Room was very clean, spacious and quiet, even though we were on the first floor. It was decorated like a cozy living room. Very nice.

Carpet and upholstery are obviously stained, but the bed and bathroom were clean.

We enjoyed our stay, the only inconvenience was that the keys given to us did not work. But the staff and management, were incredible when it came to solving the issue. Plus indoor pool was fun.

Check in was easy. Front desk person was professional and polite. Outside trash cans were overflowing. They never got emptied during our stay. Carpets are dirty and stained. Furniture in room ( chair & ottoman) stained and dirty. This property desperately needs a remodel.

I wound NOT recommend this motel, differently NOT a 3 star. I checked in after 6:30 pm into a room with unmade beds with a towel in one of them and an open window, then i waited for the person that they called to come back to work to clean the room for over 30 minutes, then I decided to try to find another hotel, thank goodness I was able to do so for two night.

Fantastic stay. The employees were extremely friendly, the room was super spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable and the brealfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

Pros first: For the price it was totally worth it. Bed was okay, nothing spectacular. Room had air freshener and smelled clean. Room was cleaned. It was quiet and felt safe. Cons: Breakfast was a huge bust. The young lady wasn’t stocking thing like food…that people would eat as a meal. She was stocking sweet n low and dry pockets for minimum 30 minutes. Trash was over flowing onto the breakfast counter. There was hair in bath tub.

They could update the facility and there was a musty smell in the room.

Everything was acceptable, nothing fancy. Decent, affordable place to stay. Continental breakfast offered standard fare. We had the pool to ourselves even though it seemed like there were plenty of other guests. It was clean and they had plenty of towels.

I like the location, close to my daughter's house. I like bringing my grandson over to play in the pool. Unfortunately the pool was not clean this last time. There was a lot of hair floating around and sand on the bottom.

The stay itself was fine but the cleanliness of the hotel room was horrendous! went to shower my kids after checking in and there was enough hair in the tub and on the walls to make a wig out of! huge chucks all over the place and the air conditioner didn’t work the greatest the room stayed at 75 but I would not recommend staying there!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were traveling through from Idaho to Texas and had packed all our toiletries. The front desk clerk who checked us in was an absolute angel and offered us some. She saved us a trip to Walmart and made my day!! She deserves a raise!!

Great stay for the pass by of the town!

Hotel was nice, only downfall was there is only one washer and one dryer for everyone to use and share. On top of that the washer was broke with old smelly water and no out of order sign. The breakfast was very good as well.

Always impressed with the price and quality

The room had a funky smell that was musky and air freshener that just didn't work very well. The bed was super comfortable and good pillows. I think it just needs to be updated and refreshed.

The carpet was really dirty . Toilet was clean and so were beds . Only stairs . No elevator so we had to change from king to two queens to be down stairs because I couldn’t climb up all those stairs and drag all my luggage . Need to get rid of glad fresheners or use a vanilla because the floral was way too much made my allergies go crazy . Went in side door and had to climb over bird poop to get in . Easy fix just power wash it .

The room smelled like smoke and the hotel covered up with plug in smell. Overall for the price it was good stay. Ac in my room sounded like a engine from a truck trying to work. Pillows and bed was okay had worse was able to sleep

Great place to stay!

The people were great but it room was not. The 2nd tv did not work and when i informed the front desk the lady said she knew the tv didn't work and that it needed a cable which they did not have. (My son fixed it) just needed to programed right thru the menu. Other issue was cockroaches in our room. And last open snacks left by the previous tenants on the top shelf.

Drain in tub would not stay up, had to put a razor handle in it for it to drain.

We were there for four days and every single day we had to ask for clean towels and bedding, one night because a child got sick and the cleaning personnel did not appear to have gone in our room one time during our stay we had to go to the front desk each night when we came in to ask for the stuff we were there for my husband‘s mom and dad‘s funeral so it was already stressful the way it was and each night all we wanted to do was come and get in the room and relax and try to distress but that was impossible wind we kept having to ask for everything there was a really really foul odor immediately when you walked in the door and walked down the halls, the walls on the pool room for musky and molded with black mold The pillars were nothing but bald up fabric not what I would hold a pillow at all. We also had to ask for toiletries here in our stay because again, they never check the room to see if we needed anything for what we go with through I do not recommend this hotel to anyone , for the quality we got it was extremely overpriced. It was the hotel in Roswell New Mexico on Main Street.

Great staff

Clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Key scanner at side door wouldn't always work so then we had to walk around to the front doors to enter. Lady at the front desk was very nice.

It was a good stay, over night security is a plus. They actually patrol the parking lot and monitor the cameras.

Needs updating but good enough for a couple nights. The bed was comfortable.
