My stay at the hotel was somewhat disappointing. Firstly, the swimming pool wasn't clean, and there was a noticeable odor, which detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, the hot tub was out of order throughout my stay, which was quite disappointing as well. Moreover, I found the reception staff to be unwelcoming. Overall, while the hotel had potential, these issues significantly impacted my enjoyment of the amenities.

They don't serve real breakfast on weekdays, and the walls are paper thin.

The kids enjoyed the pools with water slides. The hotel itself is a little tired. The staff were kind and accommodating. The main areas were kept clean.

The reason that I stayed here was to "stay, park,&ride". When I checked in, the person working the front desk, had never heard of this! Are you kidding me?!? I called when I made the reservation, nine months earlier, to make sure that I could park there for so long, 10 days. I was assured that this was included. Now, I'm charged an extra $50 for parking my car somewhere that I am not even comfortable leaving my car! And I have no idea if there is ever a shuttle to bring me to and from the airport!!

The room was nice and clean. It was a room for one person but did not include a closet or a vanity in the bathroom. But I made it work. Also nice and quiet and very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

We did not receive what we had expected. The whole building was very dirty and not taken care of. We had issues with our rooms smelling like bad food, thankfully they were to able to provide a better room for us. Although, we then received a room where the heater didnāt work. So we did end up getting the room again that smelt like bad food. We would not recommend this hotel.

Our group had three rooms reserved at this property and I really wish I would have read the reviews this property before ageeeing to stay here. It is EXTREMELY dated and the photos are very misleading. Honestly, the only positives were that there is a Green Mill restaurant on site and the staff was friendly, but very undertrained. Our first night was pretty uneventful, the room (#143 āking suiteā lol) was poorly maintained: glass missing from photos on the wall, furniture extremo beat up and mis matched, paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, toilet paper shoved in the cracks of the doors to block sound and light. Second night was a nightmare: the individual in the room next to ours (we had a small child with us) had a schizophrenic episode that required a police visit and the front desk attendant was USLESS in helping, once the individual was finally apprehended (11:30 pm) and we started to fall asleep our smoke alarm chirped every 45 minutes making sleep nearly impossible, then housekeeping barged into our room without knocking at 8:00 am and slammed the door shut when she realized it was still occupied. Breakfast was diy waffles, dry cereal and bagels/toast. Pool chemicals are completely off balance and caused chemical burns to our skin. This place has been running off a generator for over two months (per the bartender at the on-site restaurant, no tap beer there!). This place is a disgrace to the Ramada name, PLEASE avoid staying here, it should be shut down.

Love that we had poolside room but pool was not heated it was so cold you couldnt swim and enjoy it. Hot tub was shut down and not working. No heat in pool area had air conditioning on. The elevator had no lights and it sounded like it was going to breakdown. Plus side it was nearby eating and shopping places.

The pool door off our room was rickety, the coffee maker switch was completely broken off, the hotel is in need of a total upgrade as far as carpets go, and people were smoking weed inside the room next door to us, the smell seeping through to our bathroom. We will not stay here again.

I was able to hear the outside noise and the inside noise. I was able to hear the snoring from the next door room.

The hotel called me the night before my trip saying there would be no hot water for my entire stay and that thereās nothing they could do about it. The hotel and room itself was run down. There were cracks and dirt. A spider chilling in the sink. People using the indoor pool left water trails throughout the hardwood making it a slipping hazard.

Just when you think you have had the worst experiences hotels have to offer, and that no experience will shock you again, you can go to the Minneapolis metro area to be disappointed further. Not only does the entire metro area smell of a skunk's butt, but the hotels always seek to lower the bar. Why in the world would a hotel think it is a good idea to host a loud party through the night? People come to hotels for one primary reason -- to SLEEP. Yet this hotel had a wedding reception that lasted through midnight, with loud music vibrating the windows. In addition, despite having a reservation, they placed me right across from this party. When I asked if the party was going to be a problem in my room, they assured me it would be fine, as I was on the other side of the courtyard...well the party was blasting into the courtyard right to my room. I had been working and driving all day, and my family and I needed rest to be up early the next morning to continue our travels. I won't get into the condition of the room which had supposedly just been painted, that still smelled of paint, and looked like someone put paint on a roller, made three swipes over the door, then called it done, or the masking tape left all over the place for you to step on. Thanks, Ramada, for showing that a new low can always be set.

