The check in process was not good. Making everyone wait until 3pm to check in. Then only one person to start checking people in at 3. People arguing about cutting in line. Why not just check people in a little early if the room is ready.

A decent--if over priced--hotel near LAX. I specifically gound a hotel with an airport shuttle, only to learn the day of that the shuttle only starts at 5 am, not early enough for my early flight. So I still had to pay for parking for my rental car. I initially got a room right next to the elevator but Kelvin at the front desk was able to move me to a quieter room. So that was really welcome. There is so much light pollution in the area that the rooms are quite lit up. But it worked for a short stay.

It was a good hotel ! We will choose motel 6 the next time for the price and quality of service. Maybe change system of payment of your laundry, because no money (25cents), no clean clothes. Need a payment with credit/debit card. Thanks

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon fresh off the plane. First time to California and we were not disappointed in our hotel. I actually saw it as our plane was landing.

No micro; thanks for frig; no grab bars in shower; toilet seat height for children; Mr. Brian in security was very helpful; low, uncomfortable bed; hotel parking should be free for guests;

I remember coming to this motel 6 back in the early 2000's and it was horrible but that's not the case today, I highly recommend this property for short stays. It's very comfortable and quiet. The manager chante was very nice and very helpful, she took care of me at the front desk and it was much appreciated.

Had a great experience, stayed three nights with a friend and my service dog in a double queen room and the stay eas excellent. Great staff and great security guards. Loved the dog friendly environment as well as there were quite a few dogs. Loved that the parking had the gate. Felt extra safe since i am a traveler and also had my bike on the back of my truck.

I asked for someone to check on the TV since it didn’t work. No one ever showed up. After I waited for 40 minutes for a Motel 6 employee to help me take my luggage down ( I have a knee injury) I finally called customer relations and got the help requested. The room has a refrigerator only no microwave nor coffeemaker no shampoo or Kleenex Not a good place to stay!

As soon as we opened the room door you can smell marijuana, the smoke/fire alarm kept beeping and there was a bedbug on the bed. My son called the front desk, but no one came to check this out.

Had reserved three nights but only stayed one. Will never do motel 6 again. The kind of customers it attracts leaves me feeling afraid for my life!

Incredibly dirty, aside from the bathroom. Shower nozzle was spewing water out the threads though. Incredibly loud. Was not reflective of the photos.

Everything was fine for a quick late overnight after landing in LAX, sneaky part is they charge $18.50 for overnight parking so factor that in when pricing your options.

Elevator kept breaking down. Keycard kept expiring despite still rooming there. Employees are not transparent about the elevator break down. Had to ask them about it. However, the room is good.

Room was ok for four nights. The only problem was my key room was always disconnected and i couldn't get in my room i hated every night coming back to the hotel. Not sure if i would go back tho

Room wasn’t bad, def would be nice to atleast have a microwave or a mini fridge included. One thing that got annoying was our key card kept not working for the gate to get into the parking lot. And then the room key also stopped working randomly and it was just frustrating having to go get it fixed multiple times with how busy they are and only having 2 people helping a lot. Definitely need way more staff to be able to help when it gets busy.

The water dripping from the ceiling from the morning and it was flooding 1/3 of the floor. They don’t provide shampoo, microwave, or refrigerator if you are staying at “standard room”. I’ve never stayed in the hotel or motel in the U.S. where they have no shampoos.. shocking!!

Hotel location is fine but the amenities were horrible. The room was not clean and the accomodations missing. No shampoo or conditioner! No extra towels! My allergy even kicked in while I was staying, assuming from dirt, dust or pets that stayed before in the room.

I travel weekly from Mexico into the USA staying in hotels everywhere. This is the first time the desk clerk REFUSED to take my Mexican Driver's License as valid form of ID. I then hand him my INE (main ID in all of Mexico) he refused that too. He wanted a US ID or a passort. The sign on the wall reads a valid government ID. No one has ever denied my IDs ever.... Im a 52yr old professional business man and dont appreciate being treated like my country isnt worthy.

The mattress kept sliding off the frame and there were dead and alive roaches. Front desk people were rude. Jessica was the only nice one.

The shuttle service doesn’t work properly. We waited for more than an hour at LAX terminal 6 and there was no shuttle. They should advise their costumers the shuttle service is very poor.

The beds where terribly hard pillows 2 per bed completely flat AM shuttle the only reason i chose this hotel. Driver was a no show.and had to pay for an Uber ti.get to the airport.
