Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only thing in our room I didn't enjoy was the bathroom fan was so loud you could hear it in the entire room

The teams or electrical drill and fire alarm was inconvenient for a jet lagged traveler. The comforter was dirty and I asked for an other but it was a duvet inlet with no substance. Pullout couch was very dirty and I had hoped the blanket and sheet in plastic bag (also dirty) were clean but that is why I left it in the couch in hopes the meat customer would have a better experience!

If anyone stayed in room 320 recently, my son found an Apple watch on the floor of our room. Turned into the front desk. Has an identifiable feature that should allow you to easily identify it. Stay was good. Room comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was so-so. Many items were not refilled so we didn't eat much. Thought maybe we were close to the end of the bfast time but there was still an hr and a half to go. It wasn't busy either. Front desk was pleasant.

We needed breakfast at 6:00 am, but it is not served until 7:00 am on the weekend. The room was comfortabe and well layed out.

I only have two issues. As a 73 yr old with bad knees traveling alone, upon arrival I almost got stuck on the toilet because it was so super low (imagine pre-school size). Thank goodness I could grab the bathroom counter. They need additional handicap parking.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work. I stay at this one often and hands down the team working here is the best. Always friendly. Always helpful. Part of me wants to tell no one because it will be harder to book my room but they deserve the recognition. By far the best team.

Clean room, friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast was lacking the first morning after arrival but better the following. Offered multiple floors for preference. Did not check toilet paper/tissues as we ran out, amd this was only a 2 night stay.

Lobby,elevator,hallways were all clean and not in poor condition.checkin was super quick and easy with our reservation.they had our rollaway bed outside our room before we could get parked and grab our bags.rooms were nice and what we expected based on our online research.very reassurring after the last place we stayed in that was not at all like advertised.rooms werent quit as quiet as i would have liked but it isnt a loud area.the ac/heater unit worked well but was a bit loud for our liking.water temperature was a little finicky but pressure was fantastic.toilet flushing was very loud for a small space.breakfast was a little dissapointing.eggs tasted like chemicals the first day and sausages were a strange texture.biscuits could be better but gravy was decent.the second day we were actually able to get waffles but were dissapointed to see they were packaged and didnt taste the best.coffee was good quality.checkout was very easy and quick just like checkin.overall we were happy with our stay.definetly will keep it in mind for our next stay.

The location of the property was good for my needs. Once in the room, the TV didn’t work, and there wasn’t much hot water for the morning shower. The staff tried to fix it, but couldn’t and did not offer any compensation.

This is the only hotel I can remember staying at that did not have all the local major TV stations available on their tv lineup. After a long day of traveling and looking forward to relaxing and watching Survivor and The Amazing Race on CBS, the local Des Moines CBS station was not included on their tv package. They offered NBC, ABC and Fox, but not CBS. When we asked the front desk why, we were told that they didn’t know why. Otherwise we enjoyed our brief stay.

Room was very clean, breakfast was very good. Heating unit and bathroom exhaust fan were louder than we are used too. Not enough to request a room switch. We let the staff know that those items may need some attention.

Best value for a hotel i have had in a while. King bed room was bigger than i expected and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write about.
