So easy to find in KIX. Follow the signs. Friendly and easy check in. Room is big and clean and has everything. Even robes. Restaurants and convenience stores right near lobby. Quiet and good sleeping.

Great hotel! Everything is very convenient with the hotel itself being inside the airport. It is also clean ant the staff is friendly. I definitely recommend them and will stay there again in my future trips to Japan.

Friendly, English speaking help who came to me as I walked in. She took my bags and sent them to my room immediately. After a 12 hour flight, that was wonderful. Large room for a single with a big bathtub. I enjoyed the robe provided.

Building works going on. Purpose of stay was a break between a 14 hour flight/9 hour time difference so no early sleep or late sleep. Reaction from staff was just a shrug. Nothing they could do. I was going to stay for the return. Obviously will stay elsewhere. They should have been upfront and said. Cleanliness not great, stains in the carpet and general grubbyness

Nikko Kansai is still a very pleasant experience. Missed my breakfast as i slept in late(alarm on Thai time). Wish they could extend breakfast to 10am.

The property is dated, and my only complaint is that the pillows were really uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was spacious, excellent friendly staff, and the best possible location connected to KIX Terminal 1.

The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport- provided you notice the signs directing you to the 2nd floor. It’s a short, well-marked walk, through the train station. The room is of course small, but it’s comfortable. Our chief complaint is that we arrived at 8:15 pm and there are absolutely zero dining options open, and there’s not even room service. Perhaps there is a convenience store or vending machines, but the front desk never mentioned them when we inquired about where to eat. I’ve spent 40 years doing international business travel and this is the first time I ever encountered this. It needs to be corrected

It was great to be able to stay at a comfortable hotel after a late arrival into Osaka. The room was comfy, as was the bed.. The buffet breakfast was good and something for everyone diet. The employees were very helpful helping us navigate. We would stay again

Most convenient hotel since it's located inside the Kansai Airport. There are two convenience stores right nearby. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

The website says they have four restaurants but that two — the two Japanese ones— are currently closed (which was a poor choice on their part, timing-wise). When we arrived at dinner time, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the four was closed. We had come all the way out to the isolated airport island early in order to get settled the night before an early flight, counting on being able to eat dinner at one of the restaurants. We ended up having to eat at a nasty airport fast food place where the meals looked like dog food. After two weeks of amazing food in Japan at every price point, this was such a sad way to end the trip. Just a sad was the hotel itself, very old and dated with no services at all. We dragged our many heavy bags ourselves, couldn’t order food, couldn’t even have a little coffee or tea in the morning before our flight. It was basically a bed and nothing more. Total disappointment. Since it’s hard to get to the airport early, there should be a better hotel there.

We made this hotel booking as it’s advertising only 14 mins walk from the International airport, and we know our flight will be arriving late (close 12am midnight) so under 15 mins of walk distance is ideal because we want to rest in the hotel ASAP once we landed. But after we landed tonight, it took us over 35 mins walk from airport to the hotel, in the middle of the dark cold and windy night with a 6 yr old kid and 2 heavy luggages! We’ve spoke to the hotel supervisor as soon as we arrived in hotel but he didn’t seem to care of what we experienced at all. This is a huge misleading ad and terrible customer service have ruined the beginning of our valuable trip, with the price we paid to stay for this hotel, there were a lot of other better and cheaper hotel options we could of choose and go to by taking a taxi outside the airport! This is our first and will be last stay in this hotel, not recommended!

Quick and easy check-in, along with friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel welcome and were very helpful. Room was perfectly furnished and was in immaculate condition. Nice smelling bathroom, filled with all that you will need for your stay. All in all, a great hotel that provided me with a great night sleep.

It’s directly connected to terminal 1 with short walking distance. Very recommend to travellers have early morning flight or late arrival to the airport. No other place is as convenient as this hotel. However, the interior is quite outdated and renovation is needed. The breakfast buffet is with international style and good for those arrive the hotel at late night a day before.

We booked our stay at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport to make our effort to board an international flight easier the next morning, and we were so glad we did. The hotel is essntially at the terminal! but is a quiet sanctury away from the hustle and bustle of the Kansai Airport departure terminals. We needed every ounce of the energy we saved by staying at this hotel to survive the 3.5 hrs check-in, security check, and boarding process! We were so glad we stayed at Hotel Nikko the night before!

Conveniently located inside the airport. If you have an early flight, it’s great! Very spacious and nice and clean. A convenience store is on the first floor.
