Once I got a room with the Air conditioning working it got better. I ended up in a room with 2 queen beds and I reserved a king bed. The location is good and surrounding area is decent also. The pool was cold so we didn't use it as I planed. The place needs some TLC and repairs.

VERY run down; right next to an abandon, graffitied, boarded up steak house; smelled almost musty in some areas, in others the cleaning solution was so strong it took your break away and most every other area smelled strongly of maijuana (this is a no smoking facility). Bathroom- sink handle barely attached, shower curtain broke so they shoved a piece of cardboard in it to keep it up, floor door and paint were all peeling. The door that you can open to share rooms had a gap and barely felt like it closed, we put the chair in front of it. Bed was OVERLY soft, and for some reason both beds the head was lower than the feet. Breakfast was cereal (although by 7a milk was out), muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit of apples and oranges, and waffles. Check in was easy, & we never saw a housekeeper or any other staff outside the front desk, they weren’t very engaging but friendly otherwise.

Checkin was easy and well handled. Even with a rude customer the staff handled everything professionally. The room was a King room bed was to soft for my back but the sheets are clean and so was the bathroom. Weird sounds all night like pipes creaking. Good value for the money. Pool was closed but didnt plan on swimming

Clean rooms, clean comfortable beds, very nice full breakfast and pleasant check in. Oh, and quiet. We peaked in at the pool also but didn't have time to use it; looked clean. The building is a little older but they are doing some updating and with the price being very reasonable I would definitely stay again when wwe are going to be in the area.

Beds were very uncomfortable, pool was freezing cold, asked for a stopper for the bathtub & received one that was moldy and disgusting. The telephone in the room didn’t work at all, not sure it was even a real phone. Someone nearby was smoking marijuana and the smell was wafting in to our room. This is not a typical Country Inn & Suites, it clearly was a different hotel name in the past- I usually love country inn & suites, but this was not it. I will say, the man working the front desk after 6pm was very kind and tried to be as accommodating as possible with the issues we did have.

Staff was very rude and stand offish during phone calls prior to arrival. Rooms were dirty, multiple lights in each room didnt work, chairs in rooms were sketchy at best,

The hotel was disgusting. We were there for a cheer competition and a few of our team mates found bedbugs left to stay elsewhere. We did not see any thankfully and didn’t have the funds for another hotel so we had to stay. There were dirty linens and trash in the hallway, the bathtub and shower curtain were filthy. We found hairs on our sheets and a sticky substance on the base of the bed. We purchased bleach and cleaned our own room. The refrigerator barely kept anything cold. The pool was ice cold to the point that we couldn’t use it. I contacted hotels.com Friday night and talked with someone. I was told that the situation would be escalated and that we would hear back within 24 hours. No one ever got back to us. This hotel was fairly expensive and honestly should be shut down. It was that bad. I am furious

The room was very nice. The employees were very friendly and courteous. the breakfast was very good. I was very disappointed there is no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up to my second floor room.

We stayed over the weekend for a gymnastics meet. The hotel was in need of updating and repair. The rooms have barely any furniture and lighting. The bathroom is tiny and run down. Towels and bedding are rough and old. Some rooms the heat didn’t work properly and friends needs a space heater.

Nothing wrong with my good it's just me. This like many midprice hotel is aging fast. Expedia reservation at last minute about 20 minutes before arrival. It's NOT a newly built building. I was greeted very quickly at desk with my room key. The room was very comfortable. The small breakfast area was a narrow long room. Basic breakfast with cereals. toast, 1 Waffle maker and eggs and sausage. Judging by design was old Holiday Inn?Sadly like so many hotels it's slowly going into direpair so it may change names soon. Hotel was OK for a good sleep as it was right off I94. Less than 10 minutes from Firekeepers casino.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was satisfactory with good options. On the surface it looks ok. There is no elevator. I paid through Expedia for a premium king room, and was told that was only available on the second floor. Unable to do stairs, they moved me to a first floor room with only a full bed. There were holes in the bathroom door. Dust in the corners. Curtains not hung correctly. Over painted in some places (parts of the door knobs and sprinkler system) and needed paint in other places. One of the sprinkler heads was completely taped off with painters tape. The door had to be pulled with force to latch. No refund for the difference in price of rooms. Quite disappointed and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I would like to commend the front desk staff for their service, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. The hotel is what you would expect for the price. If you want budget, this is your place. There were plenty of local businesses to meet your needs as well. One thing, there seemed to be a lot of restrictions imposed on guests - nothing that directly affected me, but might affect others. Oh, the bed was very comfortable and my wife and I both had a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet had hot items that were tasty.

First off I paid for a king suite with a jetted tub… I got a 2 queen room with no jetted tub. After I asked the front desk person about it… he asked me if I wanted to be down graded to a regular queen room. Of course I said no and he said I needed to contact you and not them….

Pictures did not match actual property. Carpet was sticky, black mold in the corner shower, no internet. Staff was great and helpful, parking was good.

A lot of money for a sub par hotel. Was on a long road trip and saw that they had deep soaking tubs. Yes they definitely do however the tub stopper didn’t work and the water spout was even long enough for the water to fill the tub. Was also disappointed that there were no elevators in this hotel. Makes if difficult with people with joint pain to carry all their items up the stairs.

While not usually sharing reviews, I thought it might be helpful. Upon arrival, the guest in front of me had a significant issues with his stay, making me a little gunny. However, my room was recently reconditioned and was nice. Sure the shower did not work perfectly, but for the price it was fine. It took me about 10 - 15 minutes to check in which was a little long. I would recommend this property--for the room I had--with the caveat that it is a $80 - $ 90 hotel. If you want better, pay another $50 and go to the Holiday Inn or Hampton. For me, it was fine.
