Very nice & very quiet hotel & great location right in the downtown area with lots of choices for food close by. Loved the large towels for showering & the faucet being large & ability to move around.

The hotel was amazing, the breakfast was great. Clean rooms, and friendly staff… and helpful.
However our pull our couch was smaller than advertised- with no blanket available, there were no extra towels in the room, no extra toilet paper. Had to go the front desk multiple times for things which was frustrating.

Was in town for a concert for our anniversary. Was reasonably priced and comfortable.

I was too sick to attend the concert but my husband took a friend. I was pleased when they called me to confirm that he was checking in insstead of me. However I would not hae accepted the room they gave him. I specifically reserved a handicap accessible room. There were NO grab bars in this room. Furthermore, the toilet was so low that he could barely get up from it. Otherwise they were satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Average. Snowed overnight several times. They would not lend me a broom to initially sweep the snow off of the car windows and door. Had to endure a mess to get to a store to purchase one.

Very quiet and clean. Staff was extremely attentive and courteous. We have stayed here in the past, and will continue to book with this hotel.

Fairfield overbooked so we had to stay at comfort inn which was $35 more expensive and we didn’t get the king bedroom we booked. We were here with 3 other couples and had to stay at a separate hotel from the rest of our friends which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Fast check in. Rooms are very nice. Only downfall is the walls are a little thin for the hallway sounds

We paid a little more to stay here because of the good breakfast they have. We were upset because they were out of a lot of items. We complained about the shortage of items and management compensated us for the inconvenience. We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. Nice hotel.

TV service was out. No TV at all. NOT acceptable. Also, some blood on the wall between the beds. Needs to be removed immediately.

The room was dirty- the toilet had dried urine on it and something gross on the toilet rim. The doors didn’t seemed locked and the air conditioner was not working properly. For the cost we paid- it was disappointing. I will not go back.

Stayed here for parents weekend at CMU. Close enough to walk to the football game. Hotel itself is very nice. Has a pool and nice breakfast.
