Not good smelling in the rooms. Mildew smell from air conditioners.

Shower made a noise but still worked well. Soap dispenser came off but at least they had dispensers. Makes it easy when traveling to not have to worry. All in all, great stay

Convenient check-in with friendly agent. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Close to major highways and gas stations, restaurants, but not noisy.

Room was great. The desk attendant could use some sensitivity training. He was not helpful and a bit condescending.

Booked a jacuzzi room and it was gross. The tub is cracked and dirty and the cleanliness of the room was subpar as well. Waste of $200 and will never stay here again.

The whole reason we went there was to swim. It sucked because they were closed. The lady said, closed for maintenance or cleaning, but also said she didn't really know. And the key cards to your room can be magnetically erased. I had to go to the front desk twice to have them fixed or get new ones. I talked to another customer about the pool they said it was closed in December of last year when they went too when that's the whole reason they went as well. Wasting their money in a inside pool that's closed but says it is not on their website.

Area around this hotel feels very safe. We walked across the parking lot to grab food at KFC/Taco Bell. Also a Waffle House and a Seven 11 within walking distance. Place is clean and front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical. One issue I had was they offer packets of instant oatmeal at breakfast, but there is no microwave to cook it. Seemed strange to me.

I will stay here again if I attend anymore concerts out here. It's a good spot close by Azura Ampitheater in case you're from out of town. Great breakfast, clean rooms, and comfy bed. Got my same room as last time. lol
Everything overall property/rooms are a little outdated but not bad enough for a revisit.

Friendly staff, clean room, really bad breakfast. Cereal with no milk, a premade egg omelet with peppers in it, no bacon/sausage. I cheaped out and stayed here for the contintal breakfast, this one succckkkkkeeeeedddddd, and this is supposed to be the area that was already made great again. Not how i grew up!

The hotel overall was standard and met expectations. The beds were great. There were minor maintenance issues like the shower drainage was slow, but it did hurt our experience.

I looked and looked at reviews before I chose this one if your needing clean hotel room and bug free this is the one I was here for one night had no kids and it was perfect for me and staff friendly

The hotel staff was courteous. The room was clean but felt very humid and clammy the whole stay and was miserable sleeping that way. The blower fan in the bathroom was broken.

Location was useful for our event.
Carpet was damp and couldn’t crack open the window for fresh air but it was clean.
Definitely a decent place to stay if you are in the area but not a place to seek out.
