Everything was excellent besides the breakfast, which is awful .

The room for sleeping was fine. The room was not cleaned the entire week of our stay. The amount of homeless in and out made me not feel safe. The security doors are broken and no key is needed to get in the building.

Stopper on sink in bathroom not working properly.

Nice hotel.
Stayed in a suite that was spacious and comfortable. Stayed twice in the last year. Once there was no deposit as this time $50…
It’s run down a bit doors don’t lock to outside. Some bums were getting warm in the stairwell.. Next to a motel 6 that attracted a lot of police attentions There were some working girls around but very low key.
Breakfast was simple but good. I’m wish I would have stayed the whole weekend. I would go back

Easy and quick access when traveling.
Indoor pool and hot tub is why I always stay.

There was no security. Broken key pad and told it was on order. Homeless sleeping in the hall. Only good thing was 2 separate rooms for my husband to work. Furniture needs to be replaced and wall scratched up by a dog.

I was very disappointed that there was no hair dryer available. I had to buy one! Our room was not serviced after our first night. No clean towels or soap.

Booked a suite with a jacuzzi type tub in the room. After filling the tub it was discovered that the jets did not work and the tub was not cleaned very well as there was hair of the previous occupent and particles floating about in the water. The hotel was also under going construction which lead to the guest entrances that should be locked by key card left open for any one to walk in. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous and my partner and I enjoyed our stay.

This place is absolutely gross. There is so much dirt and grime on everything in the rom. From the phone to the floorboards to the carpets. Just gross.

I was very happy with the room and the price. The last 3 times i stayed at the Arapahoe rd location i was harassed by the Greenwood Village police department in the laQuinta parking lot. I will no longer stay at this location.

Absolutely horrid! Employees will enter your room whenever they feel like. Front desk girl with tattoo. Rude. Terrible place to stay

There are no electric chargers as advertised on hotels.com. Zero hotel or local info in the room, it sure would've been nice to know when breakfast was, but no, I missed the info on a paper taped to the counter, I was not directed to make sure I reviewed the info. The front entrance is all torn up. The exterior doors are not locked.

Great! I really liked the couch w coffee table, i would give a full 5 star but i didnt use alot of amenities and plus i stay at low budget motels just because i dont really ever need anything fancy. So it was paradise for me!

No proper WIFI service, even after calling the front desk multiple times, nothing happened.
Rest was good.

Alot of homeless in and around the property. Seen a guy overdosing inside of the hotel by the front desk on the couch. Cops and peramedics brought him back to life. The room and halls smell like dirty feet. The hotel has the potential to be nice but needs to lock all side doors and put password on wifi to deter homless. Need security as well. The front attendant seemed overwhelmed and seemed like a unsafe work place for her to work at night.

Came here to stay for a few days while I'm tending to family things. I stepped out to my car I come back and I find they're in my room invading my things. Housekeeping will come into your room. Maintenance men will go through your belongings. Invade your privacy terrible Place do not stay here unless you like your personal private life exposed

This was a very disappointing and disgusting stay.
From employees who couldn’t look away from their personal phones to help guests, to a person defecating in the hallways, to watery jello “eggs” for breakfast, guests listening to pornography so loud the entire floor could hear them to broken elevators it absolutely wasn’t worth the price we were charged - or the money we *thought* we were saving by staying here.
Other incidents include small unaccompanied children cannon balling into the hot tub, a clerk and her friends she invited to hang out all night hitting on my teenager and trying to get him to curse (?!) and two other guests fighting each other in the overhang … it was a mess.
It didn’t feel safe to be here. Period.

The nicest thing about this pace was the lobby. As soon as you try to check in there is a sign with a million rules, a couple worth mentioning is $100 fine for checking out late and that you won’t get house keeping unless you ask for it. I tried to ask for a late check-out and they said that’s not an option flex I wasn’t a rewards member and didn’t book through their sight. The room had stained sheets, limited lighting and missing was missing the tv remote. The hallways smelled like weed that also seeped into the room. When we asked to switch rooms and stated the above reasons the front desk couldn’t have cared less. No apology but at least we got a different room. We went out to dinner and when we came back the key cards didn’t work. The next morning, the front desk kept knocking at the door to let us know what time check out was and stood at the door until we left. Only picked this place bc the la Quinta location in Colorado Springs was a great experience. Wish I could get a refund. Do yourself the favor and don’t stay here.

