We had to have A 200 deposit for the night that was not mentioned and that was a shocker

Front desk staff was great.... room was not good at all.... holes in the wall... carpet coming up.... stains in the bathroom

There were blood stains on the walls, sheets had blue and red stains. The floor had not been swept in what appeared to be months. There were fake nails on the floor, someone’s pills!!! toe nails, food crumbs and just gross. The handle to the mini fridge filled with crumbs and dirt, The so called dresser/ entertainment center was filthy. There was melted candle wax on the table, ceiling peeling in room. Toilet didn’t flush. ADRIED UP DIRTY washcloth on top of the shower curtain. No towels, just hand towels in the room. The doors had been busted in and a make shift metal frame installed to support the entrance door. Celine’s peeling on all walkways, busted cement. The people staying next door screaming and yelling at each other rink pacing the halls back and forth past our window. The walls paper thin. The restroom floors disgusting. The sink did not drain! The phone in room had no cord to the handle. The fire alarm was off the wall and laying on the table. The cable to tv was fallen off wall and ran along the crack of the door. The place is absolutely disgusting and SCARY! We came for volleyball tournaments. Forgot to make reservations early and turns out NASCAR in Bristol this weekend too. $200 later on the most disgusting place I’ve ever had to stay, and still nauseous!!!

Checking in at night was great she was very friendly. Thats where the good ended. Rooms reaked of pot. Everything was falling apart. The lights in the room didnt work, the night stand was broke and leaning over. The bed was questionable. And the "breakfast" was toast. Which would be fine if they advertise it that way.

Overall the hotel is just old and outdated. Carpet is worn in a lot of areas. Overall it was pretty clean. Room was very spacious bed was clean and comfortable. If you’re staying because of the breakfast, pick somewhere else. They had toast/jelly. Frozen biscuits and sausage you had to microwave yourself and very little juice. Not bad for a night but wouldn’t stay more

Barely enough water flow to wash hands let alone shower. Towels were too small and minimal towels. 2 wash clothes 1 hand towel 2 small bath towels. No bag for dirty clothes. Pillows were 4 tiny pillows for a king sized bed. Not even regular size pillows. More the size you would decorate a chair.

Bed was comfy. The fridge temp was luke warm at best. Did have roaches. saw one big one and several baby ones. The fridge was full of dead baby ones. Maybe why it wasn't cold..?

Very disappointed with our stay! The hotel is so rundown inside and out! Beds very hard, furniture and carpet outdated! Never again!

Pros:The beds were clean and comfortable and there were clean towels and wash clothes. Reservation and check-in was easy. The facility was easy to find. Cons: There were stains all over the walls in the room and halls. Melted wax had been splashed on the walls in the room. Furniture was all wobbly, stained, burn holes and some broken. The room was so cold that we had to turn the heater up to 88 degrees and sleep with sweatshirts over our night clothes to stay warm. One side of the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet and we almost slid off of the toilet a couple of times. There were holes in the walls in the elevator, some of the room numbers were on pieces of paper taped to the wall and most of the exterior of the building had trash piled up around it. I've stayed in Days Inn and Suites before and NEVER experienced this type of situation. I didn't expect this facility to be a 5 star hotel but I certainly didn't expect this. If we had been staying longer than one night (we were here for a funeral) we would definitely have found a different place to stay. This was a very disappointing experience.

Construction was going on with several of the rooms being completely torn down...It was incredibly noisy and people were coming and going all night...Our room was by a back door and it seems that some people are actually living in the hotel maybe as short term rentals.

Seriously, go somewhere else. Stayed as a pit stop for longer trip. Check in person was friendly. Fridge wasn’t cold in the room. Hard to use the toilet paper (roll was behind the toilet). Air conditioning/heater VERY loud. Several open/piled up electrical or phone cords. Open panels in elevator. Continental breakfast VERY sparse - cereal, toast, yogurt, build your own sandwiches only. Frozen sausage in cooler had to warm yourself. Cereal dispensers would not work and stale. Rotten/spoiled creamer. Slow toaster. Staff dropped serving utensils while we were in the breakfast room and did clean or replace them, just put them back.
We picked this place because it was $20 less than another hotel on the next exit and was still supposed to have breakfast. We ended up needing to go somewhere and spent most of the money we saved on getting something to eat.

When I entered the property I noticed the toilet seat had what looked like a cigarette burn in in it, one shelf in the bath tub bad seemingly been pushed down and the caulk had broken from the wall, the TV was awful, I couldn’t get a Roku or fire stick to connect to the internet and the screen seemed overly zoomed in. And on top of all that the sofa and chair was covered in disgusting stains. Not to mention the hall ways were cold and the front desk people were rude when I asked if I could get a different room so as not to be charged for damages I didn’t know if they knew about or not. When they said no I asked for a refund but couldn’t get it until I talked to the third party I booked the room through. Then they gave me exactly ten minutes to check out so they would approve the refund through the third party but given the attitude I received when checking out, I don’t know if I will get the refund or not. I will never stay with this branch again.

