Booked this stay for a family pool weekend. Pool was out of service and was not notified until we checked in

Very well maintained, incredible breakfast, and the staff is very nice. You are right next to a train wreck, but we did not hear a thing. They did offer noise, machines or earplugs if you wanted them.

This was a great stay. We were able to check in early. The room was clean and of a decent size. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. We didnt stay for the breakfast but we stopped at the nearby Pizza hut the first night and ate in the breakfast area. It looked to be a good breakfast. The only downside to this location would be the train tracks nearby. The freight trains sound the horns as they get close to the crossing.

Clean, beds fairly comfortable. Location was perfect for visiting our UNOH student BUT this hotel is wedged between 2 major streets and railroad tracks so there is a lot of noise at night. For those light sleepers I would not recommend. Staff was great to deal with. Parking lot easy to get in and out, didn't feel unsafe at all. Didn't get an opportunity to try out breakfast.

It was ok....not at all like the Fairfield Inn we stayed at in Anderson, IN.

Homeless waled in wanting food and drink places. Hotel back doors unlocked. Elevator broke. Stuck on second floor. Needed walker. Difficult to get down stairs.

The first room they put me in wasn’t clean. Dirty wash rag in the room and the other bed wasn’t made and had no clean towels and rags. Reported it to the front desk. The lady was very nice about the whole situation and put us in another room. She also said they would get in hold of hotel.com to get us a discount. But overall the stay was amazing and everyone was so nice.

The gentleman at the front desk was top notch....pleasant, cheerful, helpful, polite, overall made our stay enjoyable. We wanted to tip him but he said he couldn't accept it. Unfortunately we failed to get his name !

It was an average property and the night clerk stated there would be a incidents to cover the room. However, it was a parking fee charge and that wasn't stated when we checked in, and only found out after we checked out about the parking fees.

Cable in room did not work, shower plumbing mad high pitch noises and hallway was noisey, im addition secondary to some type of glitch I was charged twice for the stay the reimbursement has not occurred

Overall condition of the hotel is good. However, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. At morning breakfast, they ran out of mixed fruit and orange juice. The breakfast choices were numerous so that is a big plus.

Everything was just ok. We were not told when we checked in that we would not have daily maid service and also we were not told of a $3 parking fee. I feel these should have been told to us up front.

We had a two night stay, just me and three children. Both tvs did not work for local channels. We had complimentary streaming of showtime which we don’t really watch. We were able to sign in with our own Netflix streaming service. Room was clean for most part, bathroom door didn’t close easily allowing for us to lock it. Breakfast was so so, no syrup handy, had to wait on coffee, oatmeal was just two thick and gummy. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean with plenty of towels

I was one the road and needed somewhere to stay for the night, I reserved a room but realized it was reserved for a couple weeks later, Expedia couldn’t do anything about it and the hotel would not reimburse me…. I will never deal with a Expedia or this chain of hotels again.

They were testing the fire alarm system for 4 hours after I arrive. I have to leave for 4 hours of my stay exhasted after 11 hour drive. Won't go back!

The hotel was nice and clean staff was ok for who showed up. The hot tub was down and the cook didn't show in the am so we didn’t get breakfast. Also each room only got breakfast for 2 people, hello room was for 4 people!!!

I couldn't have been happier about this hotel. It was very clean, the room was comfortable (beds and pillows were AWESOME!). The staff was extremely friendly.
The breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast. Nothing extraordinary, but at least what you'd expect from a hotel and a little more.
The only thing missing it getting 100/100 (instead I'd say 99/100) is that they were not proactive on wiping down the tables where people ate breakfast (but I bet they would have if I had asked) and the general restroom in the hallways to the rooms was a bit untidy towards the end of the day. But those are minor issues, in my opinion. Also, there is a $3/night fee for parking a car. I wasn't aware of that, so a bit surprised when I got the receipt email after our visit. But it was so minor that it's not worth bringing up to them.

The carpet coming out of the room next to ours was visibly filthy the entire three days we were there. I’m not sure what happened in that room since it was also propped open our entire visit as well but the carpet throughout the hotel wasn’t very clean either, so it’s not really surprising that it stayed dirty. The only other thing was that the room’s air freshener was far too strong and we had to keep out window open to try and help air it out when we came back to the room.

Stayed 2 nights there:
Pros: Staff was so helpful and friendly and made changes to our room. The room was very clean and the breakfast was terrific.
Cons: Had a room next to the railroad track and was awakened several times by loud horns. Staff changed the room and the next night was perfect. Was charged a $3.00 per night parking fee that was never mentioned on their website or by the staff. If you are going to charge for parking that should be specified.. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Loved the central location. Loved the breakfast options but bread for toast would be nice. My only issue is paying for parking it was only $3 but still nonsense. Also the pot smell right in the entry way was not nice.

We liked the short walking distance to UNOH, the spacious room, comfortable bed, and the delicious breakfast. The room decor is a little dated...like walking into the 1970s.
