The stay was absolutely terrible. I requested a room on the top floor when I checked in and was told that there were no more rooms on the top floor only to discover that there was another room available. When I requested to move to a different room as the rude guest above me were making noise all night long, the individual at the front desk named Greg ignored me and would not give a specific time as to when I could check into a room. Greg was rude, demonstrated poor customer service, and was not hospitable. I would never stay at this hotel/property again. I was scheduled for a two night stay but checked out after the first day. This hotel was once a top tier hotel in Renton, but now it is no better than Motel 6

Staff is amazing and very cheerful just wish the rooms would smell a bit better like maybe some plugins also maybe upgrading your toilets I notice the flush with no power had to flush maybe about 3 times that’s a lot a water being used I would suggest looking into sustainablesolutions.com they have powerful and water saving toilets

High use with worn carpets & fresh paint in all hallways/room doors. Comfortable but feels like it could use a deep cleaning - especially armchair in room.

1, Customer service or desk agent,love the dining area clean ,variety food breakfast and close to the mall and in nice quite location . good location to have relax and able to sleep I love it and all staff very friendly and kind,

Only good for business trip or just to sleep. Bar & restaurant are closed on weekends. Staff mentioned it’s only open during the week for business travelers. Which pretty sucks to not allow all or have all amenities open daily specifically on weekends. Not family friendly hotel. Location is ducked off surrounded only by other hotels. No restaurants or shopping centers within walking distance, but a 10/15 min drive you will run into food, stores, etc.
Staff were really kind and sweet. Room and property was clean and decent. That’s about the only good parts.

Expedia had it listed as near SEA Tac airport, it does not have a shuttle. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful and made it a great night. Bus is easy to use, frequent. Could uber to monorail or train station. $30-40 for private transport.
The restaurant on site was economical, solid unpretentious but well made and served. Somewaht limited hours, but pleasant dining experience, bar available.

The main entry and area is very clean and bright - they've done a good job making it welcoming. The room was fine - nice size with a microwave and mini fridge. The space is really nice to have and not feel cramped. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which was annoying. But it was clean. The hallways though smelled funny - like cigarette smoke trying to be covered up by bleach.

Toilet clogged twice. Drain pop up in sink not connected. Hair in shower. Room smelled moldy, hallway smelled of marijuana. Night clerk was nice enough to let me keep the toilet plunger until check out.

Stayed for 5 nights—finally serviced room on the fourth day. I had to empty my own trash at the elevator trash can.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Renton. It’s very convenient for everything we need to do and go to, airport, family, shopping etc.The breakfast staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is easy and delicious! It’s our go to hotel.

They made our late check in very easy. The room was big and clean - very nice.
The breakfast options we felt were a bit pricey so we opted to find a breakfast spot elsewhere, which we weren’t really planning to do. I don’t think we read the fine print and we were not told or reminded of the extra. It was not a big deal, just a little disappointing

Quiet and secluded, which I loved! Check-in host was super friendly and very welcoming. Appreciate her service. The rooms could use some upgrades, but other than that, nice property.

When I come in my first day, the receptionist, she has a really bad attitude, poor communication, very poor communication when you was asking a question she always have his face down you feel ignored it. Please try to train your employees to be friendly and to make you welcome to the place.

Check in was fine. The room was fine. The luggage carts are the worst I have ever used; big openings in the bottom; the place to hang garment bags puts them cross wise right in front of the person pushing the cart so you can't see where you're going. One small bar of soap for both the sink and bath/shower. No service for our second day even though we did not put out the sign for no service. Awakened about 3 in the morning with some kind of alarm in the hall. Finally called about 6 and front desk was not aware of any alarm. At 6:40 there was no water. About 7 someone knocked on door and asked if room was flooded, which it wasn't; said 16 rooms were flooded and it was on the way; water should be back on in about an hour; water was back on in about 30 minutes. We got out as soon as we could.

In the backroads, but quiet. Very clean property. Friendly front desk attendants!! They give u a smile when u walk by. Easy check in and parking. They stop checking in at 12am which is convenient to people who have to run errands before hand. Loved my stay, will recommend or book again!

I liked the small cocktail lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was all the street racing happening in the vicinity of the hotel,after midnight.

The pool was closed indefinitely despite there being a picture of it as part of the advertisement. Very limited staff, food selection, and quality of room was to be found. Would definitely stay somewhere else if I was in this area again.

I really wish they would make it clear that the pool is not open and probably won't be for some time due to construction/repairs. I would have booked elsewhere had I known that.

It was a fine place to stay, the two staff members with whom I interacted were pleasant as well. Big negatives for me were that breakfast was not included and that I had to pay for parking. Really? $300 for a single night and you make me pay another $7 for parking? I get that $7 is a small amount, but it feels ridiculous. The place was clean and comfortable, but we skipped breakfast.

Run if the mill hotel. Location is ok. Clean enough. No made service. Restaurant is open sometimes. Atm machine may or may not work. Pantry for drinks or snacks almost empty,

If you are going to use the Hilton name then live up to that name. At best, this is a very average hotel. They only service a room after a four day stay!! Don’t claim you are environmentally conscious by not providing daily washcloths and then having a toilet that runs water constantly!!
