This was right in the area we traveled to with a great price and a high rating so we gave it a shot for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms and beds were clean and the whole building smelled clean. The only issue we had was a personal preference on the firmness of the bed, I felt it was too firm but my partner thought it was just right.

Really nice property at a great price. Clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom and good breakfast. The only con is that housekeeping is only available upon request, which is due to short staffing, but they have any items you may need available upon request from the front desk. Will definitely book again.

For some reason, my keys kept losing their ability to work..? And I made sure they were not near a magnet. Thankfully I was staying nearby the desk and the people were helpful at the desk! Otherwise, it’s a little lived in but comfortable nonetheless

One of the best stay ever. Nice and clean suite. Great customer service feel like home . Definitely highly recommended and i will stay again. Sharuk was so professional and helpful. I cane late to breakfast and still serve me also i needed a jump to my car and they went to the store buy one and helped me jump my car. My family and i had a amazing saty. Thanks again

First of all, I would like to say the service was great. Very nice folks at check-in and at breakfast. The room itself was a little dated, but perfectly clean and nice. But there were several other big problems. 1) The rooms are all advertised to be 'soundproof'. But throughout the night, we were woken up by sound from other rooms - other people playing TV/music loudly. 2) The walls in the room were paper thin. Every time somebody flushed their toilet and had the shower running, the sound echoed in the room and the noise was so loud that it seemed like a freight train going through the room. 3) The worst issue was getting a phone call from my girlfriend's mom at 2:00 AM, saying that the police were there looking for her because there was an issue with her car. Turns out there was an altercation between a few people - some domestic dispute and there were gun shots. One of the bullets went through the front of her SUV parked in the parking lot of the hotel and had damaged the radiator (& God knows what else). The Warren police at traced the car license plates and gone to her house. After we got the phone call, we went downstairs to find the police processing the crime scene. I have attached pictures of the bullet hole to the car, the damage and the car being towed. We have no idea what the damage estimate is and are stuck here in Detroit till the car gets repaired. I understand this might not be anything to do with the hotel, but it did happen in the parking lot.

The hotel was clean and the suite was roomy. And it was a great place to spend one night. The breakfast was less than wonderful. But still OK to start the day.

We needed a little extra with Handicap Accesible. Needed a higer toilet. So, glad we lived close. Our son went home to get my husband's toilet lift.

This wasnt my favorite hotel stay. The rooms are clean but really worn. Housekeeping was inconsistent--really great one day and completely absent despite a request on others. Breakfast was yummy! The desk staff and staff around the property were really nice and friendly. My room was super quiet until I got neighbors right next door, and then it was like we were in the same room. I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff was nice. The hotel however, really needs some work. The lights next to the beds didn’t work. The wall plugs were so loose that the hairdryer would not stay in on its own. The floors were a tad dirty. Just …. Ugh. Did I mention the staff was nice? If it wasn’t for them Sadly we would have rated this place lower.

Comfortable beds. Easy access. Close to McDonald’s and gas station and Gordon’s Foid Service which was on same service drive as hotel. Front desk staff courteous. Nice jacuzzi room. Hot breakfast. Staff worked hard to keep breakfast items supplied. Not a lot of seating in dining area so people were taking their meal to their rooms. Would have liked more items such as yogurt, dry cereal and pastries added to selections.This is a pet friendly hotel so expect to hear occasional barking. The entrance landscaping very nicely unkept. There’s a small gazebo with a grill in front if you want to use it. Would stay here again.

liked nothing, somehow had a handicap assecible room, the water coming out of the shower head, was almost non existant. bed not comfortable, ac didnt work very well. DONT STAY HERE

There was nothing to like. The name of the property is Comfort Inn however, there was nothing comforting about this stay. The halls smelled like mop water. The elevator was absolutely disgusting and the room was not cleaned by the staff daily. Will NOT be returning.
