The customer service was amazing!

There was garbage in the hallways and the parking lot of the hotel that stayed there for days. Shower water was lukewarm. Check in process was time consuming.

I needed a safe for valuable and the front desk were fantastic with setting me up with one at their front desk.

Great location for a lot of option for food and entertainment.

Staff was outstanding and very attentive, welcoming you every time you entered the property. Portos across the street is fabulous - great breakfast food, sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and so much more! Walking distance to Knotts.

Staffs are super friendly, Souece mall OC was nearby, along with knotts berrt farm and medieval times. Loved the great food and coffee this place serves. I definitely visit here whenever I annually come here from Seoul, Korea. Thank you.

Fantastic welcome upon checking in. the hotel is really pretty, probably one of the best on this strip by Knotts. our room was a king. it was a couch that jackknifed into a bed too, extra bedding in the closet. the shower was amazing and very nice. balcony over the pool, it was a sunday night so not too busy but there is a fire pit, lounge areas, the pool is heated, lots of grass and cornhole boards in the front desk to use. inside the lobby is a bar, starbucks and various food items. When we checked out, at 11, the bar/coffee was closed we were told however the lady stated she could go ask someone to make a coffee. that part was strange, maybe short staffed or something. there is lots of great seating, a fireplace and quaint lounge areas in the lobby. my friends and i wanted to have a drink and chat but couldn’t. overall it was a great stay. i was impressed and slept good. highly recommend.

Ok but property could use an update.

We stayed ther bc it was walking distance to Knott's. It was excellent - the walk is a little far for young kids, but very doable. Also, the in hotel cafe is a very handy

getting in and out of the hotel between 0630 and 0800 PM was demanding of patience due to Knotts Scary Farm event. Traffic was horrible. getting in and out of hotel. But staff is great, hotel is very clean, great place to rest at the end of your days activity's.

Area was nice and close to Knotts Berry Farm. Although I thought that parking was included, but it was not.

Very clean hotel with no issues at all. We will be back.

It was in a nice safe area conveniently located by shops and restaurants but will not return. Our room was not cleaned properly.

Awesome location for going to knotts

Property grounds were clean and pretty, the room was very basic, I unfortunately was given one of the very few with no balcony. I usually like Marriott hotels, however not a great stay at this one. There is soo many hotels in the area and its not worth price to stay here, sadly.

We stayed for knotts scary farm and the hotel was super clean and very comfortable, staff was super helpful and extremely nice! The hotel is steps away from Starbucks and outback, super close to other delicious restaurants and walking distance to knotts!

When we got to the hotel to check in our room wasnt ready.The room smelled dirty un vacuumed carpet smelled like cigars too expensive for a room that needed detailed cleaning. Overall the building needs to be clean inside out.

10/10 would be staying here again.

The property was good for a quick overnight stay. It would have been nice to have breakfast included. The only issues we had were that there was cheezits and hair bands in the sofa bed. And someone pulled out my sisters side view mirrors and her windshield wipers in the parking lot. They didn’t take anything off the car, just flipped them out.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the amenities of the hotel. Everything is conveniently located too many attractions and restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

I like most was my check-in. the on-duty desk person (i think she just started her shift. i'm sorry i forgot her name. it was on her tag but i dont remember now) was helpful and effective. she also helped me with shaving razor (i forgot to pack). awesome customer service!

The location is in great spot. The hotel itself looks great.