For the price, it is good. Service is good

The keyed doors were left unlocked, many homeless people around. We couldn’t leave things left in our car, felt very unsafe in and out in of hotel. I am glad it was my husband staying and not me.

Booked on Expedia but did not even come close to the last La Quinta I stayed in before (Denver). Place is really, really outdated. Shower wall was falling apart, tons of pet hair on the carpet trim, sofas were so dated the fabric was coming apart. Elevator was gross. Toilet was so yellow from being so old. My keys didn’t work about 5 separate occasions. There’s more. For the low price it was decent but I will never return. OWNER seriously needs to invest in the property. All of the staff were very nice and tried hard to please even though they knew the place was falling apart. Its an ok place of you’re ok with old, grossness. Free breakfast was nothing to brag about. Only ate one day out of 6 I was there. PLEASE UPDATE THIS PLACE if you owners plan to host families.

All of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Its right by the freeway but not as noisy as some. Weird to get to. Nice pool and hot tub area. Elevators need some repair, had to hit the up button to go down, as the down button was stuck on several floors. Breakfast was adequate, same as every other hotel with hot sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yougurt, juice and coffee, some pastries. Fruit one day. We missed the second day as we needed to be somewhere, but the third day it was pretty bare and no one around to clean and replenish at 7:30. Nice setting in the lobby area with chairs couches and a nice fireplace. Would stay again. No hair dryer in our room but they brought a brand new one right away.

The hotel was dirty and the room was in disrepair. There was a fight in the parking lot at 2:00 AM that woke me me up. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel location.

I feel like the online pics of this property made it look way better than it is. Don’t get me wrong, some things are OK. The room itself was ok. The pools were ok and were very warm, which I loved. Breakfast wasn’t anything special or extensive, but ok. However, too many things were dirty, outdated, or downright trashy. The noise from I-25 kept me up most the night, so don’t overlook that. The back door that we were told to use was broken and unlocked (despite a sign saying it was locked 24/7). Too many characters around that made me feel unsafe, traveling with just myself and my young daughter. When we left the next morning, there was police presence right next door with a truck barricaded in. I’d avoid all the hotels in this immediate area. It all felt dark and sketchy.

So last time we stayed in a suite and it had two TVs one in the living room area where you have the couch and the coffee table and then one in the bed area where you slept this time they didn't have one in the living area which is really stupid because to watch TV you had to go lay down on the bed which was very awkward so I called and asked if we could have a different room that had a TV in the living area and they said that they were not going to be having TVs two TVs in the rooms anymore which it was really stupid and inconvenient and I don't know I wasn't very satisfied this time

Great stay- Shanay was professional and courteous at check in and made sure we were taken care of and felt welcomed. Room was great and clean, loved the in-room jacuzzi tub - will definitely return.

Although the room was large , the carpets had not been vacuumed. The bath tub and area around the tub was cracked and peeling . You can not take a bath. The closet door fell off on my partner.
The door to the parking lot was not locked.
Anyone could walk in . One of the 2 elevators did not work.
Would not stay at a Wyndham property again.

Everything was great except for I still haven't gotten my $50 deposit back

The lobby and breakfast area are wonderful, but our room was atrocious. Giant chunks out of the paint, stains on the walls, damaged and stained furniture, carpet ripped in numerous places, curtains had big holes. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Huge ceiling tiles wwre missing above the pool and there were never towels available. For the price it was sufficient, but far below what I expected.

The night staff was amazing with helping to upgrade our room to a jet tub. The property was quiet and there were a lot of different dining options for us to choose from. Overall great experience and stay! Breakfast was good, also!

Stay was okay for the price. Rooms need updated. Popcorn ceiling and weird open kitchen area. Also one elevator was inoperable and a lot of weed smell and a some seedy people hanging around. Probably just a Colorado thing. That said, for the price it wasn’t bad, staff was very friendly and room was clean.

This property is in decline, but met our needs.

The rooms were spacious and everything pictured on expedia seemed accurate. However, the company really need to evaluate the status of some of their furniture. The arm chair and couch are so disgusting, stained, and smelling. When we walked in the room, it had a very bad smell and immediately we had to open the windows. I think the cleaning staff does a fine job cleaning - that's not the problem.. I think the fabric on their chairs is beyond salvaging at this point. It needs to be replaced. I wish I could post pictures I took of the arm chair. Their bed linens and towels were just fine. It's really the sofa and the arm chair stinking up the place. We lined it with towels before sitting in them.
