This hotel is not for those who need a new hotel with fancy bathrooms and a serialized feel. This old hotel is beautiful inside and out. Has a great energy about the place, despite the history (take the ghost tour!!). It has tall and narrow doors, the floors creak and the double full bedroom was small but met our needs. The Crystal room is great to have breakfast in! You can just feel all the exciting and fun things that have gone on in there! The pizza place was pretty good but pricey. They only have one size pizza, so split it with the family! The grounds are gorgeous and well taken care of. They have activities every day for the guests and please do the ghost tour!! It isn't too scary for kids, it was just fun and explains the energy there. My only complaint is some of the floors are not even, so my bed was tilted slightly and it really did a number on my bad back. If you have mobility issues, maybe double check that when you book. They do have an elevator if stairs are difficult for you. Don't forget to find and say hello to Jasper, the house cat!! We will for sure return to this hotel again.

Very clean. Great staff. Good food. The grounds offer so many things to do! Or you can shuttle into downtown. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time, and the text messages they sent with all the days' activities was unique.

We had a wonderful first stay at the Crescent. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants were excellent. The ghost tour was great. The doors were a little squeaky but that added to the spooky atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying at the Cresent. It was such a fun stay for a girls trip! The ghost tour was awesome and the hotel had an easy to use shuttle service! The hotel also had fun activities such as hatchet throwing and a heated pool! Will take a trip here again!

It was a lot of fun, absolutely great service! Only complaint is it could have been a bit cleaner, hair in shower and bath, lipstick on towel.. We did not get to see a ghost but did hear a cat in 3600 and my partner “ dreamed” of an spiral thing coming out of closet in the middle of the night.

The hotel is very old but she’s in great shape! Everything was clean and very comfy. The bed was so soft. We had a great stay for my birthday! We went during the week, so only one of the restaurants was open. We had the calzone. It was HUGE! Very well made and tasted great! We also did a ghost tour that evening. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We had a blast!

We love this place!!! It is not the place to go if you are expecting 100% modern posh and luxury accommodations, as it is a historic hotel that has the look, feel and furnishings of the era it was built.
It is beautiful and both restaurants are delicious!!!

Went fir 2 dat family stay. Baried acyivities each day but some did not actually take place (happy hour in Crystal Room) or were expensive ($14 adult hot chocolate, $25 breakfast buffet). Long waits for dinner seating. The hotel is beautiful and historic but badly needs room and carpet renovation. The bathroom was moldy, in poor condition, and very small.

TOO NOISY ALL NIGHT !!

We loved the spa experience and the staff was exceptional and kind.
The noise level in our room was horrible. We could here our neighbors entire conversations. The door to the room has a window that allows the hall light to shine in and light up the room all night. The hotel is a beautiful and unique place to visit.

We made dinner reservations for Christmas night and when we got there, only 2 employees had shown up and they were too busy to serve us. Everything in town was closed

We love historical hotels, but his was a disappointment. The room wasn't super clean, but the globs of hair on the shower wall was gross. The heat/cool system was on the ceiling above the bed the remote control had no bearing on the temp. It was cold & we slept in our clothes! The tv turned on, but froze on one channel only - we were already in bed, it was late so we just endured until we could check our. We let the front desk know & showed pic from the shower.

Spent our 2023 Thanksgiving holiday at the Crescent, and we enjoyed it.
The hotel is super cool, and pretty spooky at the same time. The staff were very friendly and easy going. The room was nice, but I killed at least 30 big fat flies that seemed to find their way into our 4th floor room. It was a bit weird… but I guess it played into the haunted hotel theme… so we just rolled with it.
The Crescent’s Thanksgiving Dinner was delicious! Definitely a must if you find yourself visiting over the holiday.
The hotel’s complimentary shuttle made our daily excursions a breeze, and they will drop you off/pick you up wherever you want to go around the old downtown area.
All in all, it was a nice getaway that was off the beaten path. Eureka Springs is a fun little town with lots of shopping and dining options, and we are already planning on returning to the Crescent with our adult kids for a visit with the family.
If you want a nostalgic trip into the past, the Crescent is definitely recommended!

The ambiance at this hotel did not disappoint. Keep in mind the age of the property so it’s going to be old and not the most up to date. If you like soft beds, you’ll like them. If you’re like me who prefers a firm bed, you may not like them. There was a pressure and temperature issue with the shower. I am unsure if that was our room specifically or just part of the age of the plumbing. Staff was very nice! Food was good. Sadly we didn’t see any ghosts. Overall it was a fun experience as long as you have realistic expectations on an older property.

It’s definitely very old, floors and doors creaky. We did the ghost tour and that was very informative and fun. We ate in the dining room for dinner one night and had the breakfast buffet one morning. The food was very good and the service was excellent!

I really love the hotel but the mattresses really need to be changed. They were so uncomfortable and my friend was in a literal body scoop on her mattress. My neck still hurts a few days later.

Stayed over Halloween. Hotel was a bit noisey but it was likely their busiess time of the year so I understand. Staff was very attentive and nice. Dined in their downstairs restaurant and it was the best meal of our whole trip.

We had an excellent stay, this hotel is so beautiful and unique. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. It’s a haunted hotel so it make sense that its not really updated inside. My only complaint is my fridge didn’t work. Outside of that the grounds are beautiful. Everything is close by and the hotel shuttles you anywhere you want to go. Again the biggest selling point to me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Worth every penny spent to stay here.

Filthy tubs, around the faucet, black. We had to clean up bathroom in lovely claw tub. Carpets stained and filthy. No bed bugs than goodness. Rated 1 out of 5 for filth.

I tried hard to like the Crescent - I appreciate that they've worked to restore a very unusual old hotel in a challenging location. I got off to a bad start when I was informed that there was a $35 "resort fee" that Expedia did not cover: a sleazy hotel scam. If Expedia continues to allow this to happen I'll stop using the site.
The Crescent staff was young and very friendly. The room was OK, a very basic cleaning up of an old hotel, painted in an stomach-churning combination of aqua walls and blood-red ceiling. Broad halls and stairs with real seating areas in the lobby (they should arrange concert times for the amazing collection of mechanical players). My balcony overlooked the entry rather than the view. Nice outdoor areas with seating to read a book on a nice day. Breakfast in the dining room was basic fare but inexpensive.

The hotel felt passed its best days.
While it could an interesting historical lodge, it mostly felt wormed and decaying. The room did not seem clean, mostly due the aging of the space, the always suspicious wall to wall carpeting and the old bathroom. Even the few appliances were cheap.

Lots of young people next door to us being extremely loud after multiple times they were asked to be quiet- at 1am.

Did not get the room we paid for. It was so small that two people could not comfortably walk around. One would have to sit on the bed for the other to get around.
We talked to front desk they didn’t offer any other room. We checked out within 20 minutes of checking in.

I didn’t realize this hotel was haunted!! There was a piece of black adhesive stuck to my sheet, but I was so tired, I took it off and tried to sleep. All of the help was stoic—no smiles for me. The rugs were soooo old and there was a musty smell! I won’t be back.
