Would not stay there again. Floors were sticky. Room was small and smelly. Most of the fixtures were tarnished and rusty looking. Did not feel comfortable because it seemed so unclean.

Stayed one night as a half way stop. Nice room, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Had an issue with the shower. The cold water came out of the hot water setting. Did not know until before we checked out that the settings were switched. Otherwise it was a good stay

Booked through hotels.com and was supposed to have a non smoking suite but the manager called and told us he had us in a smoking room. He was amazing and saved two rooms for us a double bed room and the smoking suite to see which one we wanted. The customer service was amazing but this hotel is seeing its age. Probably the last time we will be staying here. The furniture looks very old and the bathrooms needs some updating.

It was nice. Pretty clean. Roomy. Bathroom tiny. The breakfast was not keto friendly. Had to go across the street at Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

Not the one to complain, but our stay was pretty bad. Hair on the sink and sheets, dirt stain on pillow. Old, worn out bedding. Very outdated. Staff was nice though! House keeping obviously did not put much effort into cleaning though.
Overall: would not stay at any quality inn ever again. Didn’t feel clean the whole time I was as there.

Very clean ,convenient to xpressway .

Not so good no one answered the phones .When we called from the room .Either by pressing the appropriate # on the phone .OR any calling directly from my phone to the hotel .Very frustrating and I was not about to get dressed again and go down to the front desk .Other guests in the morning at breakfast also had the same issue .

The property is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The hotel itself has an air conditioning problem. They need to get dehumidifiers to take care of their dampness throughout the hotel. It smelled like a swimming pool in our room., even with the A/C on!

Comfortable bed, clean facilities, quiet hotel, very friendly staff. The only downside was the bathroom was really outdated and run down (like visible caulking that had been redone many times) and the breakfast did not include much.

We stopped for one night on our way to Panama City Beach for a Christmas vacation with family. Comfortable bed, good rates, good breakfast. Close to I75 and lots of restaurants

Our stay at this hotel was good. The room was clean, we had no needs that weren't provided. The breakfast was a little light (no scrambled eggs or meats), but that wasn't terrible. The accommodations were very agreeable. I enjoyed my stay there. .

I liked the shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers in shower and by the sink. I liked that the room had a microwave and refrigerator.

Tv never came on no signal the whole stay. Microwave didn’t work at all. Smoke alarm beeped all night long. Bed was comfortable and air was good. Clean room.

Kind of disappointed. Didn't feel top notch. Lamps/shades are in bad shape. The telephone was very dirty.
Tried 3 times to call the front desk and got no response.

When we went to check in they had us scheduled for a "smoking" room which I did not book. I booked a "Non-smoking" room. The gentleman at the desk quickly moved us to the correct room. The room was GREAT and location was excellent. They just need a plumber to work on the bath tub/shower. We had dead batteries in one of the tv remotes which was resolved quickly. We WILL be back.

In most respects it was pretty typical of hotels in this price range. Nothing stood out as bad or good, however, there were two staff members (one of whom was the manager on duty) arguing in the hallway outside of our room. We had a Do Not Disturb on the door. I opened the door and looked at them. Closed door, and then the argument resumed. So I had to open again and ask them to be quiet. Later, upon mentioning this to the manager, he said quiet hours ended at 9:00 AM.

Our room smelled like they tried to mask the odor of something. String stench of deodorizer mixed with a musty smell. Like there were animals in tjere they tried to cover the smell of. There was a german cockroach on the wall when we walked in the room. Had it not been 1 am when we checked in and sold out I would have insisted on a new room. We were there for 8 hours to sleep and get back on the road. Wouldn't want to stay any longer than that.

Property was convient to Hwy and the rating is always a plus when traveling. The only downside was the next morning the wife saw a cocmroach crawl into her backpak. She swore it was a bedbug, she got it out of her backpak after dumping contents onto counter and grabbing it with tissue and flushing it.

The room was very smelly, like the rest of the hotel. Moldy, dirty, shower head loose on the wall. The bed felt wet attributed the the very high humidity

Friendly staff and clean property. Nothing fancy but well located to restaurants and highway for easy access. Only disappointed in breakfast. Thought it was a full breakfast not just continental but still great options considering. Otherwise a solid place to stay for a good price
