No air conditioning on an 86!degree weather day. Ice machine in hall inoperative. Front staff at checkin was rude and unwelcoming.

The hotel rooms need to be updated, however the lobby is beautiful. I called 3 times to get my trash taken out ans no one showed up that day. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, that I hasd to clean. I also had to clean the window which had a beautiful view. There was a stain on the bed skirt that should not have been there and replaced. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant and bartenders were spectacular.

The television did not work. The bed was too soft and old. The ice machine did not work. The consent knew nothing about the shuttle bus. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet.

The hotels is starting to show its age and the price for value is a little out of whack. I could have stayed at a hotel across the street for $50 more dollars and received much better service and accommodations. The AC in my room did not work and the shower was weak. However, this is not a negative review on the hotel...just for the price, I would have expected a better experience.

Great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing with many choices. The room was clean. The hotel was extremely quiet. Offered several amenities (e.g. cookies and lemonade, free cocktail hour) and pet friendly (but would have never known dogs were there.) The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room need to be updated. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the shower walls and on the floor. The room had a beautiful view but I could not enjoy it from the dirty window with hand prints. I went to the microwave to warm up food and a roach crawled out of it. One day I called to have the trash picked up out of my room three times and no one never showed up until the next morning when room service came. The staff was excellent and friendly. I was charged 40.00 a day for parking

Over all it was a great experience. The city view was awesome. Complementary drinks and breakfast totally sold me. One suggestion when it comes to the parking lot. The exit gate was totally opened and the downtown visitors took all the hotel parking, thus the hotel patrons had to find parking in near by city lots ($10 which is cheaper than the hotel). Better to charge the same amount for parking in the hotel lot, that way patrons spend their parking money with the hotel not the city of Montgomery and their vehicles are in the hotel property, where there is natural surveillance.

The hotel was nice in the main areas and located close to several Musuems and the ballpark. No snack machines anywhere but their snack room was available where everything is $4!! Had a cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets looked questionable on one of the beds. Overall not impressed with the Hilton experience.

stayed in Feb for a weekend. rooms were clean, beds comfy. The staff was lacking, asked for towels when the cleaner came, but she was out, never came back as she said. called the automatic service, but again never came. the restaurant downstairs took 45 minutes for a BLT even though we were 1 of 3 tables there. on Sat, even though we have to pay for parking, it was full. staff always on their cell phones when i came down, felt i was interrupting them

Did not get to check in til 5:30 due to room not being cleaned. Billed should be adjusted. Late check when you get there at 12:00 hoping to at least get in room at 4. Garbage cans over flowing on floors.

I have to travel to Montgomery for certain personal issues and the Embassy Suites by Hilton is by far my favorite place to stay.The convenience to where we have to go and restaurants are easy access. Breakfast are pretty great, too!

I liked that the window was facing the building doors to where my daughter was completing. I didn’t like that when we walked in the room it smelled like someone was smoking mariguana. Other than that I liked the room and guest service was excellent. All the workers were very nice and helpful.

The property itself was clean and comfortable. We ran into a few issues with the staff. The room didn't have sheets for the pull out couch and took an hour and a half to get the sheets. After two phone calls and two visits to the front desk, I was finally able to get the sheets. The second night of our stay there was a loud party next door to our room. I called and complained. The supervisor on shift was very rude and hung up on me. The music was turned down, but the people in the room banged on the wall all night. Definitely not a quiet property.

A/C wasn’t working as it should. Called Maintenance. He showed up promptly. Did a little something in the ceiling area where unit was setup. Got a little cooler for about 30 mins and then went back to not cooling. Wasn’t real happy about that. Overall room was nice and spacious. Staff at the Bar area were super nice!

We came for a dance convention and had the best service we have ever had at a hotel. The staff were the friendliest, most genuinely kind people. I hope management will keep them around and take care of them! We will stay here every year!

You're parking sucked, I didn't mind paying 5.00 for overnight parking. The problem was the front desk not communicating that your space was full for the night, instead I was sent to a full parking lot 3 times after resetting my room key. Effective communication from your staff would have easily raised my star rating to a 5/5...

The hotel was very convenient to the Legacy Museum, which was our destination. We enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary cocktail hour. The one negative was the room we were in was near the building air conditioning unit and was very noisy at night.

25 people in line for check-in and only 2 people working at the counter. No carts or assistance with my luggage. $270 for 1 night, then they charged me $20 more for parking. Room was dirty, carpet was stained and disgusting. Only 1 of the 3 elevators worked, and it was New Year's. Very busy, and 1 elevator.

Interior needs updated and cleaned. Lots of areas that need cleaning as room has carpet with crumbs against wall. Glass elevator but the shaft on bottom floor is not tidy and needs cleaning badly. Our room (213) door was night tight because of the Striker plate is missing and is not secured properly. I have stayed in Lx Qxxxtas that were better maintained. We couldn't even order for late dinner (not like they have alot of options anyhow) because the 1 bar tender was working alone and was 6 orders behind on entering them into their ordering system. Parking is not well marked as well as how to enter, let alone the machine is destroyed and it didnt just .happen

Great place to stay while in downtown Montgomery. Love the onsite parking and our room was a suite with two different televisions. Breakfast is awesome as is the happy hour. Right across from the MPAC theater, so super convenient for shows there.
