You ran out of coffee by 8 AM on most days but advertise coffee until 10 AM

I have stayed at Sunbreeze several times, and this time did not disappoint. I like its convenience to the airport and the middle of town. They are constantly cleaning. The staff learned my name and greeted me each time. The restaurant is consistent and quality. It is popular, so it is important to make a reservation on special food nights. Also, I really like the way the room is lighted. The bathroom is very nice and looks like it is newly updated.

Great location, good service and good restaurant.

Convenient to the airport but busy and noisy. Only real issue was that I tried to contact them with questions before my trip a couple of times and didn’t receive a response.

No hot water (went from cold to like warm), no working mini fridge (our food spoiled), air conditioner was not functioning properly, many mosquitos in the room or dead on the wall, room was very dated (which was the least of the issues). Very dissatisfied with this experience and would like an Expedia manager to contact me to discuss how to go about being refunded or credited.

Sunbreeze is an excellent place to stay right on the beach in San Pedro. The atmosphere is great and the bar and restaurant excellent. It is a very convenient location within walking distance to the water taxi and all the tour operators. Whether you want to dive, snorkel, swim with the sharks or do a trip to the mainland to see the Mayan Ruins and cave tubing excursions it is all located right along the beach front within a couple hundred yards of the Hotel. We will definitely stay again next trip to San Pedro Belize.

It was a great hotel, walking distance to all major shopping and restaurants. very clean and had a great restaurant in it. Only complaint is there was no coffee and coffeemaker in the room.

Our first visit to San Pedro and we loved it. Visited during the off season not crowded. Loved the hotel everything was spotless. The staff was pleasant, cheerful and helpful especially Ryan.

Have enjoyed the restaurant several times but first time staying. Rooms was clean and A/C was perfectly cold. Check in was easy although the desk clerk didn’t have the ceiling fans on at the time because they give her a headache…🤔 So we melted while checking in although she had a fan on her behind the desk. Double queen room….pretty sure it was a double double set up as having a queen at home, one would know how we fit into bed. Only there for one night so all in all, I’d stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This hotel was amazing , was quiet , beautiful, the staff was the cherry on top amazing customer service all were friendly and delicious food at the blue water grill. The bartender Keon was extremely kind and helpful made the experience at the hotel restaurant great with his recommendation and great customer. Waiter Gabriel was very helpful and attention gave great recommendations on things to do in the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this hotel due to great location & amazing staff. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Showers were great pressure they have like the rain shower heads in bathroom fully enjoyed that. The pool is cleaned once a day I thought that was amazing.

We had an amazing time here! The hotel and staff were awesome. Special thanks to Ryan for all his help with check-in and his fantastic suggestions on entertainment and recreational activities. The attached 'Bluewater grill' had excellent food options. The breathtaking view and easy access to the beach were perfect. Our server Caterine was fabulous. She took care of us like we were family. Quick boys trip to lovely Belize. I usually stay farther north but opted to stay in town this time. Sunbreeze hotel (not suites) is perfectly located in the middle of town and conveniently located close to the airport. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing but also close to the action.

Sunbreeze hotel is amazing! From the people to the views, to the pool, water pressure in the shower, everything! Pillow was a little stiff for my liking, Food was great! We will be going back again!

The furniture and bedding could be upgraded. The shower was not hot most days. The food in the restaurant was pricey. Ryan was always very helpful and available to assist. Enjoyed the entertainment. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the airport and local bars/restaurants. Dive shop on site.

The place was beautiful and the most friendly staff the help in any way possible. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recomend staying there. The pool was nice, there is areas to sit outside. Security at night time and its close to the airport. They will help with luggage to the airport at departure.

The SunBreeze is a fantastic hotel to stay at within walking distance to literally everything. Its conveniently located 5 mins from the local airport you will fly into. They help to pre-arrange that someone will greet you when you land and assist you over to the hotel. From start to finish, my stay was a dream. The whole staff at SunBreeze is very attentive. Ryan (Bellman) was wonderful! I forgot my charger block and he personally gave me one to use during my stay. He also walked me over to a sportsbar one night since i didnt know where it was (Not a safety issue at all, just directionally challenged). They helped me with renting a golf cart for the day which made it so easy but there are companies right outside the hotel if needed as well. This was my first solo trip and as a female I felt safe the entire time whether on the premises or not. You should check out the restaurant attached, Blue Water Grill. A little pricey but well worth it. will definitely be back at the Sunbreeze.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They added a special touch for my birthday which included a birthday card. Pur snorkeling tour was canceled last minute through a 3rd parry and the staff was able to book a half day tour for us and reserve a golf cart for us to explore San Pedro. Thank you so much!!
