental breakfast menu was just okay. Also had limited restaurant availability near the hotel. The closest restaurant had limited service staff and no bartender to make proper drinks.

Basic 1980's era motel. Everything was "average" except the people were nice. The internet was very spotty--a real negative in year 2024. Also, the breakfast was pretty meager--perhaps due to a low census and not wanting to put much out.

For a 30 min decision was plesantly surprised at the room. Outside looked a bit questionable but overall did not disappoint

It was very dated, room was somewhat dirty, however, staff was very nice, and plenty of gas stations and food around hotel.

The rooms are in need of some repairs. The toilet is loose. The lock on the door seems loose also. Shower could use some upkeep.
Upon check in, the clerks were very polite and friendly.

The Lobby was locked up. It felt like I was trying to buy milk from a 7-11 at 3:00 am. Makes you feel like you are in an unsafe area.

Wi-Fi would not work on laptop front desk. Staff knew that at check-in and didn’t convey that until I went back to the front Dess to ask if they were having trouble with the Wi-Fi. I was told it will. It works with everything except for laptops. It would’ve been nice to know that Prior to check in and prior to me, attempting to logon and wasting my time

I would give negative points if I could. Smelled so badly of urine my dog didn’t want to lie on the carpet. I know it’s a pet room, but honestly if that’s a problem rip out the carpet and put in laminate. Positive: very nice trees and grounds, refrigerator and microwave worked and was a pleasant surprise.

The location was convenient for our trip. Room was clean and had all the amenities we expected.

Very friendly check in, TV did not work when I tried to turn it on (the batteries were low) - was able to get it to work and advised the front desk when we checked out to replace batteries. We really like this location, appreciate the fridge with a freezer .... beds very comfortable. Restaurants are very close and the I95 is just beside. Will come back again.

Check in was fine- Staff at the desk was helpful- room was dark and dank smelling- non-smoking room smelled of smoke- back wall of the tub was wet and had mold in the corners. The floor (carpet) was damp and smelled bad. The window air unit was dirty. This was discovered when we placed wipes in there to try and get a clean smell circulating. The wipes came out black and greasy. The window cornices were drooping and there were cobwebs between the tops of the cornices and the ceiling.
The property is in very sad shape. We were in the area for a 3 night stay. After one night here, we checked out and stayed the remaining nights at another establishment.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. Friendly workers. Our only suggestion is to not have lobby as dark at night when checking in. We thought they were closed up at first after booking last minute. Worker came right to let us in though.

We didn't stay. The first room was just vacated and unmade and the second was dirty looking and smelled. A roach ran out when we opened the door. I have NEVER complained about a room but this place not great.
