I booked the wrong date and the hotel would not let me change it. We paid for a room that we didn't even get to stay in. Terrible customer service.

Nice clean place to stay with a convenient location and better prices than in Nashville. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Coffee is good and breakfast is fine.

For the price it was ok. The room could have been cleaner. It had a faint smell of smoke. The shower head was weird, the tub didnt drain properly and the bathroom needed mopped. The beds were uncomfortable but not terrible. The lighting in the room could have been better as well. I really needed to iron my sons suite, but the iron was dirty. While these seem like a lot of complaints, they werent extreme cases. Just little things to note. The price was good and the breakfast was excellent so that made it better. Staff were ok. Not overly friendsly or helpful, but not mean or rude either.

Had to change rooms because the sink faucet didn't work. Fridg in the second room didn't work. Opened the door and it stunk. Had to change it out. Hair on the bathroom floor. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible. The staff was friendly and receptive to our complaints.

Desk clerk was friendly and the service was efficient. Unfortunately the lobby freaked of marijuana and the elevator as well. Not a great first impression. I had children with me and really was not happy that we walked into a lobby that had marijuana.

Just 2 nights. Comfort Inn Brentwood TN. Room 425 could not pull blackout curtain shut. Right side not attached to closing rod so curtain sagged. Otherwise things were fine.

The beds are full size not queen. They are so bad also that you felt like you were wrestling all night just to not fall off of the bed.

The first shift front desk lady remembered that I mentioned the second morning I was there that I hadn't drank enough water the day before. As a nice personal touch, each day after that, she reminded me to remember to drink my water during the day. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is not brand new, but it is clean and quiet and in a real nice area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed here for our trip to Nashville. Great little hotel away from the downtown area & noise. We were able to Uber into the attractions. Pool was excellent. Nice hotel if you need a bed & bath between four walls.

They have hot breakfast like eggs, sausage and potatoes and not just the mini muffins like the other hotels. They do have good choices for breakfast. The rooms have microwave and mini fridge even if you don't request. They are strict with non-smoking policy which I like since I'm not a smoker. The room doesn't smell like someone had been smoking. Cleaning ladies are very kind and courteous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was in very good condition and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. And the area around the facility was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing.

I will never again use Expedia or Comfort Inn. They have dishonest practices with misleading language while booking. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! Expedia customer service was a joke too. Comfort Inn management and Expedia customer service pointed fingers at each other. I would give negative stars if I could!

We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and grocery store. Made for an easy quick dinner and snacks. The tub was not in great shape and a portion of our drape system was missing. Dead bugs in entryway for most of the day.

Had a toilet that ran all the time. Reported it 3 times (each day we stayed). Never fixed. They didnt find a problem one day. Didnt have the right parts orher times.

I had an accident on my way to the hotel round 7pm friday and was in a dead zone apparently cause i couldn't use my phone. I was on side the road until 730am the next day. I called them as soon as i could and explained and i was still charged for that night. Policy was thrown at me with no kind of understanding of me being helpless and in danger.

Our bed was dirty when we got there had to ask for new sheets and remake the beds ourselves, toilet was leaking water, no hair dryers in the rooms( but they have them at front desk), room has no microwave, and the towel handle was broken and kept falling off.

The room we were given had a terrible smell that seemed to originate from the couch. I dont make these things an issue but I did purchase some febreeze which helped eliminate it for the one night I stayed. Its an older hotel and I will most likely not stay here again.
