I reviewed the information on your hotel to verify hotel parking. It stated hotel parking was free and I was charged on my receipt for parking. I was very dissatisfied with this charge.

We arrive at 6pm on dec-22nd. Receptionist at the front desk was kind of rude and not welcoming, felt like she did us a favor and check us in. Other than that hotel is clean and close to Chicago MIdway airport 5 minutes away with traffic. Plenty restaurants around and Friday’s is just next door.

Airport shuttle and check in were easy. My flight got in after midnight, and several airport hotels do not offer check in after midnight. I'm glad I found this hotel! Would stay again.

Overall good stay, nice staff. Spent 1-2 hours outside due to fire or something that occurred on an upper floor. The hallways near my room had water running from the ceiling, it smelled stale afterwards. Just could have been a better stay

So dirty, I got allergies I've never experienced before. No hot breakfast. One elevator works out of two. Stinky toilets on the first floor spreading smell all over the place. Second worst hotel in the USA.

Location was close to the airport for a late arrival flight. Check in was fast. We ordered the airport shuttle but couldn’t find it. We took a Lyft for less than $20. Nice hotel

Overall, it is OK to stay here. What I like is easy parking, even for oversize vehicle. However, no much service and facilities. Internet was down due to technical issue. It takes long to downtown.

The area where this hotel is is very nice, great for the airport useage. And very quiet. My only complaint is that they have double sized beds. They should upgrade to queen size. It was something that i overlooked.

This place needs a total makeover. Old, dirty, dingy. Worst hotel stay ever.

Very outdated. The pool is not that big and it was super cloudy, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the 3 ft area. The area around the pool is very unsafe due to being super slippery. My 4 yr old was just walking on the flooring and slipped 2 times. The outside area was ok. But chairs by the fire place could use a cleaning and the fire pit has not been working for awhile.

This hotel is mediocre at best. Didn’t expect a lot for an airport hotel but they are severely unstaffed. Our pull out couch did not have linen in the room. I called to the front desk and they said they had no one to bring it up to my room, which was hard with two toddlers and a baby without my husband. The free airport shuttle is convenient but driver was driving extremely fast, hitting curbs and bouncing everyone around. The pool was also very murky and dirty feeling but room was okay. I guess okay for $179 a night but don’t expect a lot.

My daughter had her birthday sleepover here. It was perfect . The staff was so nice and efficient. They really worked hard to make sure our stay was nice and I appreciated it so much.

My flight was early (before noon), and I know check in is at 1500. But, the receptionist wouldn't even check to see if a room was available, or check my Marriott status. An hour later, (still before noon), a busload of flight attendants arrived and were all immediately given rooms by the same receptionist, as was another customer who just walked in behind them. It was only then, that I was given a room (because I stood in line behind the just-arrived customer), even though I had been sitting in the lobby the whole time before anyone else showed up.

Overall, very disappointed for the price. The lobby is updated however, the room was clearly not. Stains on the carpet, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and my son was poked by a fingernail he found as soon as he laid down in the bed. We will not be returning.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport . Also close to dining options. It was also the best smelling place we’ve ever stayed !
