The people that work there were amazing as always. Unfortunately ( not their fault ), they are renovating the hotel, which we were not told, the parking lots by the hotel were not available because of paving, noisy, etc. Again, we always had a great experience here, we just wish we would have know about all the work going on, we would have waited to go when it was done.

I booked this on a recommendation from a family member. It's a beautiful facility with pleasant, helpful staff. While there was some construction, it in no way detracted from the experience.

It was a nice stay in a comfortable room. They upgraded us upon check-in, which was very nice. The only problem was that there is only one elevator working, and they have a crew of men remodeling, and they kept tying up the only elevator that was working.

It was perfect. Beautiful hotel, great staff, and the room was terrific!

Weather was chilly but still walked around the town and did some shopping. Wineries were very nice. All and all a pleasant weekend.

This is a very nice hotel and is so convenient to the shops and restaurants in St. Joe. We enjoy coming up in the winter to enjoy the quiet and beauty of this lovely town.

We stay at this hotel at least 6 times a year or more.
Love the bistro and bar, the rooms are clean, great views of the lake, walkable to everything beach, restaurants, shops, etc...the staff is friendly and helpful at all times.

Our check in process was timely, but when we got to our room on the 7th floor with our luggage, the door wouldn’t unlock. So after 2 trips down the elevator to the front desk, maintenance person was sent to try to fix the door. After that didn’t work, our 3rd trip down, we asked for a different room. Would have been nice to have gotten a couple of drink vouchers for the 30+ minutes wasted just getting into our room. And it was very late in the day. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely, upscale, wonderful location.

The room next to me had a party and were yelling and screaming until after midnight. I chose this hotel so I could have a nice dinner at the restaurant on property. The restaurant was closed! Woman at the front desk was a bot rude upon check in. Room was large and clean. Parking was easy.

We stayed this past Saturday night and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The parking behind the hotel was convenient and close to the back entrance and check-in desk. I reserved 2 rooms, one for my wife and I, and the other for our friends we were traveling with on a little wine trail weekend. The check-in was smooth and we ended up in rooms on the fourth floor with views of Lake Michigan even though the reservation showed a standard suite with a city view. The suite was large, opening to a kitchen and living room with a separate doorway to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom sink was outside of the toilet/bath which is always nice setup. The king bed was very comfortable, though I personally didn't care for the pillows as they were quite hard. The elevators were quick and the entire property was clean, well cared for, if not a bit dated. The rooms were quiet except when a train goes by. We had an Expedia bonus of $25 off at the on-site restaurant/bar which we used at breakfast. The breakfast options were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, with nearly everyone in festive garb. Our waiter, Chris, was on top of everything. I had the bagel and lox and it was very tasty. We even had a visit from Santa, so the experience was fun and relaxed. Checkout went smoothly as well.

The employees were professional, the hotel restaurant was awesome! The rooms worked out great!

The location is absolutely wonderful and it was the perfect place to stay after the Notre Dame game. The hotel is pretty much the same as it was in the 80’s. Exactly. But if it were updated, we probably couldn’t afford it so we just enjoyed going back in time since we could also walk out to the lighthouse and delight in the perfect fall morning. The restaurant is quite lovely and my husband also enjoyed the sugar cookies in the lobby.

Upscale hotel, room lay out if great. Staff is very friendly, location and view is great. The food in the bistro is excellent. We have been in four different hotels the last seven days. This one is by far the best. Can highly recommend it and hope we have the chance to stay here again.

We stayed here for the Notre Dame game and it was a winner on all fronts!
Hotel rooms were cozy and the bistro was delicious. The town has a great wine store and the Tosi Bakery in the morning is a ‘Don’t Miss,’

The hotel is a little dated but is the perfect location in downtown St. Joe. The hotel also has a separate bedroom and living area which is a plus!

We loved staying at The Boulevard, will return again

The facility was dated, restaurant and bar were closed on Monday and I think Tuesday. Not worth the price…not recommended

The property was well maintained. Walking distance to lake, stores and wine shops.

Hotel is in prime downtown location closest to Silver Beach, shopping and restaurants. It's a vintage hotel in very good condition with nice front porch. Staff from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The Boulevard Hotel was wonderful!! Staff were amazing, location was great and everything about the hotel was the best! I would not hesitate to come back and I highly recommend this place!

It was ok but not stellar. I was anticipating more considering the cost of one night $200+ for a “city view”. The bathroom was way tiny, couch was broke down in the middle making for an uncomfortable sitting place, and the food was not tasty. We didn’t eat dinner at the Bistro, just ordered breakfast and yuck! $50+ for three kids pancake meals (which tasted like garbage, came with bacon that was rubbery), three kids chocolate milks, and a sausage gravy with biscuits (gravy was from a can and biscuits were barely biscuit forms). BUT the beds were SOO nice and comfortable, TVs were huge, shower was hot with great water pressure, and everything was clean so I can look past the crappy food and size of bathroom for a clean, comfortable bed.

Checking in took 30 minutes due to one staff member. For $300 /night you think we could get a glass glass instead of a plastic one.

Property and rooms were very clean and had recently been updated, but a few things that were overlooked in the reno (old doors, popcorn ceilings, poor lighting) made the rooms feel a bit dated despite many nice features including clearly new carpet, beds, bedding, and baths.
Staff was nice and responsive. Main floor of the hotel was nicely decorated. Restaurant was very good and has a beautiful patio. Can't beat the location--shopping, restaurants and beach are all within a short walk.

Warm cookies were such a nice touch!

I wish they still included complementary breakfast, but the cookies are a nice touch. Rooms are in need of some updates.
