I loved that they have a state of the art Anytime fitness franchise at this location, as well as its connected to the Robertson Gallery mall on the 4th floor,. customer service was wonderful and staff was always happy to assist. We only stayed here one day as we were visiting Palawan for island hopping

Spacious room, homey feel, up to date interiors.. I noticed though that there’s no bathrobe available in the room. But overall a restful stay. I also tried the in-room massage service, definitely recommended!

Despite their admitted previous knowledge, I was not informed upon check in that there was no working television in the room.

Front office never responds to calls and when asked in person gives you vague excuses. My request for a late check out by an hour was denied. In addition the staff at the reception had smug attitude with fake smile. Exactly the opposite of what good service should be. I wouldn’t like to stay in this property again; definitely not with this kind of staff.

I checked in late on 1 February after a long journey from the UK. Before finally retiring, I turned the television on, only to find out there were no Channels availble to view. Thinking that it was a brief, temporary issue, I ignored it and went to sleep to prepare for what would be a busy day. I returned to the hotel later the next day only to find out TV service was still unavailable. I called reception and learnt that the person, Alexis, who had checked me in the previous night knew all along that there was a problem but did not inform me. I thought that was deceitful and an attempt to avoid complaints and the responsibility of offering an alternative to guests. I spoke to the Duty Manager as well, Kat Bernal who said to me that they merely wait for guests to report the problem to them! She had no response to the statement of the Reception Clerk that they were aware of the issue and yet proceeded to put me in a room where that amenity was not available.

The whole staff, from Housekeeping, F&B and Front Office was well trained and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Only one thing: better quality toilet paper. It’s nice that the mall is attached to the hotel. Only problem is the NOISE in the mall.

Staff were always friendly & accommodating. Hotel was conveniently attached to a shopping mall. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options each morning. We also loved the playroom on this level for our toddler 😊

Great place to stay in Manila. Hotel staff at all levels were outstanding and so helpful. Only issue is that air con never got below 21.5C in the room whereas I prefer it to be 20 or 19. However it did not spoil the stay. The great advantage is having the hotel internally connected to the Galleria Shopping Mall! I would stay here again.

I love it because it’s convenient to restaurants and shopping. My room is clean and the attendant whose name is Japheth was attentive and accommodating and friendly! The only think I that bothers me every time I come out from the elevator on 4th floor where the breakfast dining is the smell, smell like musky on old furniture I can’t figure it out but other than that all the staff were excellent. I would love to stay there again!

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover in Manila during a stressful relocation. I paid a lot of extra money ($250) to get a two-bedroom suite for the family, in order to smooth our difficult trip. The nice woman at the front desk said "Just call us if you need anything!" She also promised to send up a scale because we had some suitcases that needed weighing. That was the end of the good service. The phones didn't work (the button marked "Front Desk did nothing, dialed "0" but no one picked up), so I couldn't call. Tried to visit the front desk but they were mobbed. Furniture in the suite was broken-down yard sale (no bedside table?). The food was late and strange. They brought a beer but no opener. Every part of the room was old and ugly. The carpet smelled. The scale they brought was ancient and broken. I told the bellman the phones didn't work and he said "Just dial 3 for the bell desk." Tried that, it rang and rang. No one picked up. Tried "0" again but no one answered. When we checked out at 8am, the front desk was mobbed and there was one guy running the whole thing. When we called the hotel to help us with an airport transfer before we arrived, they transferred us 3 times, then finally to a guy who said they had nothing. This hotel is old, understaffed, and desperately in need of a renovation. The fact that IHG allows this place to function (and charges top dollar) is criminal. I will never stay here, at any Holiday Inn, or any IHG property ever again.
