I was charged $10 for checking out at 11:30pm. And they will save driver's license/personal info for everyone who stays in.

There was no included breakfast- though cheerfully advertised. There were no kitchen items (cups, utensils, plates, paper towels, etc.) which is unacceptable for extended/quasi residential facilities. You could request them, but the point is to HAVE them. ALL OF THE WASHERS in the building were out of order. A person on duty offered to fix them, but after paying $5 for watered down detergent and climbing the stairs to wash my jeans that oil had spilled on during my travel - I just didn't want to be bothered. The ice machine was also broken and we had no ice trays in our freezer/room. The manager happily advised that we SHOULD have ice trays and that we could get a bag from the convenience store. THANKS! And had there been ice an ice tray in our freezer, we would've had a horrible time filling and accessing it because the refund and freezer doors were hinged to the wrong side! We had to shimmy between the sink and the fridge to flatten ourselves against the wall to open the damn doors! Top all of that off with giant(s) LIVING (literally) in the room above us who all but stomped through their floor/our ceiling amd anyone will know to NOT stay at this facility!

External Lobby signage and appearance could use a little curb appeal. Very helpful and pleasant staff! Response to personal requests very polite and efficient.

While the staff was extremely friendly, the accommodations were greatly lacking. There was no hot water in the bathtub/shower. Facility was dirty.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

It's in a very convenient location with all different shops near by. Just rented a car from airport and everything within 5 mins drive.

Room was covered in bed bugs, front desk person upon check in was rude and felt bothered by is.

Our room was run down and we saw 2 roaches in the kitchen. We reported the issue and never heard back. We stayed just one night and switched to another hotel in the area. There were random stains on the ceiling, walls, and curtains. Some of the security doors for the building didn't work and others were propped open with rocks. So anyone could access the building at any time.

The sheers are falling apart.

Upon arriving, the hotel was not illuminated, which made it hard to figure out where I needed to go. Absolutely nothing was illuminated; it made it seem like the place was closed. After checking in, I received the room keys, but the keys didn’t work, so I had to walk back to the front desk, which sucked because I was tired and ready to shower and then go to sleep. The front desk attendant told me the door to get in wasn’t working, but that wasn’t told to me before. He got the door open, and then I went to my room. The shower curtain was dirty, and a couple of the towels had yellow stains on them. There was also cereal on the floor behind the TV. Overall, 4/10 experience

The staff were very friendly but my room smelled like animal urine and I had to switch rooms, the new room didn't smell bad but the water pressure in the shower was horrible. The parking is extremely limited and not very well lit, I thought the hotel was closed when I arrived.

Terrible place. We were there a full week. Door to our building was broken. Never fixed. Stove burner was broken. No water pressure for showers. Not clean. Hallway smells. Carpet is filthy. COCKROACHES in the kitchen. No place to dump trash outside. We won’t be back.

The property was convenient for our needs. The desk clerk went out of his way for us. Everything just seemed dingy a little less taken care of.

Both buildings are roach infested! Unsafe to sleep it’s filled with chemicals their bombing to kill roaches this place must be shut down! First room was infested with roaches and chemicals they promised building across didn’t have any roaches and it was worse then first building and the elevator doesn’t work!!!

Everything was good just the guy in the front desk was kinda weird it made me a little uncomfortable honestly.

Worst hotel i have ever been. The area is good but the rooms are very very dirty. Walls are dirty, oven is black and greesy with unclean food. And the worst thing is the insects in the kitchen area too many small cockroach.

Dark, no light had a dard time finsing the hotel. Door had trouble locking on the room. Also stated free breakfast, but was only muffins and out of coffee.

Horrible experience at this hotel. The African-American hotel staff on the night shift was extremely rude and disrespectful and had zero communication skills. He was so incompetent that he was not able to activate our room keys. We went to our room but were not able to unlock it and when I came down to inform him he ran upstairs without apologizing and waiting for me. By the time I reached the room he already left downstairs without saying a word. One of the cleaners who was working beside the room opened the room door for us with the master key and let us in. We waited in the room for 15 minutes but the front desk staff never showed up with the keys. When I went down to speak to him again he started arguing with me that if the room key was not working why did I go into the room instead of waiting for him? He then went on to say that he was not able to activate the room keys and asked me to either agree to change the room or leave. It was later than 9 pm and we were tired from a long 5-hour drive otherwise would have left right away. This was my worst experience ever. The front staff on night duty that day does not belong in the hospitality business and should be fired for being rude and disrespectful to the customers. Also, the pictures of this property on hotels.com were fake. It does not appear the same in person.