Property is basically best for driving to/from.
Room Air Conditioner was SUPER loud. Belt squealed. Compressor loud. Definitely requires maintenance. I left my tools at home, unfortunately.
I thought about asking for a different room, but knew it would take too long, as my check in did.

When I checked in they charged pet fee of $25 which was not listed. No directions given or info about coffee or breakfast. No receipt. Room dark and dreary. Toilet ran off and on all night. Heat set on 74 but never got warm only sucked cigarette smoke into room. 1am awakened by either maintenance crew or unruly guest that only stayed an hour with banging, laughing, loud music. Sounded like in the stair well. Checked out at 7am. Still no receipt. Had to ask if they had coffee and where. Coffee not ready. No breakfast ready. Only had an apple.

Dirty, dated, night check in staff not very friendly-no personality at all. Broken glass on fire extinguisher, scuffed and dingy walls, floor in room was dirty, pictures from the wall just placed on the floor next to the bed. Definite no to ever stay again!

The property was not clean. It’s had a bad smell to it. A lot of things appeared broken and when I went to my room there were baby cockroaches on the wall. I checked out immediately but they were not able to give me any paperwork. I had to check into another property.

This property is poorly maintained, our room was completely covered in mold along the outside wall and ceiling. Water leaks everywhere along walkways and overhangs. Junky, dirty and dangerous.

The score for cleanliness is zero! The room was nothing short of nasty. We realize it was a busy race weekend but there is no excuse. We registered four guests and there were a total of three towels in the bathroom for a two night stay. The guest attendant was less than fried when we asked for additional towels. Would not recommend walking around in the room without shoes, filthy. Literally took a shower, walked into room to get dressed and had to clean our feet before putting shoes and socks on. Found “something” under the bathroom counter, and a used safety pin on the counter, clearly bathroom floor and counter had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Photos included.

The rooms were filthy. My first room was dragnet stinky and very dirty. Carpets not vacuumed and dust everywhere. We then were moved to room 154 and there was mold and mildew on the beds, walls, nightstand. Just about everywhere. My bed linen were musty and damp. Horrible experience

Trash cans running over around the balcony. Trash running over in there office. Piles of trash around the side walks. Bedspread was badly stained. Whole place needed to be cleaned.

The first room we were given was already occupied. The pool was closed for renovations but didn’t look like anything was actually happening. The toilet ran continuously. Breakfast options weren’t that great. There was a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom. Ended up leaving a day early just to be out of the hotel.

Really lovely place. The staff were absolute sweethearts, and there is a great pub/ restaurant adjoined. ( oriental food that is over the top great) . There is plenty of parking . A full separate washroom, which is a must for most women . It’s very clean as well . This place does NOT need renovations! It’s quaint, and is quite perfect . Cheers 💋💋

Staff was nice. Elevator made an awful noise. First room we went into was not completed and ready for guests. Moved to another room which was ok but bath tub could have been cleaner. Furniture piece that the tv sat on had a crack in it which made the tv sit at a small angle.

Stayed for one night while traveling with my kids. One of the main reasons for picking this hotel was the location, breakfast and the pool. Once we got there and saw a sign stating that the pools was closed. When asked further I ws informed that the pool has been closed for a while as it needs to be fixed and "due to COVID" there is no company to fix it. My natural follow up question was why not just make it clear that the pool is closed on the website as it has been an ongoing issue. I was told "that is above my head." As far as breakfast, the choices included cereals, frozen omelet and frozen sausage patties. There were two microwaves with instructions on how to rewarm the meat and egg. Rooms were clean but needed some work

We could only stay barely 2 hours and had to cancel. The pictures look nothing like in person. Very run down. The pool was closed for repairs which appeared to be closed for years. We were on the 4th floor. The elevator made a huge clang and popping sounds as it approached the 4th floor. Our AC unit didn't work. 3 drawers were broke and laying in the furniture. Sheets had stains on them. Scared of the lift, we took the stairs. There was, what we thought, a homeless person hanging out in the stairs with a couple bags. We talked to the front desk and she said let it run a while first. I reluctantly said alright then. We left for 15 minutes and while figuring out food options my other half read recent reviews on this location. One mentioned noisy nights and prostitutes on the floors. Understanding this shady location now and seeing one on the stairs, we returned to cancel. The room was now hotter than when we first left. The at first nice front desk lady became short answered with a bit of a snarky attitude. She never once asked what's wrong, what happened, or apologized. She kept saying "you have to go through your 3rd party for a refund, I can't do it and they probably won't either!" Luckily I called Expedia and they were very understanding and helped me fully. Do not stay at this property.

From 1am to about 430am, there were couples arguing. It seemed to be outside our room. It was loud and disturbed our sleep.

Property was in terrible disrepair to the point of being unsafe. Stains on furniture, carpet, and bedcovers. “Breakfast buffet” was a joke! Cold eggs and sausage, uncovered and exposed for guests to handle . Totally unsanitary! Prostitutes were observed visiting several rooms, which was allowed due to external doors left unlocked and open! I moved out early to stay elsewhere.
