I usually do not mind budget friendly hotels, but this has to be the worst most deceiving one I've ever been to in my 35 years of life. The hotel room is NOTHING like the pictures shown. This Red Roof is literally worse than a Motel 6. The place is completely run down and you can tell as soon as you drive up. The rooms smell of mildew, there's holes near the plug sockets that mouse can get through, the walls are thin and peeling, there's accumulation of dirt in every corner including the bathroom and bathtub, the front door doesn't have a seal and everything is old, dark and dirty. And to no surprise, I saw a live kitchen roach my last day there. No one was there to clean the rooms or change out the dirty towels. The staff was very nice, but I DO NOT recommend staying here at ALL! No matter how budget friendly or great location you think it is. There was nothing nice about this place. It's dirty, smells, holes in the walls, outdated, sketchy, just ick.

The walls were peeling and looked like they had life crawling on it, my tv looked like it got in a fight and lost, the beds were hard and felt like a cot, the tub was dirty, and I was itchy. I refused to stay there. The first staff person I talked to gave me the creeps and lied and said the room was new. The second staff person gave me a refund.

From my first visit till my visit last night, there has been a major change including the staff and visitors. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly compared to the other times i have stayed. Thanks for everything Red Roof

Wi-fi did not work. Microwave did not work. Side of bed was soft and lumpy; middle was okay. No breakfast. Lots of sirens. Lighting was too dim for reading. TV had a few stations.

It was noisy had people talking and making all sorts of noise all night housekeeping left dirty towel in tub one roll of toilet paper front desk person hardly said 2 words will not stay here and not recommend it too any one

They are the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I was told their wasn't cable in room 220, the TV didn't work, no tissue, no towels, seen bugs crawling on the floor. Just disgusting. House keepers are extremely rude. They just walk in your room with no hesitation. The bosses says one thing but tells another thing. Just Very Immature Rude Ass Staff. Need A Code Enforcer to come expect them the whole 9 yeards

It’s a quaint local motel. I basically just wanted to rest. Military or people on the move would find it perfect as they pass through. I was puzzled by the lack of compassion of the staff. There were clearly more than enough clean rooms available when I arrived. They acted as if there were none and insisted I wait to the minute to check me in. I had to wait tired, in my car, in front of all those empty rooms. Their rules exceed any hospitality.
They ignore the reason of check-in/out time is to have sufficient time between guests to clean.

The was profane graffiti on the wall where you hang your clothes, stains on the bed linens, no hot water the first morning, had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and the metal on the outside of the door was cracked so that you had to be careful not to cut yourself when entering

Linens were dirty on check-in. When night came, bathroom was full of roaches. I told staff in the morning, nothing was done. Second night, in addition to the previous issues, at about 1 AM, a car alarm kept being set off and reset for over an hour. I also discovered that my toilet had a leak at the back and my bathroom was flooding. Stafff was impossible to get on the phone any time of day.

This property was a mistake for me. The sink didn’t drain at all. If you use the sink literally 30 minutes later, it was still full of yucky water. The bath tub drain was OK. The floor was nice and the bedding was OK. The beds were not too comfortable and pretty cheap and rickety. There was no breakfast. The fact that the front desk was always behind a locked door was disconcerting. The front desk staff have to buzz you in so you can go in for some reason. There is a lot of trash around the perimeter of the property like a lot. Years worth of cups And trash. There are some huge holes in the parking lot. The big dog next-door barked loudly and pod at the glass. He was huge and I was really scared. He was going to come through the glass and eat my little dogs who never park in a hotel by the way. I could hear everything from the neighbors. I could hear everything they said when they walked by. There was loud music and I could smell smoke in the room from the neighboring rooms. The guy at the front desk was always pleasant enough. There are plenty of fast food. Restaurants within walking distance. They do provide (in room) coffee, a refrigerator and a microwave though, and if you need a cheap place, especially if you have a dog, then this might be a good place for you.

The safety lock was broken. Most of the outlets were broken. The bathroom had no toilet paper. I was in rm 103 next to the office. I should have left but was too tired.

