The room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our puppy for the first time and the staff was helpful and kind. I appreciate the full size fridge in the room because we were also traveling with two teenagers- we had snack and drinks from a cooler we stored in there overnight for the remainder of our trip the next day. The hotel is close to the highway with easy access to an on ramp. There is a grocery store close, that opens at 6am, which is great for early traveling. My only complaint is the two beds were only full size and a bit of a squeeze for my husband and I. The two teenagers barely fit in theirs also. Other than that, for the price point, it was a great stay.

Nice room for the price. Front desk service was fantastic.
There was supposed be a “grab and go” breakfast put out at 6am. I left at 6;30am and nothing was put out.

The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a microwave and full refrigerator. The bathroom was small, but for 1 person it was fine.

The location is ideal. Centralized to just about everything. Quiet enough.
Kitchenettes, full size refrigerators, microwaves, double stove tops, plenty of cabinet space, closets, large chests of drawers, excellent internet connection for streaming, multiple options for room lighting, plenty of electrical outlets, heavy duty drapes (total blackout) comfortable beds, (no bugs!) very clean and the staff are quick to hell you with any requests. Considering the current economic inflation, the price for your stay is reasonable, acceptable. Overall, I give this particular Extended Stay America location 5 Stars. The Florence, Turfway Rd, Extended Stay America is most satisfactory. Thank you ESA, I could not have done what I needed to do at a price I could afford, without you.

The hotel was in a good location and it was clean besides a stain in our bed sheets the poor breakfast coffe is literally water it says light coffee but it was terrible our bathtub was broken the water took more than 20 min to go down besides that it was alright you get what you pay for I guess

I didn’t end up staying at the hotel because the room had an overpowering foul smell. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately, I only spent about 30 minutes in the room before asking for a new room or a refund. No other room was available so he refunded my money.

One part of the night there was no nobody working the front desk.

Disappointed on the complimentary breakfast of just muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Plus really surprised there was not a coffeemaker in the room as well as no complimentary hair blow dryer. Nowadays these 2 things are in the room.

No staff at desk when checking out. No place to place key card. We left it on the desk worrying if someone gonna steal it. Overall visit was good.

Check in clerk was pleasant and friendly. He helped me connect to Wi-Fi so I could use my GPS to get to my event that evening. Room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Only negative was how small the bathroom was. Clean and updated but small. Close to many restaurants and about 3 minutes from the Turfway Casino. Many dept stores in the area as well. Easy access to I-71 & I-75 interchange.

I booked a double bed room, when I got there they had already gave my room to someone else. I have a family of 5, very inconsiderate about my situation. Didn’t offer any discounted rooms or anything, had to settle for 1 bed and my little girls slept on floor. Asked for a hide a bed and said they didn’t have those.

Only thing I didn’t like is they say they have breakfast but it was only packets of oatmeal . Was expecting little more like even maybe muffins or some variety of food to grab and go !

We just needed a room for one night as we were in town with our son to help move him into a local school for another year of studies. Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, and inexpensive - those were our priorities, and this Extended Stay hotel suited our purposes.

This property was not very clean and had absolutely no amenities. There was no gym, no hair dryer, one tiny bottle of shampoo and no ice. The grab and go breakfast was nothing but a basket of granola bars. The fee for a pet was almost half of the room cost.

Terrible! Hotel and Expedia overbooked. So while I was able to make a reservation, NO rooms were available AND neither will issue a refund. No refund policy is fine if I were to cancel, BUT to “sell” me a reservation and charge my card when no room was available?!?!

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean. In an extended stay with kitchenette, I expected something in the cabinets like dishes or utensils. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. I was only there for 2 nights so I was fine but if you're staying there for longer, you might want to call in advance. Maybe they have those things for customers staying for an extended amount of time.

There was smoking in the room prior to our arrival and when we brought it to their attention, the attendant went straight and put a non refundable on our room. Hotels.com called him immediately and made it all good and the attendant called and said they would refund our money.

It was OK... Only complaint is the OLD tiny flat screen TV and the rooms have wood flooring, and the floor was sticky.
