The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to really make us feel welcome and cared for, especially Blain. She was cheerful, organized, and so kind. We loved the text messages leading up to our check-in. The messages made us feel valued as a guest. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We will definitely book here every time we return to Eagle River, Wi!

Very good breakfast. Room was very DARK...only 2 little lamps in room..
Hard to see for two 61 yr. olds. And it was a ADA ACCESSIBLE room..
Staff was VERY NICE... Could use some upgrades..

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub as well.

Motorcycle trip, had towels to clean bikes 5 star all the way bed was super comfortable I would definitely stay there again any chance I get

We had two rooms, 106 was very clean and 108 was NOT. The Dirty room had sand in one of the beds, dirt and fake eyelashes in the sink, and a piece of toilet paper on the floor that was covered in feces.
While the 24 hour indoor heated pool was a draw for our installers after a long day, it more than likely won't be enough to send them back again after their experience.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, & the staff people were extremely friendly. In fact, the desk clerk even remembered us from a previous visit three months prior! That was impressive.

Exceptional front desk staff. Beautiful 24 hour pool/hot tub. Surprisingly good breakfast buffet. Quiet, clean room with super comfy beds. We really appreciated this stay.

Everything was in great shape. Place looks brand new, although it's been around for several years. Word is it's in new ownership and they've really spruced the place up. Only downside was that hot breakfast didn't have eggs on the day I was there.

We were in the area for business and enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. The breakfast was good, the property is very well maintained, very clean. We wish the beds had been firmer but you can’t win them all. Also, a bonus was sitting in our van and watching the ground squirrels living in the mowed area by the parking lot.
