Great location, clean, friendly staff, okay breakfast but there was a very loud noise that occurred any time water was used anywhere near us (I think) that would have kept me up all night had I not had my ear plugs.

Perfect room no issues with it. Very clean. Easy check in and check out process. Perfect space for my kids Halloween Pajama Bday Slumber party!

First of all I arrived slightly early 1:45. I was told I could not check in. They offered to call me when the room was ready. I left and I eventually came back around 5. I was able to check in but I never got a call. The TV had a channel listing card but no guide. No guide on the remote or on any given channel. I could choose a channel but had no idea what was on the channel. I called the desk but nobody was able to help. After checking out I received an email receipt. I was surprised to find out I had been charged $60 to park my car at their facility I was never told there was a daily parking fee!!!!! Maybe I should have ridden my bicycle there. I hate companies that try to nickel and dime you. I will never stay at another Marriott Residence Inn. No thanks.

I really liked my room and location. Staff very friendly

I travel to Hartford periodically for work and have stayed in many area hotels. This was the worst by far! The hotel room was dirty, the floor felt filthy, the bed was lumpy and the mattress on the sofa bed was unusable. My daughter had to put the mattress on the floor in order to be able to use it at all. The windows were covered with plastic and the shower drain did not drain properly. Even though the webpage states parking is free I was charged 10 dollars per day for parking and even though the room was supposed to have a queen bed it was definitely a full.

Large rooms, with full kitchens including full size refrigerator. Very clean room and facilities. Decent breakfast and pool and jacuzzi. All staff exceptionally pleasant. Also plenty of restaurants and shopping in short driving distance and easy access to route 84.

Nice big suite for family. Good breakfast & pool. Daily housekeeping was such a nice feature.

I didn’t get the room I booked, specifically booked at this hotel for a one bedroom suite. They stuck me and my 5 year old granddaughter in a studio unit right next to the exit. Doors slammed all night, no separation so the 5 year old was up all night. NO sleep, awful.

Great place, wonderful amenities, my only complaint is the scratchiness of the towels and the pillows are way too fluffy to be supportive.

It was clean and the location worked for me. I'm surprised that a national chain doesn't disclose what items on it's included breakfast are gluten-free. I was told at checkin that there were gluten-free muffins and cereal if you ask. I asked at breakfast and was told there is no such option. Noone knew if the egg option or sausage were gluten free.

Great location with shopping and eating places close by!

Overall a great stay. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was wonderful. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice staff cmfortable stay

A hotel guest above me dragged furniture around, banged their feet for hours - well past midnight. Began again at 5:45am. Front Desk asked them 6 times( I had to call repeatedly). The guest didn’t stop. Never Again. They had no control over their inconsiderate guest. I had to pay a lot of money to be unable to enjoy my stay. Many hotels in the area. This is one to avoid.

Excellent

Very disappointed. We checked in past midnight hoping to get a good rest after a long day. We were put on a room next to an exit door. By 6:00 am people started slamming the door each time they walked out. By 9:00 am when we thought we were finally going to get some rest and fell asleep again, housekeeping came knocking on our door and opened the door despite the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN being on the outdoor the door. The property is alright, but I am Very disappointed.

Served its purpose for what we needed for the night. We like space so we would’ve needed up to upgrade if the family of 4 was staying long term (more than a week or two). Having separate living and sleeping space was great although it seemed hard to regulate the room temperature between the two rooms. The kitchen seemed good-well stocked, full size fridge, but the sink was oddly shallow. Breakfast was good, several catering domes of hot food, make your own waffles, and can be taken to your room and eaten in the breakfast area. Free slices pumpkin bread at check in was perfect for us cuz we were “starving” and needed to order dinner. The rooms are set up like an apartment building and the hallways very wide and well lit. Bed comfortable, kids didn’t complain about the sofa bed. Bathroom not well lit for us, sink outside bathroom which was convenient but surround was small for my taste in liking to spread out my stuff for morning. I didn’t trust the glass shelves on the wall to hold much. Service was great. I called ahead to ask for a grab bar near the toilet for my blind child and they accommodated. Check in took awhile bc the party in front of us was not very prepared on arrival. I waited probably 5 times longer to check in than it took me to do my own check in, not their fault but everything seems worse when you’re “starving”. I would stay there again. Easy enough to find off a major highway, area seemed safe to us, with several food options close by.

Our stay was very nice friendly employees and helpful. Our last night the people above us made a lot of noise kept waking us up. No other problems. Would definitely would stay again

Mold all over the ceiling and very dirty!! I do not recommend

Customer service was great but the property was in dire condition. There was cockroach in the bedroom, kitchen floor was dirty and the bed was not made properly when we entered the room

Outstanding service Not the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in but, no complaints. Very comfortable, clean and, the staff was exceptional. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or, recommend it to a colleague. Overall very pleasant stay

Great stay! Clean with great breakfast. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful breakfast experience. The hotel is very clean with cozy rooms. Will definitely stay here again :)

I don't understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars? I LOVED THIS HOTEL. This hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff very attentive, quiet, the 2 bedroom suite had a tv in each room in addition to the living space. Its like your home away from home. I'm already planning to stay at this location again, once my bathroom goes under full construction.

ICE Machine was empty, otherwise it was perfect!

Pure wellness room is great, staff is great and so is housekeeping
