The TV did not work. The cable connector kept falling out of the back of the TV. There was no TV guide, printed or on the TV. We are not addicted to TV, but we were just passing through, and really needed the weather channel, as there were tornado warnings where we were going. On the plus side, the lady at the check-in desk was extremely helpful, patient and cheerful. She really needed an extra person to assist her, because there seemed to be a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. But she kept her cool, and a cheerful attitude. She was great. She offered to change our room in order to find a TV that worked, but there were people waiting to check in, so we stayed where we were. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and we were only there for one night.

My arrival was early in the morning but was greeted with a friendly and polite employee. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning provided several options. I have stayed here before and will again.

The walls are very thin and can hear everything.
Around midnight there was some sort of domestic violence that was very loud. Around 2 am police came to talk to the couple next to our room which we could hear. We ended up leaving around 3 am to just get out of there with very little sleep.

Staff was friendly and the hotel room was clean. Breakfast options were good. The bedside table was falling off of the wall and seemed to be a bit of a hazard. My biggest complaint was the smell of weed permeating throughout the hallway and lobby.

Staff were very nice. The bath room in our room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was hot and tasty with plenty of variety.

Hotel was very nice and clean. No elevator made our trip up the stairs difficult. And it’s located close to the airport. Jet noise to a degree.

Comfy beds and clean room. Hotel does not have an elevator which surprised me but it was fine for us. Older hotel that could use some updates but overall was fine for our short stay just needing a place to sleep. Friendly staff at desk.

It was awesome. I loved it. I loved your people that was at the front desk. It was great. They always greeted me when I came through the door and they always greeted me when I left there was great people I came late all the time every night, and when I came in, they always greeted me and asked me how my day was. Will stay there again.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Biggest thing for me is lack of fitness facilities. In this day and age hotels do much better.

Our room had mold on the ceiling in the shower room. There was no drain plug in the sink and it was unusually low. The beds were weirdly high. Without the shower problem I would have given them a good rating.

Check in time was listed as 3:00pm. We were there at that time, wanting to relax from a long drive and were told our room wasnt quite ready. Offered no apology. We waited another 20 minutes. When we finally got to our room, the cleaning staff was STILL in there. We did not get into our room until 3:30pm.
The room smelled musty and was still dirty. The benches (it was a suite) were so dirty that we we wouldnt even sit our things on them. The curtains had holes in them. The chair to the desk had stains all over the seat. The shower did not drain. We found hair (looked like pubic hair) on our “clean” towels.
We tried to talk to the staff at the front desk about our issues and he would not get off the phone. Our stay was awful and would NEVER stay again.

Front desk staff was rude and sarcastic, rooms weren’t clean, dried mud was all over our room, found mold on the walls and ceiling, sheets that were supposedly clean had stains on them, found blood splattered all over the standing lamp in the corner. Checked In 5 minutes before 3:00pm was told they didn’t have a room available just quite yet. Other groups of people walked in right behind us with the same room and got to go up right away. Asked the front desk for extra towels was told that they didn’t have any and to go see housekeeping and then a man walked up to the desk right as we were leaving the front desk and asked for towels and the front desk gentleman gave him 5 extra towels, when we only needed 3 extra towels.

The hotel was updated & clean. The pool and pool was small but perfect for kids to splash. Would stay here again.

The bed sheets appeared to be torn by cats and the room smelled like a wet dog.

The hotel is dated what updates have been done are poor This seems to be usual for hotels that are franchised
The first room I checked in had a very strong musty smell and burned my nose and throat moved too another room
Alot of contaractors vehicles and semis taking up multiple parking spots
Too many first time ark visitors staying here too make a difference in the wuality
