Amazing stay! Everyone at the DoubleTree provides excellent customer service. Beautiful resort like environment.
Clean rooms, comfy beds, well appointed. Great location near Sonoma Co. Wineries, and to see the Redwoods.

I’m cannot stand extra fees, 18$ to park in an empty parking lot. Ridiculous

Terrible experience at Double Tree Hilton in Rohnert Park - in every way. After eating in their restaurant on day one - well, let me say, it was not pretty...ugh! Soooo not good when traveling for business! Nothing good about this place.

This hotel is in a great location. As a golfer it is really convenient being next to the golf course. Friendly helpful staff. We had a really nice meal at the Baccus restaurant.

The area was really beautiful and location was good. The whole bottom floor of the building was also gorgeous. My peeves would be that we paid almost 400/night and thought by the ad online that said there was breakfast, that it would be included. But this place nickel and dimes everything they can. You have to pay for breakfast, you have to pay 16/day for parking, you get 2 free water bottles but have to pay $2 for every water after. I would expect when getting a luxury suite that you’d get free parking and breakfast. Also, the spa jetted tub spit out black chunks every time we wanted to relax in the tub. The room was nice in photos but needed major updates and a deep clean. I know the housekeepers probably have way too much work in 1 day to be able to do that, but again, when paying so much money I excepted a super nice and updated CLEAN room. The couches were ugly and discolored, the furniture was all old and beaten up. No microwave in the room… the list kind of goes on. I’m actually really easy to please and would have looked passed these things if I wasn’t so upset in the morning realizing we didn’t get coffee/wate/ food included in the price. Just bummed for paying 1000 for 2 nights and still being charged for a bunch of other things that I felt should have been included when paying for a high end room. The staff was friendly, the exterior was gorgeous, it I would never go there again unfortunately

Location was good. The property is not bad looking, it's dated.

The rooms are old and dingy, this location needs and upgrade. We switched rooms as well because the first one was just gross with stuff on the furniture and walls as well as the desk chair. We paid a higher price at this hotel than a nicer, newer hotel not far away, we were sort of stuck with this one due to my husband's work event. The front desk staff was nice and was able to change our room but acted as if this was nothing new for them.

We were not aware of the $16 daily parking fee. Maybe we missed it in the mice print.

Every time my husband and I go to Sonoma for wine tasting we stay at the Double Tree in Rohnert Park. We absolutely love it there for so many reasons! Perfect location, perfect layout of the hotel and super comfortable!! Love it!!

Back of hotel is by golf course which is fine, but close enough to freeway to hear it when balcony door is open. Otherwise grand style from an earlier era, good food and drink, nice pool.

Everything was going amazingly until 2:30 in the morning when 2 massive parties on the third floor were happening security was called the police were called. We didn’t get to sleep until 4:30 in the morning. The hotel was very nice and told me that they couldn’t help me out or refund me because we went through Hotels.com.

Architecture is a little dated, but huge open space, very welcoming, nice pool and tub, food good in restaurant, though wine selection not so good. Pandemic must have hit hard; very spacious and mostly empty wine racks. Room and bed comfy. Nice oasis in midst of the general chaos of Rohnert Park surrounding it.

breakfast food is terrible, cheap and low quality. i was so sick after eating only 2 bites and wasted all food..cheap quality bagel..hash brown half cooked and dripped in oil and eggs were smelling bad..how can they go wrong with basics

We were very comfortable during our stay. The staff was very responsive. We had a request re: our shower. Housekeeping was available on request and did a nice job. The one negative: there is a daily charge for parking. I thought this was excessive and hadn't anticipated the charge.

Dated rooms, but comfy beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile.

Very old facility that has not been maintained. Dirty carpet, missing tile and scuffed walls. Towels with stains and a very uncomfortable mattress. I thought it was just the first room but they kindly switched us only to find the same conditions. Not sure why it rates so high, it's a 2 star on its very best day.

The internet did not work until I called manager the next morning which took me 20min to find a working number that wasn’t trying to sell you a room. The phone in the rooms do not work so you can not call restaurant or front desk. Rooms are quite expensive but there are not any guest services available. Prices quoted online is not the price you pay. Bogus fees add hundreds of dollars to the bill.

It was a good stop and met all my doubletree expectations!