Floor had some kind of leak from air conditioner. Bed were noisey and uncomfortable. Slider door to pool area didnāt lock but had a make shift safety bar.. bathroom ceiling was cracking and stained and air conditioner was very very noisey all night. Service was good. Very friendly.

The hotel is need of an update and not just paint. The rooms are a little dingy, discolored tiles on most of the ceiling. The hot tub was drained and the little kids water features wouldnāt turn on. Breakfast was simple and I think they only serve warm breakfast on weekends. The staff was kind enough to let us check out an hour later. We stayed there so the kids would have water slides to play on. Itās perfect for kids 10 and under.

The hotel itself was nice because the pool is a great attraction. However, the room smelled like stove gas all night and we woke up not feeling well. Be weary of this establishment

Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The furniture showed numerous signs of wear. The grounds were poorly maintained. The bathroom and decor everywhere were outdated and in need of an upgrade. We would never recommend or stay there again; we moved to another nearby hotel and were very pleased.

Free breakfast only monday to friday. Grounds not kept up. Needing maintenance

People smoking weed outside when we walked in, and in the hall directly across from our room. Partying and loud music outside. Wouldnt allow my teenagers to walk alone inside or out. Hair was in the shower and garbage in the garbage bin. Window was so dirty you couldnt even look outside. Didn't feel safe and left to stay in a different hotel. This hotel is rundown and is more of an over priced motel with a pool. Ramada should be outraged that this establishment is using their name.

Our stay was good. It's a older structure that was clean & had good customer service.

General condition was run down. Didnāt feel like a safe area. Hotel smelled terrible. Beds were rock hard. Everything was done as cheaply as possible-minimum pillows, towels, etc. Advertised as having a hot tub and hot breakfast. The hot tub was broken and obviously hasnāt been working for months with no plans to fix and the waffle makers had āno waffles todayā signs on them -no other hot foods. Very disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible from the beginning. I paid for a poolside room to not find out until after I paid the hot tub was broken. The only reason I wanted the hotel. The ice machine was gone from being broken. The elevator was broken. The pillows were so old and flat and mattress as well. I will never stay there again

Let me start by saying the staff was friendly and helpful, I have no issues with that. But the place just needs a deep, deep, deep cleaning or a complete remodel. For a smoke-free hotel it smells strongly of cigarette smoke. There was some gross brown spots in several places on the bathroom walls. Because I was grossed out by them I took a hand towel and was able to wipe off the spots with soap and water. That leads me to believe that the housekeeping staff is not doing a good job at all. Get those folks some magic erasers and you could improve the place immensely just by cleaning the walls. There was a sticky substance on the desk that I wiped off with a wet towel, again poor attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. The TV had a dark streak running vertically across the screen which made it very difficult to watch it. So that TV needs to be repaired or replaced. The breakfast was meh, no hot food besides waffles. Only cereal and toast available when I was there. For the money I paid I guess I couldn't expect much more but how hard would it be to clean the place up a bit?

Always read the reviews before booking (we did not). We had a long day in the car, we were tired and hungry. We checked on Expedia and this hotel popped up. There was no one at the desk when we checked in. A sign said they would be back at 7:00. It was approx 6:50 so we had to wait 10 mins. The clerk did his job. Thatās about it. The hallways are filthy, the carpeting needs a good cleaning. There is peeling paint on things, holes in areas of the walls. The whole place should be dunked in bleach. This is not the cheapest hotel around either. Donāt wait until you are so tired you tolerate this kind of appalling hotel.
