The only thing that suck was the WiFi… and they want you to pay for the WiFi as an add on. SMH Ridiculous

The stay was great! Had an early morning flight and the proximity to RDU made the stay worthwhile. Lobby was clean, smelled fresh upon entry. Same is true for the bedroom, minus a small “uncommon” odor in the bathroom, but after using a few sprays and lotions it was masked a bit. I slept well nonetheless. Checking in and out was a breeze. Reserving online was convenient. Loved it. 10/10 recommend. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel once before also, so that helped me in planning to stay there again!

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Raleigh, North Carolina, turned out to be a much-needed respite after a challenging journey.
After encountering technical issues that caused us to miss most of the 200th anniversary parade in Savannah, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening feeling exhausted and frustrated.
However, our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn quickly turned our mood around.
Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Carl at the front desk. His pleasant demeanor and engaging conversation were a breath of fresh air after our long day. Carl quickly noticed our frustration and took it upon himself to ensure our check-in process was smooth and efficient. While also giving two cold water bottles to set the pace.
We had booked adjoining rooms for our family, and Carl made sure everything was in order, providing clear instructions on wake-up calls, late check-outs, and breakfast options for the following morning.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for a good night's sleep.
Being able to easily move between rooms allowed us to spend quality time with our grandchildren, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The following morning, we were pleasantly surprised by an on-time wake-up call, as promised by Carl.
As we prepared for the day ahead, we had the opportunity to explore the hotel further and found Carl once again at the front desk, ready to assist guests with a smile.

We intentionally booked this property because it had an indoor pool. The pool had been broken once we got there for a while and wasn’t going to be fixed for a while. Other than that the place was really nice.

We had booked two rooms for a park and fly for a vacation. When we arrived we found that the shuttle was broken down.
Then the rooms were old and loud. To top it off there was music playing loudly from an outdoor patio. Loud wnough to hear in the room. This was being played by the hotel.

The cabinet to the outside of the fridge was hard to open. The ran out of face towels and only had hand and dry towels.

The hotel was safe and that is good but there was a lot of lack of attention to detail. The sheets and comforter were on the bed sideways and that made us wonder if the sheets had been changed. We did not have any towels so we called the desk and they did bring some up. The refrigerator froze all our food. When we opened the curtain there were gummy worms all over the floor. We ran out of toilet paper and called but did not get any more. There was a lot of trash in the hallway both nights. It was also a bit concerning when we drove around the hotel that the back door was just hanging open. When we went to check out a lady was at the desk checking out she said her room was missing pieces. Cups, shampoo, one pillow and washcloth are just a few things I heard the employee was ruff and defensive with her even though she was not being aggressive. She wanted a printed receipt but he told her he had already sent it to email and would not print one. After watching that we decided not to say anything about our room. We are traveling this weekend and are going to try a different hotel.

There was an extremely long wait time to check in and one staff member just watched as his peer struggled to find a key fob while a long line of guests waited at least 15 minutes to sign in.
There is no complimentary breakfast,however, a manager gave us a free meal ticket due to an issue with the room's telephone, but that was very nice of him.

Really old and needs to be updated. Our bathroom counter was cracked and the bathtub had stains all over it.
Parts are updated and nice but other things need some TLC!

The pool has been down for several days which is extremely disappointing, as this is why I went with this hotel bc of the indoor pool.

I travel often,this was hands down the worst experience. I was super displeased, normally the name Hilton has a good reputation. We decided to stay here mainly for the indoor pool, as we were traveling with another family and for a child's birthday. The first interaction with hotel staff was mediocre. I was told that they needed a card for incidents, but I had to ask about the price of that, normally this is kindly explained when you check in and price mwntioned. We inquired about pool times and told that the pump was broken. Staff did offer to cancel the room for us. Then we were not told about the side door key pad not working. There were no carts to tote items in. We were traveling with 5 children, so that would have been handy. Parking was all full in the front and back so when walking to the side door with arms and hands full, only to read a sign that it did not work was another disappointment!! We made it to the room and it smelt horrible, patrons prior must of been smoking marijuana. We informed the front desk but there were no more adjoining rooms. The rooms were not very clean, some lamps did not work, there were no tissues or wash cloths left in the room. This is just personal preference but the toilet paper was horribly placed, you have to reach, basically get off the toilet. There are no vents in the bathroom. If you lock the bathroom door, it could still be opened. The fridge is in a cabinet thats broken, hard to open. Trash on every floor! Ice machine was broken

Pool closed even though I called to verify this morning before we arrived. No way to plug the bathtub to fill it, fridge isn’t cold, telephone doesn’t work to call the front desk.

We specifically picked this hotel for the indoor pool as this was birthday party for our children and when we checked in, we were told that the pool was not in order. We decided to stay anyway since we had already driven all this way our room smelled like weed, the ice machine machine is out of order. The back door code is out of order. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

My stay was plesant. The lobby comfotable. My room was very clean and everything I needed was available. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Our stay was great. We chose this hotel because of location. The only disappointment was that the water was not hot enough, the toilet handle broke off, and parking was quite tight. Othe than that the staff was great.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn RDU Airport was amazing. The customer service and facilities are first class. The amenities offered at the hotel like parking is great for travelers flying out of RDU. You must try this hotel.
