Great front desk and restaurant staff

The stay was fine. The room had a strange odor to it, but nothing that warranted complaining. It could just be that I'm not from the area and a "new" smell was foreign to me. My trip was a quick 12 hour lay over, basically a place to crash before heading out to family in the Bingham area. The food was excellent! I'm not new to Maine, just the area, I've vacationed plenty in the state. The food was exactly as I expected it to be. Dinner and breakfast.

Good choice for what we had to do , school graduation. A few negatives one elevator broken , loud A/c in room , pool closed. This is are second stay there. Will stay there again it’s a good value. Very clean.

A very nice hotel to stay in. We use it to stay during our visits to Bangor as it is connected to the airport. Very convenient. Coffee in lobby at 4am for early flights.

The Aviator needs an upgrade. Very expensive night for a very marginal room. Stained furniture, very noisy climate control, one very slow elevator.

VERY convenient location. Directly across the street from the airport. I had a few issues but the staff was very responsive and helped to resolve quickly. Tailwinds Bar & Grill was great for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel was good. Although I paid for breakfast on the booking, there was no breakfast served as a staff member did not show up. The front desk did offer take away sandwich, which was nice but not worth the extra money I paid for a added breakfast

Blinding floodlight from adjacent airport made for tough conditions related to sleep. Incredibly loud construction noise was hard to block out.

The two desk clerks are polar opposites. One is friendly and accommodating. The other is a bit rude and difficult. The hotel is noisy. Banging doors all night long. The restaurant is insanely priced. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is directly connected to the airport. Overpriced and not particularly welcoming.

Great hotel. Just a couple comments. They had no de-cafe coffee in morning. One elevator was out making it longer wait times. And lastly, a 10.00 charge for parking took us by suprise plus using the airport parking made for extra work for us to get tickets valadated.

Hotel has enclosed walkway. Checkin and checkout were quick and friendly. Only 2 elevators and one was out of order, but not too long of a wait. Room was clean and spacious and had mini fridge and microwave. Resturant for breakfast was pkay, prices a little high and the bluberry pancakes were dry and not tasty. Only stayed one night for morning flight. Parked in long term airport lot with space not too far behind hotel.

the shower walls still had hair on it. and the man who checked me in wasn’t very polite. bad day or not. didn’t even tell me how much i was swiping my credit card for!! that’s not okay. i’m not just blindly going to swipe my credit card and then he gave me my room key and didn’t even give me suggestions on what floor it was on. over all not so pleasant experience. although the man who checked me out at 3:30 am was WAY nicer

It is convenient but parking out back with no back entrance to the hotel sucks in the winter.

One thing that was not said was thT we had to pay for parking. We paid an extra 10 dollars for parking on top of the room. No breakfast included but no big deal. Pool was open early so that was a plus.

Super convenient for the airport. Rooms and property very pleasant. Host at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Good value for money, for an overnight stay.

People next door were horribly loud till 1:30 or so in the morning3 hours worth and I had to get up at 3. Almost checked out to sleep at the airport

The water was too hott we couldn’t shower . The parking was annoying, I paid 3 times. They didn’t explain that . Very pricy to park. I called making sure the pool was working and that day it wasn’t. I picked that hotel for the pool for my kids and of course they closed it that day. And there was no good explanation why. I won’t ever go back .
