Room was not clean, trash was on the floor, the shower was stained and dingy. There was a crack in the wall close to the closet. The room appearance was not up to part.

It was okay. I did not get the traditional warm cookie upon arrival. When so mentioned it the next day the desk clerk seemed irritated that I asked about it. The shower was rusting at the bottom (outside). We had to ask for towels for a stay from Saturday to Monday. Seems that more than one per person should already be in the room as a standard

Only a single night stay, but we were very pleased with everything. My wife was disappointed that the pool was closed, but I suppose most never reopened after Covid. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Everything was well maintained. I chose Doubletree from their photos as they had a more updated look than other hotels in the area.

Upon check the clerks were really slow.. seemed like they were more interested in getting some sort of paper work done than helping me.. The bed was too soft and the pillows were awful.. my Jed sunk into the pillow and I had to double it for any comfort..

I booked my stay in April. I got there and they didn’t have the type of room I had requested! I got a king bed for 3 people! The lady at the desk told me the manager tried to call me! That was a lie! She acted like she was getting me a room to accommodate us! Nope! So I went to Raina or Rena and she was super nice! Helped us with a room with fold out bed! She saved us!

I did not like this experience because the toilet had some issues and it took several hours for the front office to supply a plunger. This was unacceptable and I was extremely disappointed.

Staff was friendly but the tv didn’t work nor the refrigerator in my room. The staff was unable to provide another room because it was happening to many other guess. Staff did give us a complementary breakfast and apologized for the inconvenience.

Let me start by saying the staff was very polite, cordial & greeted by every one of them that I encountered. The surfaces of the rooms had a grease-like film everywhere almost as if the room was cleaned with oil or a very dirty rag. There was rust and mold all around the shower. I am so glad we were only in town for the night.

Restaurant was staffed with one person so getting food or service was abysmal. This is the first Hilton I have stayed in where there was no free breakfast buffet. Rooms were not cleaned well and had an odd smell.

This place was a doubletree only
In name. They couldn’t even give you a cookie when checking in. The hotel is old and dirty. The “restaurant” is so bad it’s beyond belief but at least they overcharge for everything. I can’t imagine anyone returning to stay

Both pools were closed but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

Nice property. The rooms could use a little upgrade. The bathrooms need an upgrade as well. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The property was quiet and staff was very nice.

Friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at, they were ALL pleasant and made you feel welcome. Hotel was nice....convenient to restaurants, shopping and the interstate.

The hotel initially looked very nice. Once we got to the room, it is definitely run down a bit especially for the price point. The bathroom was not clean and the shower looks very run down.

Close to the Interstate and easy to get to. When I checked in, the room given to me was not clean in the shower and the TV screen had a split screen and not working properly. The front desk manager Alonzo helped me with switching out my room immediately to the second floor.

Loved the room and how spacious it was. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I slept great.
The overall cleanliness could use quite a bit of work.

Short staffed but those that showed up were exceptional. Room was fresh and clean. Dining room was out of allot of food and adult drinks, so dinner was disjointed at best. Doors were locked at breakfast, with no sign. Front desk employee said the breakfast staff didn’t show up; no substitutions were offered.

With the Hilton name attached there is an expectation of a reasonably high level of accommodations. This place falls well short of that. You walk down the entry hall and its all scratched up and stained, needs painting. The place is nearly empty, only a few cars... still they stick you on the very end right next to the Interstate so all you hear is cars and trucks go by all night. The TV is in the 36 to 39 inch size, with a remote from 20 years ago that barely works, no access to apps like Netlfix or anything just the 50 channels all of which are blurry and pixely because crazy as it may seem, there are clouds distorting the satellite in Southern Mississippi. There was a nasty chipped, needs painted table in the middle of the room, same color as the carpet and I bumped into it not paying attention, I moved it to the side and out jumps a giant cockroach. I killed him, meh, it happens. Went for breakfast, they're so slow they don't have a buffet, still though for 2 people we waited over 20 minutes for our food, that's after waiting 10 minutes to order it. We were at breakfast for 45 minutes the first day. Went down earlier the 2nd day and the server, who is incompetent, showed that the first day, went to take a party of 6s order and told us shed be back with us. She didn't give us menus. 15 minutes later she's still taking their order and its 3 adults and 3 kids... we left and went to Hardees as we were late.. Ice machine on our floor was out of order... Out of space for more.

Property showed signs of wear and was not as clean as you would expect. We were disappointed.

No roll away available for the special needs young man traveling with us. He ended up sleeping on the floor, which was filthy. Old gum stuck on carpet. The staff was apologetic & gave us bedding…

OLD very dated and very “motel 6”. It was terrible and it made me angry to spend $200 for a extreme low “quality” room. Floors, bathroom, furniture - AWFUL. The windows were hideous. Zero ice available. It was sub-par at best. Didn’t bother to shower with the leaking plumbing. The humidity was better outside than inside. If you could give negative stars I would. Like -2 stars.

Property very close to freeway, lots of traffic noise. Room very dim lighting and old, king bed huge dip in center. Not recommended.

The staff were very pleasant. However, I was shocked to see the room looked so dingy. The walks & doors were scuffed and beat up—the safety lock was about to fall off. The commode was loosely wobbling as well as the tank itself. It did not flush properly and we we were forced to continuously hold the handle down several times after it filled again and again, in order for it to finally flush completely. The doors, particularly the bathroom door, were splintering at the bottom. The shower door would not remain closed—opened itself a couple of inches even after repeated attempts to securely close the sliding glass. There was absolutely no decor on the walls and a 10-foot gap that should’ve and could’ve easily accompanied another section of table/desktop space to place necessary items. I am also disappointed that hotels like a Hilton are accepting pets more & more! It is NOT sanitary. People who do not like inside pets should NOT have to be exposed to pets nor the smells and hair that inevitably inhabit the carpet & possibly eating surfaces etc! Call me old fashioned. I call it proper health & hygiene. Not everyone is necessarily clean with their animals. I won’t stay at this hotel again. I do NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who expects “clean” and their money’s worth. This hotel is fairly new yet is sloppy. Again, the staff was very friendly. I chose to endure a 1-night stay because I needed to get settled and had an engagement. Otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund & gone elsewhere.