Rooms are real dirty they have roaches and they also dont have no working washers are dryers but they have slots machines (YESSLOTMACHINES) in the wash room they also got rob while we stayed there and unfortunately the last five days of our two week stay we didnt even have hot water we left on 10/16/2023

Didn't like anything from the start. The people at the desk were lazy, difficult to understand.
No hot water and the TV didn't have any of the main stations.
Desk clerk wouldn't refund my money, wouldn't contact his manager and just sat behind the desk while I was at the counter.

Upon arrival we were told there was no hot water until Monday. No change in Price. Its late and all other hotels are filld up. So we accept the no hot water. Walking to the room, there are so many people that just seem to be hanging out in parking lot. People waiting for rooms, girls switching from room to room.
This is a very unclean & unsafe place. Will not be back and do not recommend it.
Truly sad. I would rather sleep in my car anywhere other than here.

Was informed on check in that there was no hot water available. The furnishings in the room was very poor. Hair in the shower drain, but of course I couldn’t take a shower due to there being no hot water. Room not very clean and furnishings very poor condition. The check in clerk did offer to cancel my reservation but I didn’t wish to start looking for another place to stay for one night.

I checked in and went to see the room and checked right back out. This is not the place to take a family too. The room was very nasty. Someone had already slept in the bed. There was nasty stains and cigarette burns in the sheets. There was left over food crumbs on the counter and the trash from the last person was still in the room. Drug and prostitution sells on every counter. This hotel would be great for the low class people with out jobs or a place to stay. Very trashy environment. I felt out of place as soon as I pulled up. They should have a sign that says. Come stay here we have the good prices and bed bugs. Horrific place to stay

I requested a CLEAN and WELL LIT room because we would be coming in around 11PM. We ended up coming in at 12:15 AM and the front desk clerk he said he gave my room away and that they were all booked but he had one last room. It was very bad, torn chairs, dirty tub, smoky, just plain gross. We walked out in 5 minutes. He would not refund out money.

I would not recommend this hotel. We booked for a two night stay. We checked in to this hotel and requested a downstairs room, and the guy at the front desk lied and said there were none available when you could clearly see there were. The upstairs room he gave us was horrible. The lights kept going on and off, and you could tell the room had not been cleaned. There were stains on the bed and in the tub. We checked right out, but we still charged for. the entire two days. Never again!

Well the Stay wasn’t a stay, it was nastiest horrible place I’ve seen.Stained blanket on the bed , smell like a truck stop for drivers. I ask can we get a better room, he said they were all filled, I’m sure they all look the same and smell. We was place on the side were all drug heads stayed.

There was blood splattered behind the bathroom wall in several spots and a few specks on the floor. The bed was worn down and caved in. Bathroom fixtures were all broke and moved. Room smelt musty.

It was fine. Confy rooms on second floor. Just shady people around. The back of the hotel isnt in use at all and looks bad. Pets stay free though and it wasn't a bad experience. Would come again.

We rented this hotel due to the fact we were trying to get away from a hurricane i unfortunately did not read reviews before staying because if I would have I wouldn’t have rented it but we spent the money and we’re desperate.
1.pulling up to the hotel was sketchy lots of drug activity going on in the parking lot I was even asked if I had any for sell. The “pool” they so proudly say they have on their signs and online is currently out of order emptied and nasty and my kids were looking forward to swimming.
2. We rented two rooms as we had family evacuating with us. The first room I walked into was very dirty stained sheets and comforters their was blood and paint on the walls and floors hairs everywhere the ac was falling apart and didn’t work I watched the cleaning ladies go into clean the rooms and didn’t have any cleaners on them. The second room not much better but the ac did work in this one however there was mold everywhere in the room
3. The employees were rude check out was at 11 they started coming at 10 asking when we were going to be out to hurry up it was time to check out every ten minutes
4. I go to check out and waited 15 minutes for an employee to come to the counter
5. We actually found a NEEDLE while packing up beside the bed my kid found it very unsafe very unclean they should be shut down honestly I don’t know how they arnt please spend your money elsewhere DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!
