The air conditioner very loud. Place looked a little bit scary. Noise from the street

Ok for the money BUT no water the last day of our stay. Don't know what the problem was - hotel or municipal water.

The street noise kept me awake pretty much all night. Shortly before checking out, the water did not work. The door to the room should be sturdier.

Every thing was fine until the water was shut off for whole building when we needed to have shower, brush teeth, flush toilet, and drink coffee\water, …around 7am. We had to check out much earlier than we planned. Although the water supply was resumed while we turn the card key, it was just too late for us. Staff was polite, professional and ready to help though…

Upon check in, one person was to busy on cell phone and hollered in back for someone else to come out and check us in. Then room was ok but my son found a nasty bug dead in the shower.

Very overpriced.

Smelled bad. Bathrooms were dirty and old. flush hardly worked. no soaps.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I have to warn other people how disgustingly gross this place is!! I understand that this is a low end, cheap motel and I didn’t expect much to begin with but this place was just nasty. Cheap doesn’t have to mean filthy. The room was disgusting, the floors were all dirty, covered in sand or something gritty. The walls had dried drip marks all down them like someone dropped something and it was just left, one wall even had what appeared to be dried boogers stuck all over it. When we pulled back the covers there were ashes rubbed into the sheet, on what was supposed to be clean bed. The more we looked, the more filthy it was. The room needs a serious deep clean, it was over all just disgusting. The shower pressure was a joke, not even enough to rinse your hair, the toilet wouldn’t even flush the toilet paper. There were drunk, loud guests making noise and wandering the halls until late into the night. Had I been there for more than one night l would have absolutely requested a refund but I just sucked it up and dealt with it because I was only there for a short time. Customer service is also lacking, the woman at the front desk felt it was necessary to give an attitude for returning the luggage cart to where we got it from because apparently that wasn’t where it goes. I would absolutely not recommend this place unless you’re desperate! The pictures don’t do justice to how gross it really was but I’ll include those as well.

The price was good.

Bathroom duty

Bed and pillows were like sleeping on a rock pile!! "Neighbors" played music until midnight, as well as sounding like they were in a mosh pit at a concert. Also, no light at/above the desk to do paperwork.

Dirty and old

NOT A FAN OF THE COCKROACHES!!!

The outside area was filthy. It was difficult to walk the dog safely. The room was dirty, No dusting had been done in long time. The tub spigot was leaking constantly. The water pressure in the sink was non-existent. There is no coffee machine in the room. The room was noisy inside the room and outside, with a crying child down the hall.

Elevator was dirty and smelled really bad. The hallway stunk of weed. The room was bare, just a bed no chair or desk. The bathroom was tiny and you had to lift the toilet seat to be able to open and close the door. There were bugs and beetles everywhere.

The mattress springs could be felt while laying on the bed. Very noisy. Room doors open like it's a dormitory

This facility is a roach motel literally. I checked into room and there were desd roaches all over thr floor. Im not talking one or two. I checked out immediately. Front desk said no problem but they wete not phased by this which tells me its a common thing.

Just a place to sleep! Very noisy location!

The blanket on the bed had a hole in it in Room 402. Other guests were noisy, banging things late into the night.

Beyond gross place loaded with roaches. We left and did not stay. Roaches on the bed the walls the bathroom gross!

Where to begin, i reserved a deluxe room with fridge & microwave, got a regular room. Hallway going to our room smelt like cat pee and very dirty. Had to wait for a new room with fridge & microwave available before we could get a new room. New room wasnt the greatest and microwave didnt work at all. Should have spend a little more for a better hotel. Definitely not worth $110 for a night.

I was fine, until I found a cockroach in my shower.

there was no cockroaches I was on the fourth floor so maybe it's just on the bottom floors. The thing that aggravated me was the noise you can hear everything in the hallway doors opening and closing all night I even had earplugs and can still hear the door shutting being slammed and the bed is a cheap bed it is very light I was able to pick it up with one hand

From the first phone-call I made to check on late arrival check-in and other questions, I felt very welcome and comfortable. In-person I found the same friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, who trated me very well. I was pleased at how clean the room was and even the stairwells were spotless. The bed was very comfortable too.

Reasonable price

It was quite nice place to stay there. Found five alive roaches crawling around in the bathroom at that moment at nighttime. I had to get all of my stuff away from the bathroom and put them on top of shelf. It was a hassle for me.

I did not have any housekeeping service during my stay, I had to keep my personal items with me upon leaving the facility. My door was damaged such that it did not feel secure, thus having to bring me personal items with me and not in the room. The front desk staff was nice.

Sketchy motel, dirty and loud. Got up to my room, turned on the light, and saw German cockroaches (adults and juveniles) crawling around on the floor. Promptly went downstairs and demanded a refund, which I was given without argument. Disgusting place; find a different hotel.
