Their front office wouldn’t let us in to get a cup of coffee until 6:00. That tells me the neighborhood isn’t safe.

The only comment I have is the breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast which we look for when we book. All there was was biscuits (no gravy) and small round things that were I guess eggs. There were muffins and cereal . That’s it. And juice and coffee. We would not book there again because of this.

The truck parking was not very good they really didn’t have that but the room nice and clean and staff was very nice

Staff was friendly. The mattress pad had stains on it that showed through the sheet, it looked like vomit. The grounds were alright i guess.

Don't like 😒

We arrived at 5 and the first room they gave us the bed was not made, so I guess the room was not cleaned for the day. Our second room the sheets were very wrinkled which is unusual for a hotel. We were scared to use some of the wash cloths and hand towels. Some of them had brown stains on them. They need to buy new towels.
There were lots of young guys hanging around drinking. Our bath was semi patched from a leak on the ceiling. The carpets were dirty. The hotel needs to be updated bad. We picked this hotel because it was a 7.6 rating out if 10, but it definitely was not. I would rate this a lot lower then your 7.6, more like a 6 if even that high.

Bed was horrible. Woke with pain
No handicap bars in bathroom. Not that young anymore.
You get what you pay for. Everyone was pleasant .

It was adequate for the low-end/price; friendly staff.

Room was fully updated and clean. I have no complaints. I would definitely rent here again. Was traveling to Nashville and we did a stop over off I-65. Very convenient.

Safety lock was gone, wifi was inoperable , room stank, cigarette burns on flimsy bed cover, fitted sheets didn’t cover mattress, carpet had bare spots, felt grimy, run away!! Do not come here! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Good location.

Bathroom door would stick upon opening or closing. Bathroom could have been cleaner around toilet. Walls thin, heard neighbors talking and tv playing. Seemed like not only travelers were staying here.
Exterior lighting was good and room smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable.

Last minute, one night stay on way to Florida. No other hotels to stay at, due to spring breakers and snow birds traveling. We were thankful to get a room, but it was not pleasant. The smell was horrible. The air conditioner was set to 74, and you couldn’t turn it down lower, so it was very hot. The mini fridge was broken and there was a terrible smell coming from that as well. The sink was broken as well. Overall, very dirty and not taken care of. You felt dirty when you left. There were no other rooms available so we were thankful, but I would plan better next time and never stay here again.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast area could use a little attention and food like. But overall for the price it was OK.

Wasn’t the nicest room. Smelled of smoke horrible. Mold in shower and found some kids trying to break into my car

The room i was given a key to enter was not clean. Looked like someone was actually in the room at that moment. Luckily they weren't. Went back down and rita gave me a different room. The beds were made but the sheets were wrinkled like they had been rolled up in a ball for a week. My confidence in the housekeepers was shot. I slept on top of my coat in order to not make contact with the pillow.

It was clean and comfortable and very convenient to multiple restaurants which made it easy walking! The only thing was there were no elevators to access the upper levels!

I normally am not critical about hotels… however, the light switch near bathroom shower was broken with open element which created an electrical safety hazard. Facility appeared dated from my point of view, the bathroom ceiling had an area that had gotten wet and the drywall debris was hanging, area around bathroom toilet paper rolls had not been thoroughly cleaned, the safety entrance door latch was not secure and had loose screws, upon entry into room I noticed an immediate pungent smell.

Disappointing. Booked a king bed room, but received a room with a queen. Hotel is very dated and needs a lot of TLC. Not worth the $ we paid for below average accommodation and sparse breakfast selections. Bed was just okay, bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, sink stopper was defunct, walls need repair/paint. Marginal at best.

Upon arrival I was made to sign a form saying smoking is not allowed in the room (I don’t smoke). The room smelled badly of stale cigarettes. I woke with a headache. The lamp by the bed and phone was dirty. The security latch was broken and unusable, which was not comforting to a woman traveling alone. I can say the bathroom was clean. Didn’t stay for breakfast because I just wanted to leave due to the cigarette smell.

Clean room and friendly staff

The room was very clean. The noise factor was not good. Doors stick and make a lot of noise, so anyone going out or in made a large noise. Motors reving at various times through the night also disturbed sleep. The room smelled like it had been smoked in; in fact, there was a small burn hole in the middle of the duvet. We will not stay here again due to noise and oldness of the building.

Very unfriendly staff at check-in. Dirty walls in room-bugs were smashed on the walls. Stairs going to second level had a variety of “roses” which is not only dangerous, but against OSHA regulations.

Room was clean but the bathroom could have been a little nicer.

Nice and clean

Room and grounds were pretty gross. White towels were brown, holes in the wall, smelled like stale cigarettes in a nonsmoking room. Everything needs to be updated and repainted. There were two flies in our room. The ground and floors are sticky, so we wore shoes the whole time. The only positive was the AC worked. We paid too much money for this place.

There were ants everywhere. The ants were on the doors, walls, bathroom, sink, beds. Ants everywhere.

Check in was easy. Room was nice for the price. No issues
