I was there overnight with my 9 year old daughter. I slipped on the floor when i got out of the shower and the staff were amazing with me, especially first aider Shania. She offered to get me to hospital and put my arm in a sling. The staff were all so helpful after my accident. I attended hospital when i got home next day and i have a broken elbow and fingers.

I arrived for my stay on the Sunday the 28 January 2024. My stay was for 2 nights. The bed in the room I received is not fit for human habitation. The sound when you sit on the bed or move during the night was so loud it kept me awake all night. My back is absolutely aching now and I’m just hoping it will go away over time.
Overall I am absolutely disgusted with the overall service. Never again will I stay in the hotel.

Worked perfectly for us as easy into Glasgow and then onto M74. Lovely leisure facilities.

The hotel overall is ok, a bit old furniture but service is kind. What they really need to change ASAP are the mattresses and the showers. I came back with a bad back pain, and I go very often since its the closest hotel to my office.

hi it might concern the first night we were in room 329 mattress was very noisy like the springs were broken very uncomfortable night. Very disappointed with the Hilton Service provided second night was moved to room 318 the bed was two piece's mattress zipped together very uncomfortable night very disappointed with the high-class name of hilton Doubletree third night moved again to room 218. The mattress was a little bit better, but there was a odor in the room also the door which was hooked closed, opens automatically like there’s a ghost in the room. Very disappointed with Oda and experience at the Hilton Doubletree Glasgow. very disappointed with this experience had to leave the hotel one day before because of all the problems you have spilt my experience in Glasgow you have cost me money, pay and bad experience due to your inconsiderate hotel.

Wish there had been more pillows and bed was uncomfortable but we would still stay again hotel was beautiful and the staff very kind

We are choosing the hotels with SPA area, but be ready last admission at 19-15! and closing at 20.00. Will be great if you extend your working hours till 22, like almost the hotels. Really wanted to chill out after long drive at weekend!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the property was very modern and well-appointed, and the food in the attached restaurant was great.

Facilities and service was good however, I was in a room through the wall from the lift (321) and could hear the lift in operation. This was louder during the night and I never got much sleep. So I would avoid these rooms. I did complain in morning and they reduced the price by 50%

The hotel stay was great. However, the time in the restaurant waiting for your meal was too long. First night was bad but second night was far worse. We waited over an hour and mine had to go back

Friendly staff, very clean, my only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm sure just our room, but very visible dip in mattress and could actually feel the springs and very noisy just turning over. I couldn't see anyone on leaving to mention to change the mattress. Otherwise, fitted the bill fine. Went home for a sleep!

Didn’t really like anything although we did get a good sleep. Check-in was dire, check-out not much better. No internet connection due to a fault that BT was sorting, breakfast unaffordable and leisure centre with lots of machines needing repair. All in all, just nothing much positive.

I like the jim, jaquees, beakfast,neatness and the serenity of the area. Just that they need to have fridge in the rooms to make it five stars.

Overnight stay to attend a concert can’t praise them highly enough, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was tremendous although maybe a little expensive for a breakfast.
Overall have no complaints though

Easy to find, good gym facilities. Food ok, no air con in the rooms which I would expect staying at this brand. Staff friendly and plenty of them but service not very quick.

The property has room doors with no proper control to prevent them from slamming shut. We heard this all night and throughout the morning from up and down the hall. This was raised with the manager, but has been noted in reviews back to 2019 - doesn’t seem they are doing anything about it!

Another fantastic stay at DoubleTree.
This may have only been the second time I've stopped here but each time the staff, services and rooms have been second to none.
Although I'm not GF or celiac it was nice to see a separate toaster at breakfast for those who were alone with GF food options

Was disappointed with the health suit wasn't as relaxing ot inviting as I'd of imagined .was far to busy couldn't get into anything,,, coffee we got wasn't made nice , bed was uncomfortable cold room and could hear everything.doors banging ,

I was in room 221 which all night was kept awake by the lift going up and down hardly slept a wink the bed was not comfy pillows very noisy and uncomfortable think doublet and room was cold heating kept cutting out poor stay not happy for £186 not with a pent of that

Had a great time with a lovely room, comfortable bed and excellent leisure facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down side was the cost of food which was high compared to the quality.

Issue with drinks & food, first 2 options of drink N/A, wife soft drink had to be changed as flat, and then she was told no new potatoes available on a very limited menu.
The service offered by our waitress Christina was excellent.
