We stayed for a dance competition…. Safe to say we’ve stayed at many hotels. Buuuuut this hotel is definitely one we will be back to!!! Best hotel we’ve experienced!!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the service and the cleanliness of my room. Everyone was very nice and made my stay very relaxing and comfortable.

The hotel lobby smells like stale food. It used to smell nice. Beds are uncomfortable, no housekeeping. Room was either hot or cold and the noise was awful. Not sure if we will keep staying here.

Staff was helpful when on the second day we had no towels. At the price we paid I could not believe our room did not get maid up and fresh towels. I was disappointed.

Check-in was a breeze, and let me tell you, the staff was absolutely delightful! They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. And oh boy, the room we got for our vacation? It was simply perfect! Everything we could have asked for and more. Can't wait to come back here again!

I do have three cars in the hotel to charge me $25 each day for three days three cars was a lot of money. Muscatels doesn’t charge for the parking so that was a nugget.

we were in an ada room which we didn't request. did not like the bathroom. it had no counter space. we had to use the ironing board for a counter.

This hotel was very clean, and updated. The only thing that caught me and my husband off guard is that on top of paying your hotel fee you have to pay 30$ a night for parking. I have never had a hotel not having parking for their guests. Was very surprised. Other than that the staff was respectable and the hotel was overall very nice.

Room was good and location was close to bus so that was okay. They tried to charge me for parking even though I had no vehicle. They also charged me for breakfast even after they stated it was included in my stay. Very deceiving practices. Probably means managers tell their employees to lie so they can make more money. Never staying here again.

The location is fine and the people are nice but they do know how to deceive you. At the end of my stay, they wanted to charge me for parking although I had no vehicle. Today I get a charge for breakfast even though I was told repeatedly it was part of my stay. I just called them and told them they are very nice while misleading people on charges. I just wonder how many times they get away with charging people for things they don't use or are suppose to be complimentary.

Would have liked a receipt for my stay. Now I have to contact them for and have an invoice emailed. I received nothing at check in and nothing after check-out.

Everything was fine, the personnel was very kind, the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I didn’t get the invoice in my email even though I spelled it many times at the desk.

It was a nice property. Restaurants are walkable. Staff was friendly and accomodating even late at night. Will definitely be back again and stay at this hotel.

The lights were falling off of the headboard, and the tub was faulty and would not drain properly

Friendly and kind employees throughout the entire stay, fantastic service. The building is clean and new, room was very nice. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, and pool and hot tub were great quality. 1 minute walk to the shuttle to Disneyland, super easy and cheap to get back and forth from the park. At night, took just 7 minutes from the park gate to get back to the hotel. The only thing is that it gets loud around 7:30/8 AM with Disney traffic and thin walls. Only an issue if you're trying to sleep in, otherwise great.

The heater made a terrible racket all night and if ours was quiet then the heater in the room next door was banging. I hardly slept at all.

This was our second time staying there. We enjoyed this property. This time, however, they were working on the elevators. One was completely down our entire four nights and the other one was very scary, it kept making strange noises and dropping at each of the floors. The repairs are supposed to be complete December fifteenth, so hopefully that will improve. The beds are not the most comfortable and the daily parking fee is excess, but overall it is a good property and would stay again.
