Front Desk Agent Danielle was very helpful and nice. Room was clean. But there must be construction going on around the Parking Lots area. That section needs to be cleaned.

Under construction.
We were not told that there was no daily room cleaning, especially when there was a sign saying to leave towels on the floor if fresh towels were desired.

I didn't find out about it being renovated until after i booked. When we got there, the front door was blocked off. Again, no warning. Then trying to find out where to enter was super confusing as there were no signs. When we fid manage to figure it out, it was super sketch. No one was at the door, so anyone could just walk in unnoticed. Then when we managed to find the front desk, waited for like 5 min before being helped. She was a bit hostile. Then gave us wrong directions to the elevator. Room was super cold, no heat. Still waiting for my deposit a week later. Not a pleasant stay.

This hotel was really nice! It just needs to have an adult swim hour….. me and my wife didn’t want to be in the hot tub or pool with a bunch of screaming kids at 9-10pm at night

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
However, the rooms are paper thin and the yelling kids were loud and obnoxious. Also, it’s a non smoking hotel and yet all we smelled was marijuana.

Area is fine. Urban typical. Business park. Hotel is showing its age. Second floor is closed and under renovation. Could return to Fairfield standard after. I just needed a bed for the night and a place to change cloths so this met the need.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we had no interruption in our stay. However, I did call a week or 2 before we came to make sure the renovations did not affect the pool as we were traveling with our kids and they said it was open! When we arrived the pool was closed for maintenence. We stayed on the newly renovated 2nd floor and it was nice. Some of the workmanship was shotty and it looked like the construction dust hadnt been cleaned out of the shower. The charging block did not get hooked back up after construction so we couldnt charge our devices on the nightstand. The beds were pretty comfortable. The people were nice, breakfast was good. Overall pretty clean, could have been better in our room.

Booked this trip 1 week in advance, just to be called 2 hours before check-in that my room is going to be cancelled due to renovation. My wife's 40 th birthday ruined. Hotel also would not give me an email confirmation for the canceled room so insurance out the window. Never use Marriot third party.

We came from up north for a cheer comp & I stayed for one night with 3 children. The front desk staff were very welcoming, kind & helpful. The room we stayed in was newly renovated & clean. Breakfast was decent. Pool was closed 😔 but was able to sit in the luke warm hot tub. Location was good, 15 mins to the local mall.

Was and has always been a nice hotel property. Front desk was very helpful.
I guess the downside would be the pillows could use an upgrade. To small, but maybe that will change after the renovations are complete.
Other then that, it's our go to hotel.

We stayed on the 3rd floor while the hotel was under construction (2nd floor). There was no disruption or any significant noise to dampen our stay. The front desk staff (Bri, Fran, Danielle and Tamika) were all extremely friendly and helpful and May the breakfast attendant was amazing and efficient and made breakfast truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this property again. The only potential issue was the parking lot which seemed limited if the hotel was full.

The jacuzzi room was big and comfortable. However our tv did not work and the jacuzzi had a stain which made it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. The breakfast was ok.

Bathroom was very large but sink counter was very small not enough space to put our things on. Bed is very comfortable but the air-conditioning didnt work well wouldn't get cold enough. The breakfast not so good. Ive had much better breakfast at the Hampton n Comfort inn and other hotels. Small selection and girl making breakfast is not friendly or approachable. The front desk staff are awesome! Two complaints sink counter to small was very annoying n the breakfest not so great! Lots of construction noice.

I only didn’t like the curtains that didn’t close. We had parking lot bright lights coming thru the white sheers. Not at all fancy, looked pretty old.

Large comfortable room. Bathroom shower kept opening and floor got wet. Have to get a blast of cold water in order to use shower handle . Poor design. Breakfast adequate. Good sausages, bagel, muffin selection, fresh fruit. Would recommend.

Staff told us they would have house keeping come in and did not. Assured us multiple times on separate occasions they were coming. They never did. No managers on site. Beds are different heights, shower didn’t work properly, door didn’t lock, had to ask for pool towels cause there was none. Went to enjoy pool before we checked out and it was closed 8 hours for cleaning. After two days of a headache we checked out to find out they charged us again on a pre-paid room… every time we talked to any staff nobody knew what was going on or how to answer our questions. Everything was blamed on the remodel. Ruined our trip.

TV didn't work. Staff tried for 45 minutes to fix it by rebooting etc, it never worked. Undergoing renovations (eg room numbers were on sheets of paper taped to the walls). The toilet flush is extremely loud and overly powerful. Staff were kind and helpful and did their best. Signage is overly discreet for an out-of-towner trying to find it.

We loved our stay other than the continental breakfast. The mini omelet wasn’t good. Cold eggs, sausage that had no good consistency, and he was there for breakfast at 6:20am.

Honestly this is a decent place for the money. As the hotel chains that are cheaper than this one, have gotten more expensive - There's no reason to not book at chains like Fairfield. This is a decent place. Super nice lobby. Nice customer service. Good area. Good rooms. $89 is a pretty good deal for a hotel like this.

The property is being remodeled, but conditions in rooms that have not yet been addressed are dismal. A huge problem with mold around tubs/showers in bathrooms. In-room Jacuzzis that don't work, wrinkled wallpaper. The place makes you feel like you booked a room in a third-world hotel.

When I checked in the lovely lady at the front desk was amazing! She really went out of her way to find us another room because our room was given to someone else.
The breakfast is another story. The hot food was very dry and the English muffins were stale. That was the first day I was there.On the second day they had no eggs and the turkey sausage was so dry. I couldn’t even chew it! The attendant of the breakfast stands there and stares at you. It’s kind of creepy.
It’s much better to go buy your own breakfast.

They had told us that there would be construction going on, but we barely heard it. The pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. But the biggest surprise was the whirlpool tub in our room. We requested a room with a king bed and got much more with that tub. It was lovely relaxing in it after two days of travel in a car.
The coffee was good. And even though we woke up too late for breakfast, they let up have some whole fruit that was still out.
The staff were all nice and helpful. We come to this area at least once a year and this will be our new go-to hotel when we come to town.

The check in experience was great! The woman who assisted us that day was wonderful. Appreciated the breakfast. Thin walls made it very easy to hear room neighbors so we didn't get the best sleep but overall a good experience

Nice feature, It's set back in a suburban area away from traffic. Downside Construction on building starting early, but what can you do they need to remodel.To be fair, Expedia advised us after we booked.

There were some young people renting rooms. They were loud and overwhelming doing the evening. In the morning I didn’t have any hot water to take a shower.
