Great rooms, and breakfast.

Great staff super accommodating!

Stay was very solid , came for a business convention. I was thoroughly impressed with everything from the staff , room , nd safety

Staff at checkin were friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. Room was small, especially the toilet and tub area, Note sink was in bedroom area which worked well for us, but some may not like it. Breakfast was well stocked in some ways but lacked basic fruit like bananas. OJ was watery.

Great stay. Only reason not Excellent: 1. Shuttle is not all day. It’s certain times only. 2. Sink was not in the bathroom and there were no towels at the sink.

Not aware before arrival of construction inside the building. It was impossible to rest during the day due to the constant banging above our heads, and impossible to sleep at night due to the elevator right next to our room clanging around all night as if it would collapse at any time.

The room was fine but they were under construction and didn’t say anything about it until we had already paid. We got up to the room and they were ripping up carpet and banging on the floor in the room right above ours.

I chose the "Pay at property" option which said they accept USD. USD = US dollars. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was very short with me when I had trouble finding my reservation info on my phone, then when we finally got it pulled up and I proceeded to pay in advace for the entire stay of my business trip with cash (USD). He then proceeded to tell me they did not accept cash as advertised in the Hotels.com app. He told they only accept credit cards. At that time I provided 2 credit cards that he could have billed the room rate to, as well as place the hold for incendental charge to cover the entire bill. The clerk then said, in very a disrepectful and condescending manner, and I quote "I arealdy told you, that was not an acceptable form of payment!" When in fact, he had just told me they only accept credit cards. At that point, I picked up my "credit cards" off the desk and walked out, tired, angry, and greatly disappointed in this, normally, respectable and freindly hotel chain. I am a loyal Hotels.com customer and hope this incident does not go unchecked. Never in my 47 years of exsitance, have I been treated with such distain and disrespect at any of the many hotels or resorts in which I have stayed. If you choose to stay at this location, do not expect quality service, a polite greeting, or even a smile as you approach the front desk.

They have a gym and everything like bedding, towels, etc were fresh and spotless.

Employees were extremely helpful and courteous at times

This was my first time visiting the property. I loved everything about it! The customer service was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful! My overall experience was superb! For my next stay in ATL, I will, hands down, stay here!!!

Hospitality was awesome

Cockroach crawling across the ceiling. No staff at the desk to resolve the issues. Luke warm water available for showers. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

No microwave was in my room

This is a nice property, clean, good breakfast and spacious meeting, dining area. My only criticism is the lack of communication between all the staff from morning to night shifts. My issue was finally resolved to my satisfaction, but it should not have been so hard.

Overall the hotel was nice. There were just small things that were frustrating. There wasn't a plug near the coffee maker, so had to move it to make coffee; very little hot water in the morning; no vent in the bathroom so it got really stuffy while showering; plugs between the bed were wide and charger blocks fell out. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Personal preference: would rather sinks be in the bathroom instead of in the room.

Property is well located. The rooms are in need of maintenance as well as needing to be upgraded.

Even though I arrived almost at midnight, check in was nice and easy. The front desk man was very friendly and polite. He provided me with all the necessary info without me asking. The room was great, it was big, clean and even my husband liked the decoration. The only thing I wish I had was a microwave in the room. Other than that, great experience. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay, rested well.

Holiday Inn Express Smyrna, GA. Left passport in the lobby. I went back to look for it (I had a trip to Ireland for Christmas 2023 the next day) and it was gone (my only ID I had with me my trip would have been cancelled taking to my mother, who died that month) Twin found it. RiQuita helped with my Walking Pneumonia and drove me to the ER. I couldn't walk and collapsed at the front desk (could have died) I was alone, didn't know anyone in Atlanta. These three lifted my spirits. Thank you. There are still angels in this world. Troy

The floor that we stayed on had a dozen or more exhaust fans blowing during our stay as a result of a water leak on the floor above us.

I had to protest being given a room right out of the elevator with 2 non-stop powerful blowing fans on each side of the door on my arrival. Then my request for house keeping was confirmed, promised but not honored. Then on Saturday the breakfast area had to be closed for almost an hour during the service hour to wait for more food. This place sucked!

Close to the Ball pay

This hotel is in a great location for Braves games, concerts, etc., at Truist Park. About a half mile walk, not bad. Really everything about the hotel was good except the check-in experience. To be fair, many people showed up around the same time mid-afternoon to check in before the concert. However, there was only one person working the front counter and then there was a wait while rooms were being cleaned from the night before. To be clear, the person working the front counter, Tanisha, was very professional and hard-working in the face of an impossible situation. She just had no help.

Checkin was supposed to be after 3 o’clock. We got there at almost 5 and the room is not ready. We chose that hotel for the location as we were going to an event at the ballpark but we had to change and get ready for our event literally in our cars because the room was not ready until after 6 PM.

Nice hotel. We went for the Morgan wallen concert and were unable to check into our room until after the concert was over. If the hotel rooms are sold out the night before, it may take a while to check in.

We weren’t able to check in until hours after the promised check in time.
