Not a bad stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean

Very dirty hotel and rooms

I was very underwhelmed with the staff. When I requested my room to be made up they grudgingly sent a maid to replenish towels and empty the trash. The bed was left unmade and the coffee station was not replenished. The following morning I asked the front desk if they would get me some coffee packets for the room. Their answer " that is the Bistro's responsibility and they are closed". The correct answer should be let me get that for you. I ended up going to Starbucks,

Staff were great overall and the service; but the facility was dirty and the room was dirty. Food in the fridge from the previous people.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in honestly better than mine at home same for pillows. Staff was friendly and was there when we checked in at 12:30 AM. Quiet all around building. Clean room and lobby. Location close to where we needed to be the following morning.

I liked the fact that it was quiet, the staff were equally kind, helpful and easy to speak to. The room was clean and pleasant to be in during our entire stay. We look forward to going back. It was a great location for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a nice time.

The woman working at the front desk was super nice and helpful and the guy who was working doing the food and coffee was awesome

Front desk staff walked off the job with a lobby full of guests and nobody else knew how to check people in. Had to search for a new hotel at 10pm.

We came straight from our wedding and we originally were supposed to get a king size bed, but there is a minor league baseball team in town so we got to Quinn’s which is what it is. We were still comfortable the room had kind of a musty smell to it when we walked in the weirded out a little bit and we had a wonderful night, so no complaints just letting you guys know.

Great a little bit noisy until around 12:30am but considering that was for concert it was fine.

I always stay at this hotel and never have any issues, it was always clean, not sure what has changed maybe new staff, however the first room I was in the sheets were dirty. Spots on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. They did move me rooms, but the sheets in the next room were dirty as well as the comforter. The front desk on duty was really nice wanted to move me again but I was so exhausted just wanted to sleep asked for new sheets and I ended up changing my own sheets. I did file a formal complaint and the manager was really accommodating and apologetic. Again not sure if they just have new housekeeping staff to train better or what but this stay was not a good one unfortunately.

Commercial busses allowed to park right outside main doors in a no parking are, causing traffic to not be able to pass through to park if other guests are checking in. Elevators seem old and slow. Water would leak out of shower on to floor. Bed too soft and pillows have no support

I stayed one night but it was an excellent stay. The lady at check-in was absolutely lovely! It was clean and so very quiet. It was exactly what I needed. I will say that charging $3 a night for parking is really sleezy. I don't know who made that decision but does not reflect well on Marriotts reputation.

Well I requested a king bed. When I get there she said she was out, but I had my request in enough time to get one. I had 2 queen beds not to mention the sofa bed that was not in my room either that was suppose to come with the room I chose.

We arrived a little early and they got us checked in no problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great!

I am so disappointed in the entire courtyard brand. Our room was just dirty. The shower drain was clogged with hair and backed up to the floor. The wallpaper was ripped. The chair was stained. One pillow dropped out shards of stuffing when you picked it up. The TV streaming dropped completely at one point. We could not get in the rear door with our keycard. The parking lot had Home Depot buckets with strips of wood trying to demarcate parking.

We booked a King and they stuck us with 2 queens. Not happy.
