Nice place with large rooms and full kitchen
Loved it. Hot tub a d pool were nice. Only issue was a large group of sports team with about 12 year old kids that were running all over the halls. Would definitely stay there again

I would have rated higher but despite 3 tries to get results, we never had hot water for showers. Always lukewarm.

It would have been great if the dishes provided were actually clean, the coffee cups had sugar and dried coffee in the bottom the plates and silverware had dried food on them, it tells you how clean the rest of the place is. They even took the dirty dishes out of the dish washer and put them away, I was looking for soap to run them and no one had any, front desk or the people cleaning the rooms. Sorry, but I’m not impressed.

This is the second time I've stayed here - it's my go-to place when I'm in Salt Lake City - so clean, breakfast is good, very nice kitchen , great outdoor area, including a courtyard, which is great because I have a little dog ! Staff is so friendly - love it here !!

Beautiful, clean property. Excellent, friendly staff. Had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect.

The place is old, but up kept and clean. Beds were not very comfortable

Double beds… really?? Why not at least Queen size beds at the very least? Unless most of the guests are little people, which I highly doubt! I’m not a big person but my husband and I don’t fit on a double!! And the built in shampoo/conditioner/body gel dispensers would be fine but mine were empty!! And unless you want to give out personal luffas to each guest, maybe not have body gel as the ONLY option?!

Nothing to say other than it was a nice place but the fireplace didn't work in the room we stayed in.

I was actually really impressed with this place. This is a awesome hotel. Great price great location I will be coming out next time. The only thing I’m giving it a one star less because when I booked it, I was not told I was supposed to pay a damage fee of $125 if they had told me that when I booked it orbits that would’ve been nice but besides that it was a great place. Great trip.

This worked great for our family of six. My only complaint is that we where there for three days and never once did house keeping come empty garbages or anything.

I took my 93 year old MIL to see family in Salt Lake. The hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable!
The doors coming into the hotel were automatic which made it easy for a wheelchair. However, the doors out to the courtyard and into the building we were staying in were manual. NOT making it ADA friendly. Because of this I may have to reevaluate where we stay in November.

It was just okay. We didn’t realize it was pet friendly and let friendly hotels never seem as clean and unfortunately affect a few us in my family with allergies.

I am generally satisfied but there are rooms for improvement. The carpet not smelled very good.

Shower leaked always, bathroom door sticks so you can’t open it
Elevator floor sticky and never cleaned for the days we were there
Great people work there, kind of dingy

We were in town for a family reunion and several of us stayed here. The lovely courtyard/patio was a great gathering spot. We enjoyed the pool. Only downside is our room had a cigarette odor, obviously someone had smoked there even though the property is supposed to be nonsmoking.

I really liked staying in this facility. The staff was nice, easy check in and out. They give you complimentary refreshments at the check in. They have nice complimentary breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hottub.
Easy parking and good amenities.

The staff was fantastic about working with us due to a fluctuating baseball tournament schedule.

Sunday morning just before 9am both me and my sister heard a light tapping on the door and a man’s voice saying “housekeeping”. He tapped on the door again before we heard a key go in the door and the door opened. He wasn’t able to open the door all the way because I put the door latch over the door. My sister said she saw a man trying to look into the room but because of the door latch he couldn’t really see in. Then he closed the door and we didn’t hear anything after that. When I checked out I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she said housekeeping staff isn’t scheduled to be in until way later. I just want to say nothing like that has ever happened to me me at any hotel I’ve stayed at. After this I’m definitely going to be more aware of my surroundings.

I like the property and every employee was nice. Confortable stayed. I am glad we chose it.

Property needs repairs, but it was clean and large rooms. Entrance from street is not well lit. There is not sign to turn into driveway at night.
Staff is friendly and good service.
Free breakfast has good variety

The staff was so nice, there were a couple issues with the light switch and tv service but we worked it out. Definitely will stay again.

Our experience was very pleasant. We stayed here for Monster Jam 2023 in Salt Lake City. I'd like to give the manager Donna a shout out. When we checked in, she let us know that the pool was temporarily out of order due to a pump malfunction. My son who was looking forward to going straight to the pool after a 6 hour drive was extremely disappointed. However, as we were getting our things put away in our room, Donna came running over from the other side of the building to let us know that she asked about the pool's status and was told that it was able to be reopened. Happy kids made for a happy dad. Thanks Donna!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept well. Property is finishing up renovation, our room had a few cosmetic flaws that will probably be taken care of before the renovation is finished.

I originally booked a two-room suite for a work colleague and I, but was called the morning of our reservation and told that they didn’t have any of those rooms available (and wasn’t sure how I was even able to book that through Hotels.com), so they’d need to split my companion and I into separate rooms (which was fine). In consideration of this, they gave us nice gift bags upon arrival.
The rooms were nice and spacious! Each had a kitchen and full size fridge, couch and lounge chair, table, and separate bedroom with King bed, and a large bathroom within the bedroom. Totally overkill for a single person (my whole family could have fit in that suite!), but I enjoyed having it all to myself.
Breakfast in the morning was decent; the star of the show for me was the breakfast potatoes, waffles, and blueberry muffins. The juice wasn’t cold, which was a bummer.
The hotel itself is a little dated. The hallways were somewhat dark and slim, which felt a little sketchy, but it was fine. The hotel is kind of one big loop with a courtyard in between the long sides that you can cut across to the other half of the loop. I’m glad they had this or it would have been really inconvenient to get around.
Overall, a decent place to stay and will probably be back again. :)

Great, clean,comfortable hotel room!

bed was uncomfortable and there were some ants in the bathroom.

Much better than expected mainstream hotel. Room was great, very comfortable with a couch and chair. Good choice to base for a few nights of skiing.

It was conveniently located.

This wouldn’t be my first choice. The 1 bedroom suites are tiny, and only come with a kitchenette and small table for 2. The place could use some updating and in the bathroom there was paint peeling near the tub. When we arrived a worker was in the room we were given, and was shocked we receive that room as “it wasn’t suppose to be given out.” Not sure what that means.

Furniture worn, 1 tv not hooked up to cable, control for other didn't work well (had to turn it off by taking out plug). shower fixture difficult to work. Combo quilt/sheet not warm enough. carpet near bed had crunchies. --Re brkfst: Potatoes cold w/nasty spices, neither type even browned, Couldn't get syrup out of dispenser. Weird egg circles w/ no taste. Serving space very crowded, kept bumping into each other. Good Waffles. --Poor choice of snacks at front office, mainly frozen. And let's face it, exorbitant prices. --People at desk very helpful. Our unit had cozy floor plan.

The hotel offered all the basics and a bit more. They had a full size fridge and table in unit. The shuttle to the ski areas that picked up at the door was wonderful. Really appreciated the breakfast and that they had coffee, tea, water out all day.
