Absolutely fabulous hotel, loved everything about it. Cannot wait to stay again.

The building looks very 80's from the outside and doesn't change much on the inside. While the hotel has had some work in the main reception, the rooms are really old with some broken items on display, the duvet cover is just a thin sheet and the mattress needs changing.
The hotel was so bad that I left after 1 night even though I had pre paid for two nights

Booked the hotel purely for the swimming pool for the grandchildren. Pool was great. Room was ok. Beds very comfortable. Had to have the pillows and duvets changed as my husband is allergic to feathers but that was no problem and done very quickly. Not much choice of food in the bar for the grandchildren so we ate elsewhere.

The front staff, Cara, was excellent. She was so friendly and polite as well as kind.

Had a couple of issues whils staying with you. But i have to say they were dealt with quickly by your staff. Have given you 4 stars instead of 5 as there were housekeeping issues. Beeakfast was great. A good selection of hot and cold items. Room was spotless. All the staff we had the pleasure to meet were polite, friendly and helpful.
Would come back to you again.

Called first night about conditioner run out, I asked get top up on next day, but sadly second night still empty. What a shame.

Hotel was lovely, we didn't get a chance to see the spa facilities but enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar and then dinner in the evening which was lovely (albeit expensive). Hotel was very clean and to a high standard of presentation. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

While everything about this hotel is absolute perfection, and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, people must be aware this hotel is being used to home asylum seekers. Please read other reviews as I won’t go into detail - but it’s full of migrants. Whilst they are well behaved and offered no cause for concern overnight - it was a little unsettling due to security being on each floor.

This was my second stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Swindon and I will definitely be going back again. The hotel is not too far from the M4, has plenty of free parking, friendly staff, good food (especially the breakfast where you are spoilt for choice) and excellent leisure facilities. There really isn't anything that I didn't like.

We felt very uneasy at our stay at Delta Hotel. There was security guards on the floors and entrance to hotel. I put a chair on the inside of the door. It became apparent when we were checking out the reason for the security. The foyer was full of our UK immigration issues. We understand the world problems, but we should have been informed,

Check-in email stated 2pm but receptionist told us we had it wrong and had to wait until 3pm. No apology even though I showed her my booking email with 2pm on. Opened the bathroom door and the towel rail fell off the wall over the bath. Glad I wasn't having a soak when it happened. We struggled to get much sleep as there was a very noisy event on with loud music well after 11pm. Breakfast was ok.

Absolutely fantastic stay. All round great place. Breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and generally clean. Ace facilities including swimmpool. Would recommend and stay again

Staff at both the reception and breakfast area were great - very friendly and helpful.
Room was good size and had a fridge which we found helpful to store chilled water.
Breakfast was good - self-service with a good range of food.
Lighting in the room was poor - no ceiling lights and when switching on all lamps around the room is was still very poor lighting. I mentioned this to reception. I guess brighter bulbs are needed.
The TV had a few issues (YouTube didn't work, I was able to log into BBC iPlayer but it couldn't play any videos, the TV did not recognise HDMI connected to my laptop). I also mentioned these issues to reception.
Swimming pool was closed during my stay.
Despite these issues, I was overall happy with my stay since the staff were good.

We booked this hotel based on the facilities only to be told on arrival that the pool was closed. We went to use the gym in the evening and could not access it. Security were not able to help and the reception desk was unmanned. Bathroom toilet was dirty and bathroom itself reasonable but not clean. Bedding wasn’t very comfortable. Positive experience was the fact that I called before arrival and asked about the £50 deposit. Lady was extremely friendly and advised that I did not have to pay this - we had no idea that it was expected even though we’d paid the room in full.

Requested for my ID to check in. I also left a key at reception for my friend, requested for his ID and did not have in person therefore unable to access room. Had to calibrate card for third time before we were able to access our room and reception had the cheek to ask for my ID again! Stayed here numerous times and never had this issue before.

The room was clean (if a little dated) and the staff were nice. However the hotel was very noisy. The doors are not very soundproof and you can hear everyone walking in the corridor, and with children and drunk people shouting and running down them at all hours it was hard to sleep. Also the music from the conference/event suites was very loud until about 1 am, it was like sleeping on top of a night club. Bring ear plugs....
The breakfast was very nice with a good selection and they had plenty of parking.
