Dirty, long wait for hot water, sink drain very slow to drain.

Myself and my spouse have medical issues We book hotels that ave heated pools and hot tubs. This one says there were both!! Got there to be told There was no longer either and will not be back working!! Also the expidia site said the same!! Faulse advertising!!! Plus the riom was dirty!! Hair in tub toilet. Used bandaid!! On floor. Rupped pillow on couch with feathers on couch and floor. Dust!! Hot water took 10 minutes to get hot enough for a tub or shower!! Outside garbage all over the parking lot.

It was a very clean, quiet, and affordable place. And the lady Danielle who was working the front desk, was very pleasant, and accommodating.

Got here to drop a truck off in Pueblo, staff was very friendly! Even let me check in a little early and, helped me find a place to park the truck so it was able to be seen on camera, the only thing that caught my attention was it took a long time for the hot water in the shower to heat up, but could also because because of how cold it is here now in december. I would personally recommend this place, places to eat in the area, and a starbucks next door if thats what youre into.

Staff was very friendly. The facility is old and the walls thin. Could hear talking half the night. Had to turn on my rain app to drown it out.

Aside from the hot tub not working and being removed, this wasnt a bad stay, atleast the internet didnt keep booting me off, the breakfast could be better just waffles bread plain bagels cerial and oatmeal. Eli was nice and was helpful when we checked in at about 2am.

Never got to check in mainly the fault of Expedia. However property was dirty and staff was extremely rude. Family ended up staying a block down the road and cops were at the hotel multiple times.

Front desk was polite and friendly, perfect directions to my room. Some people in the hall got a little loud.

It’s an older hotel they’ve redone things it was clean. The bed was good. If you need a blow dryer bring your own because it was from 1960 I think or 70 whatever they came out. The plug-ins are also terrible. Emma hold a plug. Lady at the desk was friendly.

Good price and close to highway...do not advertise a jacuzzi spa and upon arrival guests see a sign saying spa permanently closed. Too many transient and homeless types Lottering

Room 123 screen was pulled away from window frame as if someone tried to break in. Advised clerk.

I get that this is a lower end hotel, but it should not have trash left in the room from another guest.

Everything was very good, although I wouldn’t consider their breakfast that good. I guess, however, if you like waffles, cold cereals, packaged muffins, honey buns and a very small amount of apples and oranges a breakfast you would like it

Did not feel safe as soon as I drove up. The hair dryer had parts missing. The microwave had a burnt area on top of if. One of the beds had dried “something” on top of it.

Helpful. Had emergency at apt bldg, they helped get my renters rooms.

Propery was in decent shape. Room was clean and had the amenites one expects. Staff was couteous and helpful.

Eli the night clerk was very nice and always working. He offered to help carry luggage upstairs. He refilled empty items at the morning breakfast quickly and with a smile.

Vacuumed hallways and stairs would make all the difference. Not sure why they don’t. Cleanliness of the rooms looked ok but both beds were as hard as cement. Breakfast was just a step up from Continental. Not the greatest but not the worst as far as variety goes. But for the price would stay here again.

The property was not in the best condition. It was dirty at times. Also, it often smells and we saw some bugs on our bed. Lastly, shower often clogged up making it hard to take multiple shower.

Would have given this a 5 star but my AC was not working properly. It was too late to contact front desk and waited till morning to do so. A little uncomfortable nights sleep as I am warm most of the time. Front desk was exceptional and room was good and affordable during this stay. Love the location.
