Great hotel, in need of some updates from age. Well-maintained otherwise and clean with a friendly staff. Not many easily accessible outlets for plugging in chargers, etc.

Rooms & bathroom need updated . Toilet is old style too low. There are not enough coffee pods for coffee. Upon arrival there were only 2 caffeinated pods. The shampoo, body wash and soap were very low quality. The top bedspread was cheap, and cheap looking.

I stayed 4 nights and switched rooms 2 times. First time because room had the intoxicating stench of the air freshener, second time because thermostat was broken and it was cold. Generally this hotel needs renovation !!!!

The prices of this property have doubled in the last year. I cannot see any changes that warrant a jump like this. I would have stayed longer because I love the location, but I moved to another property that was very nice and less than half the cost.

My daughter and I booked a double room to visit my other daughter. We tried to check in at 3 pm (check in time) and room wasn’t ready so we were disappointed. When we came back to check in we were upgraded to a suite. Much happier. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. We skipped breakfast but it looked very comprehensive as we passed through the dining area. This hotel seems a good value.

I don't think I will ever book a different hotel other than Hilton again. The room was very nice, the checkout time was accommodating, the breakfast was very good and wveryone was super attentive and helpful.

The property was very nice; not loud and off a main road. All staff were helpful and cheerful.

Breakfast is mediocre. Same basic items every morning. The pool was closed 3 out of the 5 days due to draining and cleaning. Staff was very friendly and nice. Sent us to the wrong room and floor when we first checked in, only figured it out because the key card wouldnt work. Maintenance knocked on the door once sayinf they were told our room was vacant and the sink didnt work?? Who knows what that was about because he left and the aink worked. Bed is uncomfy and oull out sofa you can feel wvery spring! Very convinient kitchen in room (no oven, jusy stove-top). Very nice area, close to walking distance of a cute little town!!!

Disgruntled staff made the experience unpleasant from the start. The dishwasher in the kitchenette was installed properly nor securely fastened to the wall. This caused a big safety issue when opened the first time and my guest almost went tumbling. The grounds have poisonous berries and ant piles making it tough for the service animal to be walked and relieve himself in the appropriate areas.
Overall, it was such an unsafe and unpleasant experience that we had no choice but to check-out early and find alternate accommodations.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The Metro is a short 5 minute drive. Facility is clean and maintained. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast bar. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.
