Pretty good stay quiet and clean. But if you plan on hooking anything up to the hdmi ports on the tv’s not gonna happen.

Kitchen is nice to have, however, I had no microwave, just the frame in the wall. Disposal didn't work, and sink was clogged so couldn't wash the dishes. Ran the dishwasher as I was packing to leave and the sink came within 2 seconds of flooding the room. Probably same thing happened because the room next to me had a dehumidifier running all night in the hallway and room. Woke up the next morning with no hot water for a shower. Wouldn't recommend unless you are traveling with pets. Wouldn't recommend! The staff was nice.

The staff was awesome. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good. I was EXTREMELY disappointed the the pictures didn’t match the actual conditions and that the hot tub was closed and marked off with yellow caution tape. I picked the hotel FOR A HOT TUB AND POOL. While the overall experience was good, I definitely would have picked differently if I had been aware.

The staff were professional yet very friendly and quick to accommodate our easy needs. Parking lot always had spaces open and convenient to our room. The availability of the full kitchenette was wonderful. We enjoyed the covered patio gathering space to read and dine.

Stayed for a baseball tournament in the area. The building exterior is definitely in need of upgrades, inside was to be kind a disaster. Room smelled like a musty cat and the tub / shower had mold on the caulk.

House keeping never showed up after we called the front desk and requested it. When I asked why no one showed up the response was they didn't know we needed housekeeping even though we called and spoke to the guy at the desk. Then the lady goes on to tell me they had 50 rooms checked out and nobody to clean them. I told them we needed our room cleaned and she said they usually don't clean rooms until after 4 nights. I said we need our room cleaned for the last time. Customer service is horrible and they just sitting around complaining instead of doing anything.

Requested and charges for a King bed. Upon arrival only received a queen. Said no Kings available they had a flood that morning. Room was clean. No linens for sofa bed. Had to get at from desk.

The room had evidence of not being thoroughly cleaned. There was a chip on the tub. The heating system seemed inefficient. The pool was closed. The furniture and cushions were worn. The layout of the room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was nice touch, and breakfast was good.

Ok to start. We couldn't stay there because they evidently were overbooked. The mgr was nice enuf to walk us next door to the Marriott, who had rooms. It was an awesome facility. We will return to Marriott!

Got to the hotel to check in and they told me that they canceled my reservation! No phone call or nothing! Not even an explanation on why! She told me that they called over to Fairfield and they could accommodate me.. If I wanted to book at Fairfield I would have book there in the first place.. Ridiculous! Oh and then I go and check my checking account and they CHARGED me for the room!!!!!!!

It was a comfortable, spacious room with friendly staff. However, the pool and hot tub was out of service both nights so that was disappointing.

Main reason wanting to stay here was to relax and enjoy the hot tub, unfortunately pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. The room was not in best shape. Hole in wall, mildew in shower. Most likely wouldn’t go back.

Room was not what was reserved. They gave us the correct room and then later the keys didn’t work. Hotel drapes had pin holes and the carpets were worn It was clean and comfortable and meet the need for the night

The rooms overall are in fair condition but some repairs are in order. Floor tiles in kitchen area were cracking. Overall housekeeping was fair but detail and restocking kitchen a definite need. Updating needed and some maintenance repairs needed. The room was spacious, comfortable and front desk very nice. If addressed this could be a very nice stay but definite issues need to be addressed.
